I used to go to her when she was at another eyebrow place , and I followed her to her own place now, and boy am I happy! And she has a monthly unlimited eyebrow membership for 14.99 a month, and the start up price is 14.99 as well ( no catch there ). Ladies I would recommend going to her if you need your eyebrow fix, eyebrows being exactly how you like them are always a plus. You know having great eyebrows make you feel like a new lady! I don't understand why every time I update my credit card they charge me so much. For my experience this week I had to renew my credit card and I got charged $29 because of my late payment... Understandable but before when I had to renew a credit card and it was not expired or any late payments, I would get charged in insane price. After being a little flustered of meeting to pay after being a member for so long, I felt like I was fully rushed and got cut! They made me bleed and made it seem like it was fault. she mentioned I have to keep holding my face tighter. (I can't go any tighter) I had mentioned over time I would have some scar tissue that everyone keeps opening over the years at this thread salon in the same spot from a prior injury. So why half ass it and rush when no one was in the store? Just frustrated with pain. I'm still going because conveniently it's near my home.

The eyebrow tint and threading I received were ok (not the best), but I was very disappointed by the customer service here. I arrived on time for my appointment, and there was a client midway through a service. I had to wait 15 minutes, which isn't a huge deal, but there wasn't any acknowledgement of my appointment time or even a "welcome in". When I was told to sit down, Rekha proceeded to take a lot of photos of my face, and though there is a sign on the wall stating that these pictures are for educational purposes, I felt much more like a marketing tool than a valued client. I immediately noticed her using the same, unwashed brush on my face that she had used on her previous client. She talked herself up a lot and made some insensitive comments about how next time I could be "brave" and have my upper lip done. She also interrupted my service about halfway through to take care of a quick walk-in, which, again, wouldn't be a huge deal if she had been more polite about it. The end of the service felt rushed to me, which was probably because there was a long line of people waiting. Rekha had apparently booked two clients for the same appointment slot and also told a few others who had called that she had time for walk-ins. I know that mistakes happen, but she really didn't seem to care much, and it was very chaotic. I had also scheduled an eyelash tinting with her, which she forgot about and said she didn't have time for. At that point, though, I was happy to get out of there. TL;DR: Ok, not great threading and eyebrow tint, terrible customer service and subpar cleanliness.
