Out of the 4 times I have been here, only two of the times my lashes actually stayed curled immediately after, even after following all the after care instructions. With a 50% success rate I would probably pass on getting lash lifts here in the future since they aren't cheap to get.

I've had to change waxers over and over again because the estheticians are constantly leaving. First, I have to work hard with the actual service providers to build a relationship over several months to get my services "right." In the 15 min appts it is hard to express the exact brow shape you're looking for, in example. Or, sometimes the technique being used is unnecessarily painful compared to another provider I'd worked with prior. Then, after 6 months it's finally right and then the technician leaves, and the cycle begins again. Plus, EWC is constantly selling to you. "Buy a wax pass" or "try this product." I can't tell you how many worthless unused EWC products I have sitting under my sink that aren't effective, or how many times I wish I had never purchased a wax pass... so I wouldn't be locked in to coming back here when it just keeps getting worse. I don't recommend EWC. Here, or at any other location (by the way, there is no manager here, and they canceled an appt once bc the opener missed her alarm clock, and both of my waxers left bc this whole location is a hot mess)! It's time for me to move onto better, more clientele-focused businesses... even if it leaves my money on the table with the wax pass I was stupid enough to purchase. Like, I would literally rather lose my money than come back here. I hope someone reads this and it helps them pick a better option!

I turn to the lady massaging my head and asked if she was filming me and she said yes, I responded and said no I don't want to be filmed. After the massage was over she asked for our phone numbers to "approve or disapprove" the footage for her to use. I was so confused and annoyed and said no two times persistently, still she was trying to convince me by saying how she won't be using my face. I told her I don't want any footage of my head or anything and she looked almost baffled that I said that. Anyway I'm super frustrated with the way she was handling this whole filming thing, it seemed more important than the actual massage. At one point I even heard her say to the girl filming "one more time over here" while I was trying to relax. I have a good feeling they are going to use that footage anyway.

The reception was a bit of a cluster. The young lady at the desk seemed very unaware of how the membership worked. Once we got that figured out, she realized that they didn't have enough time to do the services requested on the website. I booked a brow wax and tint appointment along with a lash refill and then a second appointment for my cousin to get a full set. When we arrived, they said they couldn't do her full set because they didn't have enough people working that day. So I gave her my appointment and only had my brows done. It was time for my cousin to get her full bed. We were cold. The stylist had back problems and wouldn't be able to complete a full full set of lashes. The stylist as they call them, waxed my brows. I asked her to clean them up and she went way overboard and trim them way too thin. The tint came out fine. Nothing really mind blowing there. But when it came to doing the cleanup, I was made aware that the salon didn't have tweezers. I'm not sure how you are supposed to provide brow services and not have a pair of tweezers in the entire salon. The receptionist suggested that she had a pair in her car and that she would go get those. I politely declined. In the end, neither myself or my cousin got our lashes done and had to go somewhere else which was not great given I'm paying for a membership. The whole event was very confusing and unprofessional. I do believe that with a little mentoring this place could be a lot better, especially given the area/location that it's in. What salon doesn't have tweezers????
