We have a 1.5 year old Chiweeenie (= Chihuahua + Dachshund) who normally sleeps in our car during trips. Well on Saturday night, he decided to explode. Now I'm not talking machine gun flatulence, no sir... I'm talking a poop nuke with +10 splash damage all over the passenger side seat. Turns out the little guy experienced a bout of acute pancreatitis just as we hit the freeway. Not only did he manage to baptize the passenger side seat, but he also managed to get it all over anyone who got close to him. Anyway, he's recovering nicely after a visit to the veterinarian, but my passenger side seat didn't fare as well. We sprayed it with just about every cleaner we had, but the poop tattoo was resilient. We found Scott through the interwebs and he was gracious enough to move around his schedule so he could drop by asap (he initially wasn't available until the weekend since he's detailing cars for the D-Backs and Angels, but was able to squeeze us in on Wednesday). He did an incredible job -- the seat looks as good as new and the rest of the interior is fresh and clean. I highly recommend Scott -- he's a savior and a great guy, and I can only imagine how well he can clean a car that hasn't been crapped in. read more

Another satisfied customer here! I found Scott on Yelp and thought, this has to be too good to be true...it's not! I called to book an appt and Scott promptly returned my call and email as well. Scott and his crew arrived 5 mins early and they were clean, professional, and very warm and friendly. I LOVE the fact that he is mobile and could just come to me. The LAST thing I want to do is drag a 3 and 5 year old out in the heat and have to go somewhere and wait for hours. Anyway, Scott asked me to show them my car and any particular concerns I had. I was really embarrassed showing them my car. I have 2 toddlers that destroy the inside on a daily, so my expectations were low that they could get out the chocolate milk stains on the ceiling, the gum on the seats, stickers on the windows, and whatever other kind of crust and goo spills, food, icees or whatever, that had been baking on the upholstery for who knows how long... They got it ALL. I'm serious. They finished in about an hour and a half, which surprised me because they were very thorough. After they were finished, they showed me the car and I was literally standing there in shock. It was an unrecognizable new car. Top notch work and customer service. Well done. I will definitely be a repeat customer! read more

What a class act Scott and his help are. Showed up exactly when he said he would. Keeps you posted of where he is at with the detailing at all times. He's doing what he loves and his work and attitude show it. My car looks spectacular too. No short cuts. 3 coats of wax, and did not charge extra-through it in because the vehicle is black, and this is what you do if you want the best appearance-so you can tell his is proud of his work and treats your car like his own. Even removed all the brake dust from the wheels and great engine detail. My 10 year old car looks as it did new now. I can't recommend Scott and crew enough. read more

Just moved to the area and am so happy with my recent mobile service! Prompt and friendly response to my request for a mobile wash on my new Escalade. I was very pleased to see a brand new van loaded with top off the line equipment roll up in the driveway for my service! Scott is the owner and gave me a fair price for a wash and some extra services. I plan on booking regularly and highly recommend Showcase. read more

Good--nice solid service. These guys knocked themselves out cleaning my cars. There is not a crumb to be seen, and the food stains on the seats are almost gone. Really nice work. It wasn't cheap, but if you want a good job, you need to pay for it. These guys made it worth the money and we will certainly use them again if the need arises. Three criticisms (hence the missing star): 1. There was still some smudge on the windows. I don't expect perfection in anything, but there was a LOT of smudge and smear over the inside of the windshield that was not visible until you actually got behind the wheel and drove. Some remnants of cleaner were also visible--maybe they rushed? 2. They killed by battery. No big deal--they jumped it and everything is okay, but this did take extra time. 3. Guys, if you want to take a smoke break, be my guest. Just don't drop your butts on my driveway. Without these, five stars. read more

Tired of reading the paper front to back, ingesting a large coffee and visiting the lavatory, all while waiting for your car to be completed on Saturday at the local car wash? Call Scott and schedule a weekly visit to improve the relationship with your car. Well worth the investment, plus he doesn't use greasy rags for that "just smeared" look on your windshield. Excellent work and personal service reminiscent of days gone by. read more

Spills, crumbs, bottles, cups, cans, clothes. These are just some of the things that are in, were in, my truck. I drive at least an hour and a half a day to and from work. When I get out of my truck I don't wanna get back in it or even look at it. Oh and did I mention that I have teenagers? And that I'm a girl that doesn't do vehicle maintenance very well? To say it was dirty inside would be an understatement. I saw a review for Showcase and decided to give them a call. Let's start with scheduling my appointment. Scott was willing to go anywhere I was in order to get the job done. I work downtown and normally park in a parking structure, and he was willing to come to me. However, because my parking structure is secured we had to make other arrangements. After offering a few different days we settled on my apartment complex which actually has an area to clean your vehicle. Yes I know what you are thinking, so scroll back up and read the part about I don't do vehicle maintenance well. My truck has two toned tan and beige leather seats. The tan was almost brown and the beige was almost tan. Obviously they don't look like brand new but they still look incredible. When you spend as much time in your vehicle as I do cup holders and consoles become holders for everything. And a lot of that everything ends up being trash, dust and dirt. When coffee is spilled on the way to work in the morning and there is nothing available to wipe it up with right away it becomes a sticky mess in the AZ sun by the end of the day. As does soda left in a cup in the backseat that the children left from the day before. Now my cup holders are clean. Even the cup holder in the back. The carpet is clean, the consoles are shiny. The vehicle that I was not planning on keeping, that now has to last as long as possible, has renewed life. read more

Scott and his partner did SUCH a great job detailing my car (inside and out)! Even my fiancé who is extremely critical (especially of car details), commented on what a great job they did. I have used two other mobile detailers in the past and have been very disappointed, given the amount of money paid. This was absolutely not the case with Scott. Attention was given to every nook and cranny. Worth. every. penny. To top it off, Scott is such a nice guy and you can tell that he puts pride into his work and business. It's nice to see the owner/manager/boss-wo/man personally be involved in the jobs that they do. It shows a completely different level of ownership and customer service. I have already recommended Showcase to a few of my co-workers and will continue recommending it in the future. Thanks again, Scott! read more

This place deserves 10 stars! Scott (the owner) will go out of his way to help you out. I had a nasty rust stain on the back left side of my car from a leaking pipe, he personally came to my house to look at the problem. Judging from his painful stare, at what had to have been the UGLIEST stain, all hope flew out the window. He then reassured me he could fix it and my car is absolutely beautiful again! I'm more than satisfied with my purchase (which was also affordable) read more

To start off the new year I wanted to get my car detailed as it has been a while since I had any detailing done. After seeing all the great reviews here on Yelp I decided to try these guys out for the first time. Making an appointment with Scott was very easy and he was able to book me in at a short notice. I had Scott's team come out to my residence and it was really quite convenient for me, definitely a step above other companies I have dealt with in the past where I had to go to them instead. It was a pleasure dealing with Anthony and Richard as they are very easy going and friendly folks. I briefly told them my expectations and in just about one hour they had my car all ready. After checking it out everything looked great! Now I definitely know who to contact to get my car detailed now. My first impressions were really good and I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else now to get my car detailed especially with how convenient their service is. read more

Juan & partner were professional, prompt, and their work was fabulous!

Another person chiming in with a rave review. I had Scott out on Saturday to shampoo my front seats. My car is 4.5 years old and I eat in it all the time. There was a lot of grossness and Scott got most of it out. Because there was one spot he couldn't get, he cleaned my front floor mats. Seriously, don't hesitate to call Scott. You can't ask for anything more here. Absolutely perfect. read more

This is a professionally run operation and I highly recommend! Scott was great with scheduling and provided almost instant responses to emails. He showed up on time, ready to work and did an excellent job on my car. Definitely will recommend and use again in the future. Keep up the great work Scott!! read more

Thank you Yelpers! I didn't know where to begin and your reviews were spot on! All my husband wanted for his birthday was a car detail. Given that his car is a bit older and he had his own mobile detailing business 30 years ago - I new that the quality or work would need to be amazing - and it was! Scott responded to my email the same day! He was professional and easy to work! My husband was incredibly impressed! The worn leather seats look brand new! Now he wants to restore the headlights and rims! Oy! :) Thanks Scott! We will definitely be recommended and using your services again! read more

Scott (Tony & Crew) - I have a black full size GMC truck that I haul ponies with and take off roads. Arizona Dirt! It has been YEARS since I've had "Wyatt" detailed - and after I shipped the last pony off to CA - no more dirt roads for awhile - so thought I would treat myself to a full detail! HOLY SMOKES - these guys did an awesome job! Tony was EXTREMELY polite and friendly and efficient, and, and, and! Scott runs a stand-up operation and I would recommend him WITHOUT reservation for any vehicle - any price point - he's all that and a bag of chips! I also had dog hair (Australian Shepherd) and a lot of dirt from driving those dirt roads! These guys made my '08 GMC look brand new! Thank you thank you - a million thank yous! I echo everyone else's sentiments. Scott made scheduling easy, payment easy, coordination - all the basics you look for - 5 stars. The bonus is the quality of work was 10 stars on top of the convenience of it all! USE THESE GUYS - you won't be sorry! read more

Had them detail my sons truck. Was in very bad shape plus previous owner had been a smoker. 2 guys came around on time and worked for several hours to clean up the truck. They were very upfront about several large black stains they thought they might not be able to remove. As it turned out they were able remove most of the dirt and stains and trucks looks much much better. Very friendly, hard working guys and great communications. All around great job. I will have them around to work on our other vehicles as they need it. read more

Scott is by far the best guy when it comes to car detailing and giving great info. on cleaning your own car. I called him a couple weeks ago and told him I just bought a used car that has a strong cigarette smoke smell and nothing I was trying was working. He suggested I should replace the (inside) air filter and put a couple boxes of arm and hammer baking soda somewhere in the car. I did that and after just a few days, I could already tell a difference. He also told me to look around and other detailing companies and if I found someone else I liked better, we could cancel the appointment, no questions asked. I was taken aback because everywhere else I called would say ANYTHING that sounded good just to have me use their business but not Scott. He is honest, so helpful, friendly and pretty funny. He even showed up early and helped me clear my car of everything that was in it. After Scott and his assistant finished detailing the inside of my car (which is what I was planning on) they pulled up and told me they saw I needed the outside washed so the washed it FOR FREE! My car no longer smells like smoke and it looks amazing too! I will always use Scott's services and recommend him to everyone I know! Thank you so, so much!!! read more

Like Gina D., I found Showcase Mobile Detailing and its owner, Scott Drummond, on http://groupon.com. Scott and his business were the deal of the day and it was a fantastic deal. Half-off a wash, wax and interior clean. For an SUV, this was normally a $120 service for $60! I called Scott and set up a mutually convenient appointment. Scott arrived right on time and called me upon arrival. He set to work right away with his mobile detail trailer. As promised, he was done within 90 minutes and my BMW X5 looked fantastic. I am normally really hesitant about trusting people to detail my car as I like to do it myself, but I will call Scott again. The wash, wax and clean was simply awesome. My car looks like it came off the dealership floor. On top of a great service, Scott was honest and didn't try to upsell me on any additional and/or unnecessary extras. Even more surprising, he asked me not to tip him, but just give an honest review on Yelp. Well, here's your tip Scott and thanks again for the great service. read more

They detailed my Jeep a few months back and I'm now coming back for a simple wash.. sooo good

I was looking for a detail company to come out and take care of my baby. I'm very picky and normally do this myself as I am constantly disappoint with the results of other details. Not this time! I called Scott on Sunday and left a message, he called me back first thing on Monday morning (which I totally expected with the original call being on a Sunday). We scheduled for the next day at noon. The two guys that showed up to take care of my truck were awesome. They explained everything they were going to do with my truck and proceeded to do just that over the next 2 and a half hours. They asked to do the wax inside my garage which I agreed to, while in the back of my mind thinking they are going to get wax sprayed all over my stuff because I do exactly that whenever I use an orbital buffer. Not a drop of wax was detected on any of my things!!! So impressed! So what did I love?: I would have given them six stars is I could because of one thing. The guys were running late from another job and Scott called to say he was sorry but they were running about an hour late. Amazing! Such a simple things to do to show respect for someone's time, but very rarely happens these days...keep it up Scott! They brought everything they needed with them...no need to borrow my hose and water like other companies. They cleaned everything and paid great attention to detail...no extra wax left in the creases or gaps which is a huge pet peeve of mine. Even left straight steam clean lines on my carpet which I've never seen before but absolutely loved! Showcase, Scott and his guys will have my business from this day forward on all my cars. read more

Just got my Jeep detailed by Aaron and Sean and I feel like I have a brand new car!! The guys came all the way out to me and took the keys and that was it! The windows are clean, carpets and seats cleaned and even my engine is sparkling clean! They provided all of the equipment on their truck and we didn't have to supply anything. These guys were great and such troopers out in the AZ heat. Scott was very polite and friendly and answered all of my questions and was very prompt. I originally found them on yelp due to all of their great reviews and wanted to share my experience to help them continue to grow! read more

These guys get it. I wanted to get my wife's car detailed in a hurry and called Scott on a Friday morning. I got his VM so I left a message and quickly got a text back saying he would call me in 30min if that worked. 30min later he called and we walked through what I needed done. Having a rather ordinary car I wanted one of the packages but did not want my engine cleaned so he offered to put a protective coat on the car in replace of the engine cleaning for the same price. This was great and I appreciated the flexibility so we scheduled for the following day. Knowing I was in a hurry he called about an hour later indicating he had a cancellation and that he could have his crew over in an hour. This worked for us and they did a terrific job with the car. Two guys spent a full three hours on the vehicle and it looks as good as new. I really like the tire dressing they used as it does not look wet and will not slop all over the sidewall of the car like many of the car wash shops. It looks dark and black but not wet and sloppy. The exterior painted surface feels slicker than ice and seems to be a very good product. The team that came out were professional, well spoken, and came complete with firm hand shake. So nice to get 'old school' service today. Thanks Showcase for some great work. You deserve your yelp 5 stars and thanks to Yelpers for helping me find you!. I will be sure to reach back when the truck is ready. . read more

Very personable staff, that want what's best for your car. Detailing did not take long and I was happy with the results.

A couple of weeks ago I found Showcase Mobile Detailing on Yelp!, read the reviews and called Scott to book an appointment. We had just purchased a black 2012 Infiniti FX35 and believe it or not we needed a professional to pull some swirl marks and surface scratches out. Scott recommended a couple of different options over the phone, and thoroughly inspected the cars finish when he arrived. He suggested a 2 step process that brought the finish to a mirror shine. Black shows everything - but when polished and waxed right it looks like glass. Thinking about this - it's easy to see the change and improvement on an older car when detailed. The paint comes back alive and is restored. What separates someone who really knows what they are doing is a detailer that can transform a 1 year old car and bring it beyond what it looked like at the dealership. Scott and his assistant arrived like clockwork, were courteous, and professional. I can recommend them without hesitation. Great to see a local business thriving. I will post pictures soon. read more

Great people to work with. Good communication, and my truck turned out great!

Super Fantastic!! I found Scott through groupon.com....he was the deal of the day and what a great deal. Wash, wax and interior clean and I didn't have to sit at a car wash for hours. It was all done at my house! He was quick, efficient and very good. Great quality. Very honest and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary extras. Will definitely call again. read more

These guys were fantastic! They showed up when expected and did a great job! Our 2 cars were trashed because of dogs and family road trips. I forgot that I even liked my car. I've used Scott and his company twice, and let me tell you both times they have made my truck look like it just came off the showroom floor. I have a dog that has white hair, and it gets everywhere. I mainly use these guys to clean the inside of my truck, but they do an equally awesome job washing and waxing my truck. The guys showed up at my place right when they said they would, were professional and most importantly friendly. Took my truck and had it about two hours and I swear they got every dog hair that was in the truck, I mean I couldn't find one hair anywhere. I would highly recommend Scott and his guys to anyone looking get there vehicle looking like new again. read more

This place definitely deserves the stellar rating on Yelp that it has. Despite being fully booked, Scott (the owner) went out of his way to work me in, and did my detail personally. And he did a terrific job - my car looks perfect. So thank you Scott for being awesome, and the next time I find myself passing through town, I'll definitely be back here. read more

Pride in his work is immediately apparent, as is an upbeat attitude. I especially liked the prompting to wash the car from here on out at least every two weeks, to make a good impression with my clients. He's right! I now feel prideful about driving my no longer new, but extremely sharp looking vehicle==after the detailing by Scott and his co-worker. Now that most of us drive our cars longer, why not spend a little to have them "peacock"? read more

I was looking for a place that could come to the house, wash my car and vacuum the interior. I have a paint protection film and ceramic coating, and automated car washes can damage it. Most of the quotes I got for this work were outrageous, but the quote from this company was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them in the future. read more

Have dogs, will travel! I have been meaning to write this review for far too long. I've got to say that Scott and his helper performed a miracle on my truck and was super professional. You can tell these guys really love what they do and take pride in their work. I decided that it was time to trade in my Tundra for a vehicle with a larger interior. My wife and I have 3 large Labradors and they roll with me to work every day, hence the need for a larger interior. These guys shed like there is no tomorrow. Over the years, I got used to the amount of hair in my truck and got the interior cleaned very seldom since it was really just a losing battle. Picture about once a year, if that. In order to get the best trade-in value for my truck, we decided to sick Scott on the task. He assured me that he would NOT be able to get all the hair out since it was embedded into the fabric. I told him "just do the best you can, anything HAS to be better than this mess". All I can say is that I wish I had taken before and after photos to show what an AMAZING job they did. Not every hair was gone, but pretty damn near close enough. You would have to look for them. I predict I will be using Scott and his crew WAY more often with the new vehicle. I've only had the new truck for less than a month and I am already thinking of having him come out and do the new truck and my wife's car. read more

My Jeep Wrangler rolled 130k miles on the day that Adam and Sean detailed it. It's a Jeep and it's been treated like a Jeep (off road, my dog's car, hauled a camper...). I am very pleased with the service that was provided! My boyfriend left his soda in my car last weekend & it (of course) exploded due to the high temps in AZ. There were soda stains all over the headliner of my car after I did a little research I came across Showcase Mobile Detailing. I decided to go with Showcase because of their reviews and reputation on Yelp. Scott was awesome with communication and the process of setting up an appointment was very easy! Scott was very straight forward & mentioned that even though they would be scrubbing & extracting the soda it was possible that the stains wouldn't come out. The two employees who showed up to do the job were very polite & professional. They completed the task in a timely manner & WERE able to remove all of the stains from the headliner of my car.
