Highly recommend…read more Made an unexpected appt. due to my pet rabbit Casper having a reaction on his right eye. I love that they accept exotic pets and were able to squeeze us in that day with no problem. Overall, the staff are the sweetest and greet you as soon as you walk in, everything is well cleaned, Dr. came in with a smile, she explained everything thoroughly to me with no problem examining him in front of me(Casper did so well), she gave me great vibes including her staff that was in the room. I love coming to an office that runs so smoothly and will be coming back again.

The Possum Report: Nails to Tails Review…read more I have been to Nails to Tails numerous times, and I would like to make one thing perfectly clear: I approve. Dad used to take me somewhere else for my beauty treatments. Every time we got near their door, I fought him tooth and nail. I mean, TOOTH AND NAIL. Dad apparently thought I was being difficult. I thought I was exercising my constitutional right to refuse bad grooming. Then we found Nails to Tails. Now when Dad says, "Sossum, we're going to see your friends," I beat him to the vehicle. I know exactly where we're going, and I am ready to roll. The people at Nails to Tails treat me good, take care of me, and apparently understand that I am a very important customer with certain standards. So, from me personally: Five stars. & Four paws up. Would absolutely go again.

After an…read moreemergency vet visit and a hefty vet bill later, the vet explained that she had signs of strangulation and likely fell off the table and was hung. I called Nails 2 Tails to get some more insight on what happened and they said they weren't aware of any incidents that occurred during the groom and offered me 20% off my next visit..... safe to say I never went back.

Out trip was not scheduled as we just jumped on a plane when our daughter n law was in labor, I was able to drop Sophie off at last minute so we could leave. Sophie had a great experience here. For the first time upon picking her up she was happy, she was clean, her belongings were clean and well maintained. I feel super excited about having her personal Vet Dr Wallace owning the kennel. After trying several kennels in the area this was by far our best experience! We will definitely use them again and refer all of our friends.

We got our new addition to our family on a Monday and took him to this vet on the following Friday…read more They checked him out and knew something was wrong. They prepped us for worst case scenario and unfortunately that's exactly what it was. They quickly informed us of the best direction of treatment if we wanted to give him the best chances of survival. (He was diagnosed with parvo) We had to take him to a 24 hour clinic that they recommended, that has ended up being amazing as well. But I highly recommend this clinic and their employees. They were patient and kind and answered all of our questions and concerns with honesty and sincerity. (Multiple times) Matt was an additional comfort that brought easement to leaving our new fur baby in others hands. Take your babies here, they will be well loved and Cared for.

I was in the market for a new groomer for two of my dogs after the place I had used for years…read moredidn't call me back after leaving a message. I did a few texts back and forth with Miki, the owner. She told me they would have to do a meet and greet first, to make sure they are a good fit and then go from there. I haven't had anyone request that before, but it makes good sense. They also had to be up to date on vaccinations (they were) and had the flu vaccine (they hadn't). It was getting close to annual vaccine/HW test at TCAP, so I just went a little early so they could get the flu vaccine as well. Dropped them off the next morning at the scheduled time and picked them up at the scheduled time. They both looked great! I was able to talk on the phone with the groomer prior to be sure that they were cut correctly. I was most impressed with my lab/chow mix, who seems about 5 pounds lighter after her cut and de shedding treatment. Will definitely go back here in another 3-4 months when the time rolls around again.
