I just had Zach and Nate here for the Signature Hand Wash on two vehicles. These guys are great! They showed up early and were very professional. I left them alone to do their thing and they got right to work. When I thought they were done I went to check but they were just getting started on my Caravan. Turns out they were just about done when the one dark cloud in the sky hovered above our driveway and opened up. Instead of just wiping the few droplets off they decided to rewash the whole thing. That did the trick, it looked so clean I remembered it was charcoal gray, not black. I will definitely use Showcase again, hopefully we get Zach and Nate. I purchased a new Nissan Juke ( Yes, great car! ) in April of 2011. It's probably the last car I'll ever buy, so I want to take very good care of it. I drove it for 3 months and finally purchased custom interior fittings: Dash cover, seat covers, floor mats, and extra seat cover fabric to make a mat for my dog when the back seats are down. I wanted the car showroom clean before all this neat stuff was installed. ( Dash Designs, Tempe ) Scott worked with me on scheduling so that the car was done just before the installation. He did a great job. Best things about this business: 1) They are very accommodating. 2) They are very professional. 3) They come to you which is a great convenience. 4) They do a great job. 5) The charge is reasonable for the work done. 6) Scott rescued 2 herding dogs! These guys are great! This was the first time in over 50 years of car ownership that someone besides myself has detailed my vehicle. I had just completed a 5000 mile trip with my 2016 RAV4 and it was covered with dead bugs and had gone through tropical storm Barry. I contacted Scott that morning and received an appointment for 11:00 am the same day. The two person team arrived on time and less than an hour and half later they had completed the full service detail and my car looked brand new inside and out including the engine. I've never had my car detailed before so I was a little apprehensive about the whole experience, but decided to go with Showcase Mobile Detailing after extensive research. I only wanted to get a wax originally to protect my car's paint against the summer heat, but Scott informed me that I could get a free paint sealant upgrade with the wash & wax package so I decided to go with it. Since it is summer they are not offering services on the weekends, but Scott's crew came all the way to my workplace (Scottsdale) to work on my car (at no extra cost!!), which was incredibly convenient. Even though it was not included in the package, Brian was kind enough to get out some water spots. My car now looks fantastic and I have peace of mind that its paint will be protected from the heat. Tanya and Tiffany did a fantastic job. I just purchased a used Honda Odyssey from a dealership who didn't detail it before the sale. They were professional, personable, and incredibly thorough. I was disappointed with Showcase. I keep my Camry pretty clean and it helps to have black floors, but my light grey cloth seats had some soda/Starbucks stains & other spots from my kids. The young guys that came to my home were done in less than 90 minutes (interior & exterior detail) and they told me they couldn't get the stains on the seats out. The seats felt nearly-dry so it was hard to tell if they really even worked at them, but those spots were the main reason I got the car detailed- and they are still there. I also had a small, light paint scrape on my bumper from my teenage daughter after she tried to back the car into the garage. I hadn't had time to do anything with it so I asked if they could buff it out, but like the stains on my seat, they said they couldn't get it out. That night I was able to scrub it off with a magic eraser in less than 5 minutes, which confirmed they didn't try. I should have complained that day but I was juggling a busy day of meetings for work - but I found myself wondering how much they actually did, and I felt overcharged for what I got. I chose them due to the good reviews on Yelp but would not use them again. read more

I'll confess I've never written a review positive or negative for anything. But I was so pleasantly surprised with this service I figured everyone looking for a quality car wash should be informed. I decided to give mobile cleaning a try, due to the fact that I have yet to find a carwash in Gilbert that can do the job right. I was sick of paying for a service and then getting my car back with either the vacuuming not done everywhere, spots not wiped, trunk not done, etc. Let me just tell you my car was a disaster. I ride and take care of my horses so I am going back and forth from the stables every day, tracking in mud, grass, hay, and dust. My car was covered in dirt on the exterior and interior and I was skeptical about what the results would be for only 40 bucks. While I probably could have used a good shampoo, Scott managed to make my car look great. Every nook and cranny was cleaned, shined and polished, he cleaned the engine, wheels, trunk, windows, everything! When my car get's back to being as dirty as it was, I definitely think I'll try the added shampoo services with the full detail now that I know what a great job they do. Scott is very personable and quick too. We called in the morning and heard back from him within a half an hour, he was flexible with our schedule and came right to the house. They have everything with them including water, so they didn't need access to our hose or anything like that. The convenience and quality definitely cannot be beat, and you can bet I will never take my car to Francis, Danny's, Classic Car Spa etc, ever again. Definitely worth every penny, if you try this I guarantee you will never waste your money at any of the Gilbert or surrounding area's car washes. read more

Scott came by and brought the best out of my 8 yr. old Honda. I would have eaten off of my engine and the old fogged headlights looked crystal clear. Most of the other companies either wanted to see my vehicle, had too many different package options, or just had too many follow up questions that I didn't have time for. Scott booked my service very quickly. His detailing team, Tonya and Tiffany, showed up right on time and were extremely pleasant. They were completely accommodating and asked if there was anything specific I needed taken care of in my car. These ladies worked on my car (in the AZ summer!) for HOURS. This was by far the most thorough my vehicle has ever been detailed. It looks BRAND new. Little details that I wouldn't have even ever thought of were taken care of. We bought a car from a private owner and it was not horribly dirty but it was yucky. Lots of dog hair and kid spills on the seats as well as a bunch of greasy crud on the steering wheel and the console buttons. We suspect the previous owner was an open window smoker too, so there was the slightest smell of smoke in the car. Scott and his partner did an amazing job of cleaning the car up, what they could not do they took they time to point out and explain the problem with the stain. The car looks as close to new as it can and they even did their best to fix a popped piece of upholstery in the back seat. One thing I thought was great was that they wanted me to point out things that bothered me in specific and then they addressed those things at the end of the cleaning. I didn't feel like they were just trying to get out of there at the end, they genuinely wanted to show me the car and how nice it looked. I was also very satisfied with the customer service. We had originally scheduled for a day that got crazy for me and he was extremely understanding and great about rescheduling almost at the last minute. The work is definitely what I pay for up front but the very customer service oriented attitude makes him well worth the money.
