Small, very good Thai restaurant in East Houma. My family has been customers since it opened years ago! We love the drunken noodles and get spice level 4/5 (we love a good spice). Never disappoints, I highly recommend. The Pad See You is basically the same thing as drunken noodles except it has a sweeter sauce and a few diff veggies. Very good!

We didn't know that they were closing 30mins after we got there, and they made sure our service and quick and good. They didn't rush us or let us know they were closing soon, I really appreciate that. Food was good, tasty. Some dishes weren't made traditionally the way most Thai restaurants does it, but it doesn't mean it wasn't good. We enjoyed the 4 dishes that we got. I'd be back.

    Chicken Fried Rice and Rolls....Yum!

Friendly staff. Parking is provided. Nice sized menu. Food is good but not my preference for Thai food in the area.

Our server, Cherry, was the sweetest ever -- so helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. I was even checked on by the chef himself, which really says a lot about the level of care and hospitality here. Both the chef and Cherry casually checked in to make sure everything was perfect, and it truly was. The Curry Puffs were TOP TIER. I had to have that same curry sauce again -- you'll have to ask Cherry about that one because wow. Every bite was packed with flavor. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and relaxed, making the entire dining experience even better. From the food to the service to the overall vibe, everything was phenomenal.

The food was GREAT!!!! The flavor in every single dish had my jaw on the floor. I don't know how they packed so much punch in their curries but....WOW. Service was also good. Our server wasn't very talkative or responsive but when one of our dishes came out cold, she immediately brought us back a hot one. I'm not sure I could pick a favorite dish out of the three we got, but I will say I took an extra Salmon Curry to go ;) Will be back!

With that out of the way, choosing tofu as the protein opens up almost the entire menu, very nice. We had Pad Thai, Pad Cha stir fry, and tofu soup. All were very well seasoned and outstanding. We ate at the sidewalk seating on a glorious evening. Not much more to say. Order at the counter, get a number, find a table, food will be delivered and the table cleared. When we arrived there was a line out the door (maybe 20-25 yards); this line was constant from the time we arrived til we departed. It moved reasonably well and it appeared many of the people knew each other. People visiting other tables, probably more than any restaurant I've ever been at. Definitely would return.

Really nice meal before the show with my vegetarian friends…read more Recently a couple of friends and I needed to grab a quick bite. I thought we were going to another place when one of my guests suggested Thaihey across the street from the fire station on Decatur. Yes, sure. It's a typical Quarter restaurant with its long gallery seating. We were seated right away. The menu appeared to be heavily vegetarian which was great for my two friends. Many will understand the limited menu options for vegetarians at most places. Wes ordered Tom Kai, Becky the Massaman Jackfruit option and I the one with short rib. It was delicious. It was warm and comforting, full of flavor and the chef made it less spicy for me. What a delight to choose a menu option that I have never had and restaurant that I have never been to. You believe that I'll return for certain. Especially for that gorgeous Mai Tai!
