I live in SAN MARCOS near San Diego and come up here to camp from time to time which has the best campground right on the ocean at Carpinteria State Beach. I discovered this Thai restaurant ordering DoorDash and coming in and it is absolutely delicious and better than anything I've had locally in the big city. I have they recommend trying this place. The food is absolutely delicious. So far I had the fresh rolls, the chicken potstickers, garlic and pepper, beef, and the Tom Kai soup with shrimp. Everything is absolutely delicious. They really know what they're doing here and I can't wait to come back and visit again.

DOG FRIENDLY RESTAURANT The menu has a lot of food options. Service was up to par. I love the outdoor seatings. There are two cute wooden booth tables and we were lucky to be seated in one of them. They do have it outdoor heaters available. We tried the Tom Yum soup, Pad See Iew and duck curry $20.99 and Mango sticky rice. Portion size was just right. The only thing that I thought the restaurant should change is all curry come with a small bowl of rice. For a small size is $2.5 and medium was $4 and large $6. None of the curry dish come with rice which made the price for curry /rice a bit pricey. So we chose to get mango sticky rice $10.50 for dessert instead of spending it on bowl of rice. Great service from the servers. They were very friendly to us and our dog too.

This is such a classic place to eat for some yummy thai food. They are a local favorite and let me tell you why. Service is very attentive and friendly as always! Their cream cheese rangoons are fried perfectly and super creamy! Their chicken pad thai comes with rice and a small appetizer choice. Their tom kha soup is also very flavorful and perfect for any type of day! They have seating inside and outside as well. They also have beautiful art pieces throughout their restaurant.

Nice local spot in the heart of town. Plenty of outdoor seating and doggie friendly too. As for the food, we LOVED the special Soft Shell Crab w/ curry sauce. Such a different dish and we could never make this at home. Get a small side of rice to go with it. The Pad See Ew was also on point and devoured quickly. Looks like a family run place and the service was good as well. A must stop for anyone who loves Thai food, outdoor seating, and good vibes!

3.5 overall not amazing but good. Service is great ! This place has been around for years! I think it's my third time here . I tend to stop by when in Carpinteria. We got the red curry with pork ( extra for a small order of rice) and Pad See Ew with chicken. Great customer service! Cute spot in Downtown Carpinteria.

Very nice. They do not serve lunch specials on holidays so I had to order the full meal. More than I could eat and yummy enough to take home for later. My friend ordered Pineapple Curry. Absolutely delicious AND MOST SURPRISING was the FRESH pineapple instead of canned. It was wonderful. He ordered it ONE STAR for spiciness and I do not like spicy...yet I did not notice any spice as far as hotness. I guess one star is safe for me because I'll probably order the pineapple curry next visit. If you find this review useful please VOTE!

A side note: real silverware and plates/bowls are offered only if you dine inside the restaurant's premises. Since we opted to sit in the general area, our orders were prepared as a to-go set. After browsing through their menu, we chose the following dishes: Beef Pho: The broth was quite savory, tangy, and a tad sweet. The thin rice noodles were slightly soft. The filet mignon slices were tender, and the beef balls had good texture. The sauce and bean sprots were given on the side. Bangkok Street Noodle: The broth was flavorful, spicy, and quite tangy. The thin noodles had a balanced firmness. There was a nice blend of sliced BBQ pork, minced meat, meatballs, and fried wontons, then garnished with chili, cilantro and green onion on top. Shrimp Summer Roll: The rice paper wrap had a pleasant chewy texture. The ingredients were super fresh and satisfyingly crunchy. The tanginess of the mango and cucumber went well with slightly sweet hoisin style sauce. The mint provided a quite refreshing taste and aroma to the rolls. A beautiful fusion of colorful visual presentation and exquisite taste. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal. Highly recommended.

Portions are generous, but not "shareable" big for lunch. Great curry flavors. Not too spicy tho. INTERIORS I couldn't help notice all of the greasy cobwebs on the high ceilings and on some of the art. It's been here for a while - people like it, but you notice. (I think it's hard to reach & clean those areas) The chairs aren't very comfortable, but maybe that's just because it was so cold in here today. BATHROOM Serviceable.
