They made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire visit, which meant a lot because I usually get really anxious when it comes to veterinary care for my cats. It feels like you only ever hear the horror stories online, so finding a clinic that truly cares was incredibly refreshing. Dr. Stone, Nurse Ivy (I believe that was her name), and JD at the front desk were all absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and compassionate. They took the time to make sure my cat had everything she needed and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. What stood out to me most was how comfortable they made both of us feel. Veterinary visits can be stressful for pets and their owners, but they handled my cat with so much patience and gentleness that she seemed comfortable too. You can tell this team genuinely cares about the animals they treat and the people who love them. I'm so grateful to have found a clinic that treats both pets and their owners with such kindness and care. We'll definitely be back for future visits!

The staff were welcoming and very friendly. A tech talked to me first and gave me a reasonable price before anything was done. After treatment, Dr. Drixin came in and talked with me about my dog. Word to the wise... Ask for a quote for everything up front…read more They charged us almost $400 to euthanize a small yorkie. I had never paid more than $200 for a euthanasia my whole life. Even for my larger dogs. My wife and I had to put down our little old Yorkie because he was miserable and just gave up on eating, drinking, etc. We went to our closest vet to have him put down. Made an appointment over the phone, and were taken into an exam room. We explained to the vet tech and the doctor that we were ready to let him go and she apparently did a full exam on him, (which we did not ask for) then told us that she needed to put in a catheter to put him down. Then and finally gave our little guy his final injections. The doctor and the tech were very nice and empathetic to my wife's obvious pain of losing this little creacher she's cared for for almost 16 years. That was very sweet. I had been trying to hold back tears the whole visit, but my pain turned to shock when I was told "That will be $380 for the basic service" I explained that that was an insane amount and that they should have explained that up front so we could have gone somewhere else. So they dropped the fee for the sedative, but not the full examination charge or the $50 for catheterization. That dropped about $60.00 But that was still WAY too much to euthanize a small dog. It felt like they took advantage of our obvious wrecked emotional state and thought we would just pay whatever because we were so emotionally distracted. It's a shame. The doctor was sweet and had a great bedside manner about her, but I don't think we'll be back to this clinic ever again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We just brought in our geriatric pit bull, who just…read moreneeds pain management and flea medicine, and we were completely dismissed. The first words out of the vets mouth were "I don't know what you want me to do with this dog." sometimes our dog gets aggressive and we have to muzzle him when he is at the vet because that's his fear response. If the vet had given him just a little bit of patience and compassion, he would have eventually calmed down enough to allow for an exam. Instead, he flippantly told us we can't control our dog and slammed the door of the exam room leaving us in there completely in shock. I've been to many vets for many animals and have never been treated this way by someone who claims to be a professional who cares about all animals. We were yelled at in the parking lot after trying to ask for help once more. He flipped us off and threatened to call the police. I'm bewildered honestly. We're leaving with a scared dog still in need of his pain meds, with less faith in animal medicine.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE…read more My mother-in-law took her dog to this vet for emergency surgery, trusting them to save her. Instead, when she picked her up, her dog was choking on her own blood and actively dying in her arms. She immediately tried to take her back inside, only to find the office LOCKED because the vet had already left for the day. She rushed her to another emergency vet, but it was too late. HER DOG DIED. The second emergency vet performed a full examination, X-rays, and an autopsy/necropsy. They told my mother-in-law that her dog appeared to have received NO ANESTHESIA and that she should have been on antibiotics for 24 hours before surgery to help prevent sepsis. The second vet also sent my mother-in-law photos from the autopsy. Seeing those photos, my mother-in-law said her beloved dog looked absolutely butchered. And then the original vet called her and said "he thought she was going to be okay." This is absolutely horrifying. My mother-in-law trusted this office with her beloved family member, and instead she was left watching her dog choke on her own blood and die. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE TRUSTING THIS VET WITH YOUR PET. No animal or family should have to go through this.
