These guys get it. I wanted to get my wife's car detailed in a hurry and called Scott on a Friday morning. I got his VM so I left a message and quickly got a text back saying he would call me in 30min if that worked. 30min later he called and we walked through what I needed done. Having a rather ordinary car I wanted one of the packages but did not want my engine cleaned so he offered to put a protective coat on the car in replace of the engine cleaning for the same price. This was great and I appreciated the flexibility so we scheduled for the following day. Knowing I was in a hurry he called about an hour later indicating he had a cancellation and that he could have his crew over in an hour. This worked for us and they did a terrific job with the car. Two guys spent a full three hours on the vehicle and it looks as good as new. I really like the tire dressing they used as it does not look wet and will not slop all over the sidewall of the car like many of the car wash shops. It looks dark and black but not wet and sloppy. The exterior painted surface feels slicker than ice and seems to be a very good product. The team that came out were professional, well spoken, and came complete with firm hand shake. A couple of weeks ago I found Showcase Mobile Detailing on Yelp!, read the reviews and called Scott to book an appointment. We had just purchased a black 2012 Infiniti FX35 and believe it or not we needed a professional to pull some swirl marks and surface scratches out. Scott recommended a couple of different options over the phone, and thoroughly inspected the cars finish when he arrived. He suggested a 2 step process that brought the finish to a mirror shine. Black shows everything - but when polished and waxed right it looks like glass. Thinking about this - it's easy to see the change and improvement on an older car when detailed. The paint comes back alive and is restored. What separates someone who really knows what they are doing is a detailer that can transform a 1 year old car and bring it beyond what it looked like at the dealership. Scott and his assistant arrived like clockwork, were courteous, and professional. I can recommend them without hesitation. Great to see a local business thriving. I've used Scott and his company twice, and let me tell you both times they have made my truck look like it just came off the showroom floor. I have a dog that has white hair, and it gets everywhere. I mainly use these guys to clean the inside of my truck, but they do an equally awesome job washing and waxing my truck. The guys showed up at my place right when they said they would, were professional and most importantly friendly. Took my truck and had it about two hours and I swear they got every dog hair that was in the truck, I mean I couldn't find one hair anywhere. My car hadn't been cleaned inside since I bought it 4 years ago and with two little kids, it was looking quite messy. I got in touch with Scott and he responded almost immediately. He was able to schedule me in a couple of days and was very clear in his communication. On the day of the detailing, two of them (forgot their names!) came over as scheduled and finished in 1.5hrs. They did an excellent job and I was happy with the whole process right from getting in touch with Scott to the detailing job. Have dogs, will travel! I have been meaning to write this review for far too long. I've got to say that Scott and his helper performed a miracle on my truck and was super professional. You can tell these guys really love what they do and take pride in their work. I decided that it was time to trade in my Tundra for a vehicle with a larger interior. My wife and I have 3 large Labradors and they roll with me to work every day, hence the need for a larger interior. These guys shed like there is no tomorrow. Over the years, I got used to the amount of hair in my truck and got the interior cleaned very seldom since it was really just a losing battle. Picture about once a year, if that. In order to get the best trade-in value for my truck, we decided to sick Scott on the task. He assured me that he would NOT be able to get all the hair out since it was embedded into the fabric. I told him "just do the best you can, anything HAS to be better than this mess". All I can say is that I wish I had taken before and after photos to show what an AMAZING job they did. Not every hair was gone, but pretty damn near close enough. You would have to look for them. I predict I will be using Scott and his crew WAY more often with the new vehicle. I've only had the new truck for less than a month and I am already thinking of having him come out and do the new truck and my wife's car. read more

The two guys who showed up were very professional. Got to talk to them on a personal level. They were on time. And they showed me everything they got done. They did a phenomenal job on my 2011 Jeep Liberty. It looks almost brand new on the inside. They also buffed out my headlights for me as well. They look much better now than they did before. Scott arrived on time and ready to go. He brought everything he needed with him. Unfortunately, it was sprinkling outside but he washed my car outside then brought it into the garage to do the waxing. He handled moving the cars and all of the details. The whole process took about an hour and my car looks GREAT! I was able to set it all up by email and he answered all of my questions about the service prior to coming out. Scott and his employees have always been very friendly and easy to do business with. They are knowledgeable and know their work well. I'm not one to write a review, but I found Scott's service to be above and beyond what you would expect, it deserves to be Yelped about. I recently bought a used vehicle that was smoked in by the previous owner, and I really wanted to be rid of the smell. I explained the situation up front to Scott, and he was very honest about what he could do for my vehicle and gave me some options. I opted for the full interior detail, and Scott shampooed all the carpet and mats, wiped down the interior, got rid of some stains on the leather I didn't think would come out and sprayed a deodorant of sorts through the ventilation. The result? A pristine interior that was smoke-free and looked nearly new. I also asked for an exterior detail as there were some stains on the paint and hideous pin striping I wanted removed. Again, Scott was honest about what to expect from his service. He worked hard to remove the pin striping, and my car looks shiny and new again. The stains? Unfortunately, they were beyond his abilities to remove, but I wasn't expecting a miracle nor was I disappointed. All in all, Scott spent 4 quality hours working on my vehicle, and I was completely satisfied with his service and professionalism. They came out twice for me to get the service that I paid $225 + tips. 1st trip out I waited a week to get on the schedule and they completely missed on all accounts. 1st Crew: They were here for a total of 45 mins for a full detail including carpet shampoo and wash and wax. I work from home so I did not have a lot of time to get out and inspect. I know that was my mistake but floor mats were still dirty, door jams not wiped down, center console still had dirt and dust in it. There was trash left in the side door. Smudge marks on my back passenger window from my lab. I touched the carpets to see if they even shampooed like I paid for and they were dry and his excuse was "oh we steam them". I asked well shouldn't they still be a bit damp and he said no. I'm not a detailer so I accepted and moved on. I contacted the company and the owner came out and inspected the car. He apologized and offered to send out another crew. I accepted contacted him to schedule a time and had to wait another week to be put on the schedule. 2nd Crew: They were here for a total of 1hr 20 min for a full detail but this time he told me they would do a paint correction to remove all the small swirl marks and scratches for free. The second crew did a lot better job but the "paint correction" was horrible. But the car did look clean carpets were still a bit damp and looked waxed not paint corrected. I received the cleaning I originally paid for but not paint correction that was promised to me for the inconvenience. Per the owners words during his first visit the paint correction should be about 2.5 to 3 hours. I emailed the owner about the second crew and of course no response! Do not whatever you do use this company!!! read more

The entire experience was great but i'd like to put a different spin on a review. We purchased the top of the line detail as we have an SUV and 3 kids so it needed some detailed work! While everything seemed great at first glance (after the service), we lifted the seats and found some areas that got missed. I sent Scott (the owner) an email letting them know that they fell short but it was likely just an oversight. Scott's reaction is why i'm taking the time to post this review. All too often these days, companies reply to things like this with callous. Scott did the right thing in a couple of simple steps. He apologized, he took ownership, and he offered to fix it right away. Then, he sent his guys out the next day and fixed it. This was a picture perfect response. when you run a business, sometimes you miss (and that's acceptable). when you take ownership, apologize, and then fix it, you have proven that the character of your business is top-notch. for that, i'm grateful and Scott has earned my future business. I bought a new car and needed some info on sealants/protectants. I emailed Scott late one Saturday night while I was looking up info on the internet and had a response back on Sunday morning. As the email discussion continued, Scott was always prompt in getting back to me to answer my follow up questions. I ended up doing a ceramic sealant which needed to be done at Scott's shop, but Scott offered to take me to work after I dropped off my car, which was really convenient for me. Car came back looking great, Scott and his crew seem like good guys and I'm very happy with the job they've done. I've recommended Showcase Mobile to several of my friends who are very discerning about their cars. While the job done to my car may have not been the best, the customer service has been absolutely fantastic. I am guessing it was just an off day for them. That said, below is my original review. :::END REVIEW EDIT::: Scott was great scheduling and working around monsoons and my busy work schedule. A+ for the "face" of the business being on point. Once the guys(not Scott, don't recall name, threw the business card in the trash after inspecting the car once they left) showed up they were friendly and professional. They did a rush job, left a disturbing amount of wax residue all over the car, in cracks and crevices, big spots on open paint areas, lots around emblems, windows were streaky and swirly. For what it's worth I did the package mostly for the motor detail and just to get a feeling for how bad of condition the paint is really in. The car looks nice but, I could have done this same quality of work myself for a 10th of the price. Pros: engine detail looks fantastic, interior detail was good minus windows, Scott was easy to work with Cons: tons of wax residue all over, had to spend an additional hour cleaning out the edges of emblems and getting rid of by now nearly baked on wax or sealant.. not sure what the white residue was precisely. Side and back window were very swirly. The 320$ price tag + Tip was way higher than the quality of work commanded. My car isn't fancy, just a semi modded up 2006 Miata. Maybe since it isn't valuable they didn't care. Or, maybe just an off day for the two guys who showed up. Either way, displeased with the job.Unsure if they have multiple crews and I just got a mediocre one. Live and learn. Would not recommend to friends or family. read more
