shushu is rude, doesn't listen to you what you want and destroy your hair and money. My daughter wanted highlighted but got her hair burnt (a little bit if expected when bleached but it was terrible) And highlights were big chunks instead and wasn't the color we wanted but what shushu chosed. read more

Should be a zero,,, So they did eyebrow threading and tint for my wife, the appt was in March/23 she has dark brown hair and the girl gives her black face like our prime minister eyebrows instead of dark brown, then they leave the tint on her face as she leaves the salon instead of wiping it off!! And it's not even Halloween !! Never again avoid this place !! read more

Absolutely shit service. I called and booked an appointment for my eyebrows for the following day at 630pm. I arrive at 625, they close at 7pm to find the door was locked. I called the establishment and someone answered saying thet decided to close early because it was not busy so they wanted to go home. The failed to reach out and let me know, they didn't apologize just said come tomorrow early, but I work and needed it done for an evening event the next day. Absolutely BS. They should have contacted me so I could have made other arrangements. Not Okay!!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible horrible horrible !!!!!! $9 plus tax for eyebrows and was done so badly. No time taken at all !!!! Then man there ( owner maybe, he was get his haircut at the time) said rent is expensive for shop. $4000 per month. So rude and unprofessional to tell clients something like that !!!!! read more

Needed an eyebrow threading and my trusty salon was closed for thanksgiving, so I whipped in to shu shu. They were super sweet and very friendly, but the woman who did my eyebrows was just... rougher than I'm used to. It felt like I could feel every hair being ripped out, and afterwards my eyebrows were bright red, and remained red all night (which never happens with threading). Whatever she did made me also break out in my T-zone, so that sucks. Anyway, maybe threading wasn't her forte? Probably shouldn't be the woman doing it if she lacks a soft touch read more

I visited this salon on Saturday just gona and I can honestly say it was the worst experience in a hairdressers I have ever had in my life. I asked for a full head of blonde foils, the reason I asked for this was because I like to have some straks of my natural colour left, giving it an all over more natural look and also allowing me to leave it longer in between getting it done. The girl who I suspect did not have her licence put foils in all of my hair leaving no strand untouched and therefore ALL of my hair was bleached. To make matters wors because she used foils to do this I was left with a long untouched roots at the top of my hair. My hair looked like I had an all over blonde colour put in about 3 weeks ago. To make matters worse this supposed "professional" left the top part of my hair untill last causing the colour at my roots not to lift as bringht as the rest. I was left with an orange colour root all along my split. I usually am too shy to complain in any establishment but seeing the orange colour in my hair I felt I had to say something. I was so upset. The owner came in and tried to tell me that it was something that was in my hair before that was to blame for the orange colour, I told him I had been getting my hair done this way for 10 years and had never had this happen. Eventually after looking through my hair he realised that it was because the top part had had the colour applied last. He quickly put some extra foils in with more bleach to try and get the orange colour to lift. I had been in the salon for approximately 5 hours at this stage. When the blonde had lifted, he told the girl who had been doin my hair to take the foils out but not to rewash my hair, just to spray the roots with water and rub the bleach off with a dry towel. The girl did this and proceeded to blow dry my hair. My hair was a yellow kind of colour all over rather than the usual soft blonde I have as a result of the foils being seperated by my natural colour. To add insult to injury because the bleach was not washed out of my hair I was left with sticky, hard roots at the top of my now yellow coloured hair. I was so upset leaving I went straight across the road to Willowbrook mall where I had to go to another salon and have the girl try to fix my hair by adding some low light. I didnt have time to sit in the chair for another 5 hours so asked her just to put the low lights along my split to mask the problem temporarily. I usually wear my hair curly and now when I do you can hardly see the low lights just the disasterous yellow blonde all over my hair. In total I ended up spending over 9 hours in the hairdressers and $270. A complete waste of my time and money. The owner at Shu Shu gave me a $30 voucher for my next time using the salon, this is no use to me as I will never be stepping foot back in the place and suggest anybody who cares about their hair do the same. The lack of skill and customer service in this salon is the worst I have ever experienced and I am still so upset every time I look in the mirror and see this disaster. I look like my hair was dyed using a home dye kit about a month ago due to the dark roots still visible on the top my head. read more

I am so pleased with the work that was done! I got my eye brows threaded. Super friendly and accommodating. I walked in and they took me in right away and made my eyes brows look exactly how I wanted them. I would totally recommend this place to anyone. Super affordable, my eye brow threading was only 8$ and she did a fantastic job. I will definitely be heading back there. read more
