My husband did his research and chose them off of their rating. I love that they come to my house, but you can also go to their location if you prefer. Their basic wash and vacuum is great, and they have also detailed my car twice and did an amazing job (I have never had the outside detailed, just washed). I called Scott to get my minivan cleaned for selling it. We have 3 kids and that gets messy. So crumbs and gook in all the nooks and crannies. Anyway, got scheduled for a week later. They were a little later than promised but they called to let us know, so no big deal. A couple hours later you would have thought it was brand new. Even the engine was sparkling! An hour later, after the first test drive and showing, the van was sold at asking price. Definitely the best investment we could have made to try to get our van sold quickly! These guys are world-class. Did my wife's 2013 Subaru Outback after years of kids, dog, dings and the usual attempts at regular cleaning. They spent about 3 hours and made the car look better than new. Inside was meticulously cleaned. Minor body scratches buffed out, rims acid washed and waxed. Looks better than showroom quality. His crew Aaron and Anthony showed up on time and were very polite ect and very nice to my mom. Their work was outstanding and the pricing I feel is a very good value. I highly recommend Scott. Please don't let your 86 year old mother wash her own car. My mother was so proud of how the car looked she has not driven it since the wash because she does not want to get it dirty. Bingo, that is how I will not get her to drive by having the car washed all the time. Scott showed up 10-15 minutes early, gave me and my husband a quick rundown of what would happen and listened to the areas we were concerned with getting cleaned the most; we're expecting our first born next week, and with a furry dog that enjoys car rides, we needed a good cleaning! Scott brought all of his own materials, including water, which made it easy for him to move our truck down the street to avoid blocking or disrupting any traffic throughout our neighborhood. This was by far one of the best service transactions I have had. Scott was responsive from the day I emailed him on Sunday afternoon. We scheduled a time for early afternoon on Tuesday and I requested 2pm due to work commitments. He was at my door right on time and had my car done in less than an hour. You can believe those great reviews for Showcase Mobile Detailing Solutions: they earn and deserve all 5 stars and more. I found them through a Yelp deal and am so glad I did. My car is approaching 100K miles, and it was long overdue for a showroom detail. Not selling it, but want it to look like it's ready to be sold. Scott and his 2-man crew weren't just on time, they arrived a few minutes early, and finished in about an hour and a half. Gotta love the convenience of a mobile detail; even better when the guys are so friendly and professional. Wow! They did an amazing job. I looked everywhere to see if anything had been missed. Nope. Nothing was missed. In fact, they pointed out things they cleaned that I never would have looked for, but needed to be done. The exterior is spotless and shiny, including tires, rims, and buffing out nail scuffs under the door handles. Everything under the hood is clean, and the tan interior looks beautiful again. Floor mats, carpets, leather, cup holders, storage compartments, seat tracks, trunk -- literally every nook and cranny -- all clean. It even smells good without an overwhelming air freshener fragrance. If I didn't still love my car (even more so now that it's clean), I'd probably be trading it in today. Maybe a road trip instead! The owner reached out to me and came out to make sure the job was done right. There was no product left behind on the car or brake dust covering the wheel spokes this time around. The logos were also clean. We agreed to disagree on the clear bra issue. Which is fine. I didn't do my due diligence to take pictures of it beforehand so that's on me. It's good to see that the owner stands to do the right thing. I know and work with a lot of people with cars nicer than mine and I would likely recommend at least trying this company service. read more
