Very nice spot in C gate. Quick and easy ordering and fast service. The lemongrass chicken came out in 7 minutes from order and was well prepared, beautiful, and delicious. I was very impressed how quickly I was able to get in a meal 20 minutes before boarding. The dish also came in a Togo box standard, and the check came out immediately with a QR code to pay so I didn't need to wait on anything to make it to the gate. Very nice spot. $11.50 for small Sapporo on tap and $20 for the chicken main, so not cheap but on par with other restaurant airport prices plus this quality much better (fresh, vibrant salad and dressing). read more

Yes. This is another review of the airport bar. Normally there is nothing to talk about, but this one is different. Before hopping on another flight back home, I need to get some beers before boarding. Boston airport is huge and it took me a while to walk from my boarding gate to this place. I don't remember which terminal this place is located in, and not sure what type of food they serve. But I saw a few beer tabs so that's it. Then I notice that they have an egg roll appetizer and since I am a little hungry, I thought why not. Surprisingly it wasted great. Crispy on the outside and the filling has a good flavor. It came with a dipping sauce on the side but I didn't even need it. Overall it was a good experience. The price was okay considering I am at the airport. Probably will come back. read more

Way at the end of terminal c, at the end of the Jet Blue gates. So lines were short. Menu was limited. There were a few places to sit but we just got a couple appetizers and brought them to our gate to eat. Food was ready relatively quickly. The server remembered to include utensils and napkins. Portions were small. But the food was good. Especially loved the seaweed salad that came with the dumplings. read more

Great bar atmosphere, thanks to the friendly bar tender. Ordering system is confusing. I didn't realize that the order touch screen was for to-go food only. I thought it was for all food orders. I wanted to eat there, so, I sat at the bar with my to-go burger and ordered a beer from the bar tender, separately. Pricey, but what I expected from airport in Boston. Garden burger was just okay, not fabulous. Doesn't come with fries, as you need to order them in addition. About $18 for just the burger on a brioche bun with shredded lettuce, sauce, & pickles. Hours are marked clearly from 5am to 30min before the last flight of the day, yet here I am at 6am, just staring into an unlit void with random junk on the counters. I walked significantly far away from my terminal to get Shojo as it's usually my pre-flight routine and they're just...not here. No sign, no hours, no updates. Really bush league, guys. They even have a seasonal menu up so this mostly suggests that they're just...not feeling like opening up today? Okay cool, I'll go spend $65 at Hudson News on a few Twix bars. Sincerely disappointing. Highly recommend the breakfast Bao or bubble waffle, if you can get past the time space continuum where this is ever open. :/ read more

Throughout my travels from Boston we ended up in Terminal C as we were flying out with JetBlue and we were on the hunt for a good eat. Well, we definitely found it at this Asian-fusion joint! What caught my eye was the delicious looking bao buns and the temping dumplings on there menu. Plus the smells coming from this place sold me! I ended up ordering a burger and fries. It was easily the best airport food I've ever had. The bun was perfectly soft and fluffy. The burger was juicy and was complimented with a delicious spicy mayo and kimchi. I wish I could fly back just for this burger. Other than the great food, there is a grab and go station and a walk up area to order. If you need a drink or place to sit down, don't worry, they also have a bar and some seating! read more

Really amazing Korean food in Boston Logan Terminal C. Stopped in before a flight to grab a quick bite. The food took a bit of time to come out - around 10 minutes but it is all made to order. I went with a breakfast bowl with crispy bacon, hashbrowns, fried egg, congee (rice porridge), and avocado. This was super filling and delicious. Great portions and fairly healthy compared to most airport food. We also tried their chicken gochujang dumplings - fantastic. You're not going to find better fast-casual food in an airport anywhere. So glad a coworker recommended this place to me. Not the typical place I'd go into, I'll admit I'm used to the traditional restaurants in any given Chinatown but I think this struck a cord with me. First off, I'd recommend going for the food more than the cocktails. I didn't really enjoy them myself, but perhaps they're just not what i was wanting. And, I usually don't go for the asian fusion stuff. We ordered the soft shell crab with a delicious salad I'm still dreaming about a week later. It was refreshing, punchy, with just enough spice. Pea shoot greens, cucumbers, jalapenos, yuzu dressing that gave it the burst of flavor I was badly wanting that evening. We also got the mushroom mazemen- it was so creamy and umami-filled. I will definitely make another visit when I'm in the area again. read more

Interesting. Kind of a different menu, foods I'm not so familiar with. But I took a chance and had the shoju burger. It was a good meal. The bun is different - a cultural fusion thing that didn't really turn me on, and the sauce stuff they use - decently good - but a bit too much. Don't care for food drowning in a "signature" sauce. But overall, the burger was good. Good service, especially at the airport during busy time. Disappointed in beer - they only had one tap working: Goose Island IPA. Would have prefered something else. But - as I did have a seat and the rest of the eateries at the airport were absolutely packed - I stayed. I'd eat here again, but probably not pass other places to hike over here. read more

3.5 stars I was really excited to see this spot open in the airport since I love their Chinatown location. We got breakfast that was pretty tasty (bubble waffle with fried chicken), but the service was pretty awful. We saw multiple people having trouble with the ordering kiosk but no one would come out to help them. One employee just stood behind the bar and stared at them, the other was very short with them and seemed irritated as he tried to instruct them from behind the counter. Service was slow even though they only had two other customers before us. I'll try it again since I love the menu, but hopefully the service improves. read more

The burger was just as amazing as the other reviews said, but the service was outstanding. When we got confused by the ordering process, Garnet the bartender took such good care of us. The kiosk made no sense, the takeout/dine-in seating was unclear, there were no paper menus, and all of the prices had just changed--but this is still a five-star review because she took the time to help us so much. I ordered via the BOS2GO option on airport web site. Got a confirmation, said they were preparing my order and it would be ready by 4:30. I walked over there about 4:25 and it was just tumbleweeds. No one in the kitchen, no one at the bar, no customers, lights off. One girl sitting with her back to me managed to tell me she was on her break, but her English wasn't enough to explain what was going on after I showed her my order confirmation. No clue what was going on but I had to grab something elsewhere to make my flight (not to mention keep me out of insulin shock, as I'm a type 1 diabetic and took my insulin on the walk over). Hopefully Grab, who manages this "feature", is going to actually read the email i sent and refund my money. read more

Do not go here. The food was tasty but the price for what you get is absurd. The chicken bao had less chicken than a chicken nugget from McDonald's. The fries and spring rolls were undercooked to the point there was cold spots in the rolls. All for just over $65 for 3 orders of bao and one spring rolls. read more

Did not actually eat here. The hours don't match what's on the web site so we had to wait until they opened at 1 pm. The menu is down to just three mains, the burger, the chicken bao and the veggie burger but they didn't have chicken that day so we went elsewhere. Food was great. However, the experience was negative. It was 5:20 AM and apparently you can't sit at the bar when it is closed. I know this because the person behind the bar very rudely informed me the bar is closed. Which apparently means you can't sit at a counter. I also witnessed him do this same thing to an older fellow who asked if they were serving. He meant food but the guy back there didn't even bother to instruct him that he could order food on the touch screen. He just said bar is closed and ignored him. Whoever the guy is working behind the bar should not represent you. He's rude, inconsiderate, and doesn't care about his job or your customers. All that being said, food is great. I travel through Logan Terminal C a lot. If I see that guy again at this location I'm going elsewhere. read more

Oh my God. What a disaster. This Asian inspired restaurant in the airport was anything but inspiring. It seems like their signature sauce is called Kimcheese. I have no idea what it was but it didn't taste like kimchi or cheese. There was hip-hop and rap music playing overhead. At the same time there was Mexican mariachi band music coming out of the kitchen. The bartender/waitress looked and acted like she would rather be anywhere else but here. I cannot blame her. Way to turn a 3 hours delay into a fun night! We arrived at Terminal C around 630PM on Friday and were expecting a 3-hour delay so we decided to grab some food and have some drinks while we waited for take off. Shojo was the perfect place, our bartender/server Ronnie was perfect from start to finish. The place was completely full and it was awesome watching him help everyone who came within eye view with a smile on his face. He was personal, he was funny, and he was quick on his toes. It's something different to eat in LIA while waiting for a delayed flight. It was an alternative to burgers which is nice. The fish did have quite a lot of breading and isn't fresh. It had a fishy taste. That said, the bread and veggie salsa and avocado was a nice topping. The combo comes with fries and the sriracha aioli which was a great dipping sauce. The fries were standard. The fries aren't cooked in duck fat but are drizzled in it afterwards. I asked for no duck fat to avoid it being too greasy and heavy. It doesn't sound good. read more

Not great service (the cashier couldn't describe the congee at all), but an awesome vegetarian airport food option. I really enjoyed the vegetable congee, it was very filling but didn't make me feel gross. It had an abundance of vegetables, including avocado, bok choy, and edamame, along with chopped Thai basil. Best airport food, maybe ever... What a treat! A totally different category from the usual airport options. Well-prepared, fresh food, with such interesting choices from this offshoot of a Boston Chinatown favorite. Three kinds of congee to choose from, bao buns, dumplings and more. Not expensive compared to other Logan options, but a cut above others in terms of quality and taste. It might take a while for the broader airport population to embrace the place and what it offers, but once they get it, they'll be back. read more

What a gem. Came in right after our flight, tired & hungry this seemed like a good spot. We were seated right away and ordered a few of their craft beers which were all great. We opted to order several items for the table. The Shadowless fries were brought out first ( came out very quick which was great) and they were hearty and delicious. Dinner at Shojo was an excellent and memorable experience! My sister and I ordered the crispy pork bao, (fall off the bone) ribs, bolognese and miso clams. Every single thing we had was mind blowing!
