Excellent service from start to finish. Tiffany and Tanya really took their time, they were extremely polite and I was very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Tiffany and Tanya...great ladies! read more

They came out twice for me to get the service that I paid $225 + tips. 1st trip out I waited a week to get on the schedule and they completely missed on all accounts. 1st Crew: They were here for a total of 45 mins for a full detail including carpet shampoo and wash and wax. I work from home so I did not have a lot of time to get out and inspect. I know that was my mistake but floor mats were still dirty, door jams not wiped down, center console still had dirt and dust in it. There was trash left in the side door. Smudge marks on my back passenger window from my lab. I touched the carpets to see if they even shampooed like I paid for and they were dry and his excuse was "oh we steam them". I asked well shouldn't they still be a bit damp and he said no. I'm not a detailer so I accepted and moved on. I contacted the company and the owner came out and inspected the car. He apologized and offered to send out another crew. I accepted contacted him to schedule a time and had to wait another week to be put on the schedule. 2nd Crew: They were here for a total of 1hr 20 min for a full detail but this time he told me they would do a paint correction to remove all the small swirl marks and scratches for free. The second crew did a lot better job but the "paint correction" was horrible. But the car did look clean carpets were still a bit damp and looked waxed not paint corrected. I received the cleaning I originally paid for but not paint correction that was promised to me for the inconvenience. Per the owners words during his first visit the paint correction should be about 2.5 to 3 hours. I emailed the owner about the second crew and of course no response! Do not whatever you do use this company!!! read more

The entire experience was great but i'd like to put a different spin on a review. We purchased the top of the line detail as we have an SUV and 3 kids so it needed some detailed work! While everything seemed great at first glance (after the service), we lifted the seats and found some areas that got missed. I sent Scott (the owner) an email letting them know that they fell short but it was likely just an oversight. Scott's reaction is why i'm taking the time to post this review. All too often these days, companies reply to things like this with callous. Scott did the right thing in a couple of simple steps. He apologized, he took ownership, and he offered to fix it right away. Then, he sent his guys out the next day and fixed it. This was a picture perfect response. when you run a business, sometimes you miss (and that's acceptable). when you take ownership, apologize, and then fix it, you have proven that the character of your business is top-notch. for that, i'm grateful and Scott has earned my future business. Thank you Scott! Trey Lane read more

I bought a new car and needed some info on sealants/protectants. I emailed Scott late one Saturday night while I was looking up info on the internet and had a response back on Sunday morning. As the email discussion continued, Scott was always prompt in getting back to me to answer my follow up questions. I ended up doing a ceramic sealant which needed to be done at Scott's shop, but Scott offered to take me to work after I dropped off my car, which was really convenient for me. Car came back looking great, Scott and his crew seem like good guys and I'm very happy with the job they've done. I've recommended Showcase Mobile to several of my friends who are very discerning about their cars. I can't speak to their experiences but I know mine was great and I'll continue to work with Scott in the future. read more

:::REVIEW EDIT::: After hearing about my issues Scott reached out to me and offered to come personally take care of things. Refunded some of the money I was charged without my even asking for it. While the job done to my car may have not been the best, the customer service has been absolutely fantastic. I am guessing it was just an off day for them. Changing my review solely based on the stellar response from Scott. I work in a very customer-centric IT department and will always appreciate top notch customer skills. I will be giving them another shot at some point in the near future with my wifes car. I have faith they will redeem themselves. That said, below is my original review. :::END REVIEW EDIT::: Scott was great scheduling and working around monsoons and my busy work schedule. A+ for the "face" of the business being on point. Once the guys(not Scott, don't recall name, threw the business card in the trash after inspecting the car once they left) showed up they were friendly and professional. They did a rush job, left a disturbing amount of wax residue all over the car, in cracks and crevices, big spots on open paint areas, lots around emblems, windows were streaky and swirly. For what it's worth I did the package mostly for the motor detail and just to get a feeling for how bad of condition the paint is really in. The car looks nice but, I could have done this same quality of work myself for a 10th of the price. Pros: engine detail looks fantastic, interior detail was good minus windows, Scott was easy to work with Cons: tons of wax residue all over, had to spend an additional hour cleaning out the edges of emblems and getting rid of by now nearly baked on wax or sealant.. not sure what the white residue was precisely. Side and back window were very swirly. The 320$ price tag + Tip was way higher than the quality of work commanded. My car isn't fancy, just a semi modded up 2006 Miata. Maybe since it isn't valuable they didn't care. Or, maybe just an off day for the two guys who showed up. Either way, displeased with the job.Unsure if they have multiple crews and I just got a mediocre one. Live and learn. Would not recommend to friends or family. read more

I got an full inside detail and was impressed with how well they did. I had spilled coffee in between my seats and they steamed the smell right away. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. read more

I found Showcase through Yelp and other Internet reviews. They were all very positive, so I decided to contact them. Their communications were prompt and informative. (I never had a car detailed before.) So I set up an appointment. The team came out on time and did an incredible job on my car! It's now as gorgeous as a 9 year old vehicle can be. They spent about 2.5 hours working on it. Thank you, Tanya and Tiffany(?). You rock. read more

My new to me 4 year old truck looks and smells better than a new new truck, these guys are the best and considerate of weather forcasts so you don't get a full detail the day before it rains unless you're aware of it read more

Showcase came out to clean my work vehicle after a very frustrating situation in which it was detailed elsewhere and horribly done. Scott was great and worked with the company I was dealing with to ensure he could get the job done. His team did a great job and I will certainly keep them in mind for the future. I would highly recommended them. Thanks Scott and team. read more

Scott was great, did a great job cleaning up the headliner my car. Has definitely earned follow up business from me in the future.

I just had Zach and Nate here for the Signature Hand Wash on two vehicles. These guys are great! They showed up early and were very professional. I left them alone to do their thing and they got right to work. When I thought they were done I went to check but they were just getting started on my Caravan. Turns out they were just about done when the one dark cloud in the sky hovered above our driveway and opened up. Instead of just wiping the few droplets off they decided to rewash the whole thing. That did the trick, it looked so clean I remembered it was charcoal gray, not black. I will definitely use Showcase again, hopefully we get Zach and Nate. I will recommend Showcase to everyone I know. read more

The two young men who detailed my car were professional and courteous. I would use this service again in the future.

I'll confess I've never written a review positive or negative for anything. But I was so pleasantly surprised with this service I figured everyone looking for a quality car wash should be informed. I decided to give mobile cleaning a try, due to the fact that I have yet to find a carwash in Gilbert that can do the job right. I was sick of paying for a service and then getting my car back with either the vacuuming not done everywhere, spots not wiped, trunk not done, etc. Let me just tell you my car was a disaster. I ride and take care of my horses so I am going back and forth from the stables every day, tracking in mud, grass, hay, and dust. My car was covered in dirt on the exterior and interior and I was skeptical about what the results would be for only 40 bucks. While I probably could have used a good shampoo, Scott managed to make my car look great. Every nook and cranny was cleaned, shined and polished, he cleaned the engine, wheels, trunk, windows, everything! When my car get's back to being as dirty as it was, I definitely think I'll try the added shampoo services with the full detail now that I know what a great job they do. Scott is very personable and quick too. We called in the morning and heard back from him within a half an hour, he was flexible with our schedule and came right to the house. They have everything with them including water, so they didn't need access to our hose or anything like that. The convenience and quality definitely cannot be beat, and you can bet I will never take my car to Francis, Danny's, Classic Car Spa etc, ever again. Definitely worth every penny, if you try this I guarantee you will never waste your money at any of the Gilbert or surrounding area's car washes. read more

Scott runs a class-act operation. Great work with great service for a great price, period. We were selling our car and needed the million dollar makeover. Scott came by and brought the best out of my 8 yr. old Honda. I would have eaten off of my engine and the old fogged headlights looked crystal clear. You tell him what you want and he comes up with the right package for you. Simple enough.... The best part is that my wife and kids were gone and I was home sick while he did it. You cannot beat the convenience, 10/10. It's good to see someone running a service business here in AZ with such a high level of quality and integrity. You are at the top of our 'Approved Vendor List'! read more

Just inspected my wash from Showcase, what an amazing job! All my questions and concerns were addressed prior to the service and they were exactly on time! Scott came and introduced himself as this was my first time using Showcase. Very professional staff all around! I couldn't be happier with the job that was done on my new car. I will defiantly use Showcase again and will refer my family and friends as well Thanks Showcase! read more

The two guys who came to my house were fantastic. Francis & Sons completely botched their paint sealant/wax and buff job on my car to the point where my Black CC was COVERED in swirls. Scott assured me they could resolve the issue for me and boy they sure didn't disappoint. They were professional, quick, and left my car in much better condition than they found it. I couldn't be happier to be adding another 5 star rating. Thank you! Jeremy read more

I have a one and a half year old so it goes without saying my jeep was trashed, and thats putting it lightly. The two gentlemen put careful detail in a timely manner. My car looks brand new again! I WILL never go to one of those chain car washers again. Thanks you guys so much read more

Nice people. Great work! Damon Backmann arrived on time, was very professional and did a wonderful job detailing our Kia Sorrento. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting their vehicle detailed. The owner Scott hooked it up, my truck looks amazing. His attention to detail is spot on. Will be using him again without a doubt.

They arrived right on time, did a great job, and charged a fair price. Couldnt ask for more. Will be contacting them for future work.

These guys are great! This was the first time in over 50 years of car ownership that someone besides myself has detailed my vehicle. I had just completed a 5000 mile trip with my 2016 RAV4 and it was covered with dead bugs and had gone through tropical storm Barry. I contacted Scott that morning and received an appointment for 11:00 am the same day. The two person team arrived on time and less than an hour and half later they had completed the full service detail and my car looked brand new inside and out including the engine. I strongly recommend Showcase. read more

I've never had my car detailed before so I was a little apprehensive about the whole experience, but decided to go with Showcase Mobile Detailing after extensive research. I only wanted to get a wax originally to protect my car's paint against the summer heat, but Scott informed me that I could get a free paint sealant upgrade with the wash & wax package so I decided to go with it. Since it is summer they are not offering services on the weekends, but Scott's crew came all the way to my workplace (Scottsdale) to work on my car (at no extra cost!!), which was incredibly convenient. Even though it was not included in the package, Brian was kind enough to get out some water spots. My car now looks fantastic and I have peace of mind that its paint will be protected from the heat. Could not be more impressed with the customer service, trustworthiness, and timeliness of Showcase Detailing. read more

Did a great job, professional, informed me all the way through the process and timely. Will use again. U should leave a business cards when you are done so I can remember who you are read more

Tanya and Tiffany did a fantastic job. I just purchased a used Honda Odyssey from a dealership who didn't detail it before the sale. They were professional, personable, and incredibly thorough. They discovered that the center console could be removed and cleaned underneath without being asked. They even cleaned the oil spot off our driveway from my husband's truck while they were at it! My car now feels new to me and I would totally use them again. It was worth the investment. I highly recommend this company. read more

Just had our second vehicle detailed by Showcase. Same great service! Arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and were very thorough and careful with the car. Totally worth it! read more

I looked around for the best deals and service before going with Showcase and I'm super glad I did. Scott always responded to my emails in a timely manner and answered all my questions. I was able to set up an appointment for the very next day. The cleaning job turned out to be high quality, convenient (they cleaned my car in my driveway), and seemed to be much cheaper than the competition. The next time I want my car detailed, I will without doubt go with Showcase. read more

Great value for the services I received. My truck was shining like new inside and out.

I loved the communication with this company. I had a lot of questions and I felt they really took their time and made me comfortable in answering them. They were thorough, responsive. Harley was a pleasure to work with, such a cool guy, easy to get along with. They did an excellent job and I will use them again. read more

We bought a car from a private owner and it was not horribly dirty but it was yucky. Lots of dog hair and kid spills on the seats as well as a bunch of greasy crud on the steering wheel and the console buttons. We suspect the previous owner was an open window smoker too, so there was the slightest smell of smoke in the car. Scott and his partner did an amazing job of cleaning the car up, what they could not do they took they time to point out and explain the problem with the stain. The car looks as close to new as it can and they even did their best to fix a popped piece of upholstery in the back seat. One thing I thought was great was that they wanted me to point out things that bothered me in specific and then they addressed those things at the end of the cleaning. I didn't feel like they were just trying to get out of there at the end, they genuinely wanted to show me the car and how nice it looked. I was also very satisfied with the customer service. We had originally scheduled for a day that got crazy for me and he was extremely understanding and great about rescheduling almost at the last minute. The work is definitely what I pay for up front but the very customer service oriented attitude makes him well worth the money. I would say if you spend the money you will not be dissatisfied. read more

I was disappointed with Showcase. I keep my Camry pretty clean and it helps to have black floors, but my light grey cloth seats had some soda/Starbucks stains & other spots from my kids. The young guys that came to my home were done in less than 90 minutes (interior & exterior detail) and they told me they couldn't get the stains on the seats out. The seats felt nearly-dry so it was hard to tell if they really even worked at them, but those spots were the main reason I got the car detailed- and they are still there. I also had a small, light paint scrape on my bumper from my teenage daughter after she tried to back the car into the garage. I hadn't had time to do anything with it so I asked if they could buff it out, but like the stains on my seat, they said they couldn't get it out. That night I was able to scrub it off with a magic eraser in less than 5 minutes, which confirmed they didn't try. I should have complained that day but I was juggling a busy day of meetings for work - but I found myself wondering how much they actually did, and I felt overcharged for what I got. I chose them due to the good reviews on Yelp but would not use them again. read more

This is by far the best detail shop in the Valley. I had my classic Chevy detailed before taking it to a show and I could not be more satisfied. These guys are professional, friendly, and there attention to detail is 2nd to none. If you love beautiful classic cars like myself, do yourself a favor and let them work their magic. You won't be disappointed in their work. After my muscle car was detailed people literally waved and honked their horn while cruising in my clean machine. They really make heads turn. read more

Kyle did a great job. Car looks brand new.

Fantastic detail service! So pleased with the results, and on a black car. Will use them again, ask for Brian.

This company was so fantastic! I reached out to several companies for pricing, and Scott responded very quickly and gave me a firm number. Most of the other companies either wanted to see my vehicle, had too many different package options, or just had too many follow up questions that I didn't have time for. Scott booked my service very quickly. His detailing team, Tonya and Tiffany, showed up right on time and were extremely pleasant. They were completely accommodating and asked if there was anything specific I needed taken care of in my car. These ladies worked on my car (in the AZ summer!) for HOURS. This was by far the most thorough my vehicle has ever been detailed. It looks BRAND new. Little details that I wouldn't have even ever thought of were taken care of. They are truly experts at what they do, and took pride in their work. I am so grateful for the time they put into this project. I drive 500+ miles a week for my job so it's really wonderful to have my car so clean. read more

Showcase makes the process as seamless as possible. They conveniently showed at my place of work and not only got the job done but did it right. Joe and Adam take pride in what they do and that is evident by the way your car looks. I got the interior clean with the basic car wash. I can honestly tell you that I haven't had this clean of a car since I bought it. Showcase is professional and show up on time, which is huge for those of you with a tight schedule. I will definitely be using their services again. read more

Holla!!! These guys do a wonderful, wonderful job! We bought an old Benz and we swear it looks 10 years newer with the TLC this company provides. Looks entirely different now......Really nice guys too -- pleasure to have them here at our home. Highly recommend them!!! read more

I talked with Scott Drummond he promised an excellent job and that is what he delivered! Scott told me that Richard and Brian would be at my house at 8:00 AM they actually showed up a few minutes early. The were polite and wanted to make sure that my vehicle was done to my satisfaction. I had a sealant applied that is supposed to last 9 to 12 months I am sure that it will. Would I call Showcase Mobile Detailing again......absolutely and I will. They did what they said that they were going to do, when they said that they were going to do, it and wanted to make sure that I was happy before they left. Can't ask for more than that. read more

I just got my car cleaned again by Showcase Mobile Detailing, and they do such a phenomenal job that I wanted to share. Tell them Tiffani sent you. My husband did his research and chose them off of their rating. I love that they come to my house, but you can also go to their location if you prefer. Their basic wash and vacuum is great, and they have also detailed my car twice and did an amazing job (I have never had the outside detailed, just washed). The cleaning team who call themselves the Double As are my favorite and are so pleasant! I now have them coming once a month to wash both cars and tell everyone about them. read more

I called Scott to get my minivan cleaned for selling it. We have 3 kids and that gets messy. So crumbs and gook in all the nooks and crannies. Anyway, got scheduled for a week later. They were a little later than promised but they called to let us know, so no big deal. A couple hours later you would have thought it was brand new. Even the engine was sparkling! An hour later, after the first test drive and showing, the van was sold at asking price. Definitely the best investment we could have made to try to get our van sold quickly! I really suggest them if you're looking to get your vehicle details or are getting ready to sell your vehicle. Couldn't have been more convenient (in my own driveway) or friendly. read more
