Was not disappointed. I contacted Scott last week and scheduled everything through Yelp messages. Two of his employees (Richard and Adam, I believe) showed up at my office at the scheduled time, explained what they were going to do, and whisked my car off to a more secluded part of the lot to complete the work. They completed the work in a little over an hour, walked me through what was done, and they were off. My daughter purchased a previously owned small SUV that was in great running condition - except the interior was overtaken with dog hair and a horrible smell. We hired Scott to clean it out the best he could, and he did. He was able to remove 95% of the dog hair on the carpets and upholstery and was even successful at eliminating the wretched smell that came from some "unknown substances" under the spare tire. While the Great Danes of the previous owner did some permanent damage to the headliner, Scott was able to eliminate a good amount of the hair that was "growing" from the roof. I've had this place bookmarked for a long time and I finally decided it was time to do something about my filthy dog-mobile. I called Scott, described what I wanted and scheduled an appointment Scott and Bobby arrived at my house exactly at the time scheduled. They were both courteous, professional and cordial. This is my 2nd time writing a review for this company. I'm not sure what happened to the original but it was a 5 star as well. Like a lot of the reviews have said already, Scott and his crew showed up 5 minutes early to go over the details. It's nice to have a company that shows up when they say they will, there is nothing more irritating than getting the dreaded, "We'll have some stop by sometime between 9am and 5pm." The most impressive thing to me about the detail I received was the attention to detail under the hood. First off, let me start by saying my car is modded. I was a little cautious on letting someone clean under the hood as I'm always afraid someone is going to pressure wash something that needs to stay dry. It was really nice to have Scott ask me about the parts and saying that he could wrap them up and keep them dry. Scott did an amazing job on the paint as well. He was able to get out all the little scratches that accumulated over the years. I always thought I kept my interior very clean but Scott was able to make that look even newer. We had our Toyota RAV4 detailed inside and out before dropping it off for lease return. It looks awesome. Super shiny and clean. Tanya and Tiffany were even able to get a lot of the scuffs out and make the scratches look lighter. Definitely would recommend them and will for sure have them come back out to clean my C300. Just wanted to add my compliments to Scott and his staff for the excellent customer service and fine workmanship on detailing our Honda Element. When I was looking for professional detailing for our 7yr old vehicle, I was impressed by the highest level endorsements and happy customer reviews. Indeed, I have to tell you, I experienced the same level of energy, pride in their work, and a spectacular end result on both the interior and exterior detailing as customers who have posted 5-star reviews before me.. However, I would like to add something that goes "above and beyond" just great customer service; that is honesty and dependability. When I called for an estimate over the phone, and described the vehicle, I was given a range of choices for the various services I was requesting. But Scott went the extra mile by coming out to our home the next day, looking at the vehicle, and telling me that some of those services were really not necessary or could be part of the services I was ordering. Now he could have just gone by the telephone quote which would have resulted in a higher bill, but he was honest about it and I was impressed. He did the service at our home so that we were not inconvenienced, arrived on schedule and completed the work just as promised. Our vehicle looks brand new and I am delighted.
