Great service provided by personable and knowledgable sales team....great follow up as I wasn't ready immediately to have the shredding till a couple of months after my original contact. These guys are the best! I had cleared out a lot of old documents (including old taxes and financials). Originally I thought I would just take it to a walk in place where it would go into bins to then be shredded offsite. But when the clerk told me they put all the documents in the bins, I became very uncomfortable. They could literally steal my whole identity with these documents. So I looked on Yelp and found these guys. Super easy to schedule them to come to my home. They loaded up my docs and I got to watch the documents being shredded. Highly recommend. This service was fast, efficient, and reliable. I called Wednesday to have someone come to our office for document shredding. The person took my information and scheduled me for pickup within 48 hours, letting me know someone would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. On Friday morning, I received a call from Jimmy letting me know he was the driver and was enroute. He was extremely professional and personable. He advised that he would arrive in 30 minutes, which was 10:00am (the earliest time of our 10:00am-2:00pm time slot for pickup). He arrived promptly and helped more than expected. He was extremely fast and efficient (done within 10 minutes). Payment was easy. He provided the option of invoicing or payment on-site. I paid via credit card immediately via his card machine and received an email receipt immediately. I would highly recommend this service and will definitely use their services again. read more

Okay, after shredding three banker boxes I recognized this will take forever. So...I used Yelp to help. Put out a request for shredding service to one company and Yelp helped out by sending the same request to other companies. Three responded to my request and the best response (timely, customer centric, quality process, at home service and cost) was Shredlogix. Tracey the account person was great, kind and willing to work with my schedule to see how I could fit into their schedule. Long story short, they arrived with their super shredder truck, and dumped my paper into their bin to be lifted up into their shredder. I even got to see the shredder in action. 15 minutes later shredding was done and I had the rest of the day to play! So don't buy that shredder collect the boxes and call shredlogix. It cost 120 for ten banker boxes and my super shredder that I had to feed was almost that, but talk about labor intensive. Hope you too call tracey. read more

Well, that was easy!! I'd been storing boxes of documents that needed to be shredded and was too paranoid of spiders (the boxes were in the garage) to take them to a local shredding event. Once the truck arrived, the process was fast--took 15 mins. for about 12 banker boxes of documents. You can watch it happen on a screen on the side of their truck. Simple, quick and no spiders! Wow! Wow! Wow! Thank you for the best service...you made this process so easy! Sydney took my call and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. She reviewed the process and confirmed the window of time they would arrive. On the day of my appointment Caesar called me ahead of time to let me know he would arrive within 20-30 minutes. He called me when he arrived (in the time frame he said) and I met him outside my apartment complex. He and his co-worker dumped the 5 boxes and large garbage bag in a bin and off it went into the truck to get shredded. I can't thank Sydney, Caesar and his co-worker (sorry, I didn't get his name) enough for making this process so easy! Courteous. Efficient. Professional. I needeed some hard drives destroyed, For a flat fee of $100 Shredlogix will shred up to 10 drives onsite. Pedro arrived on time and shredded the 5 I had. Shredlogix to the rescue! My company was moving headquarters locally and so I called our shred bin vendor to get an extra service scheduled as well as set up when to move the bins to our new office.
