I could have saved about 40 bucks going somewhere else. However, with them coming to me, doing a great job, and shooting me straight the first time I am glad I chose showcase. Every other place I called said they would get my stains out no problem without even seeing my car. Scott told me right away they always do their best but can't guarantee. I appreciated that. Richard and Adam said the same thing. No BS versus false promises is always worth the extra money. Richard and Adam did an awesome job and were really friendly. I will update my review once everything dries but I like the work that Showcase recommended. So did my coworkers! I already have 3 people at my work who asked for their numbers. Update: 1/6/18 I meant to update earlier but forgot. The car came out great and I remembered Showcase just the other day. My girlfriend had a chocolate coin in her pocket on a cold day and when she got in the car with the heat blaring, it melted all over my seat. I contacted Scott and told him about my five star service last time and asked him how much to spot treat my car if I came to him. Lukas and Brian were extremely professional when detailing my car. They did a cut/polish and paint sealant on my Lexus. Took them around two hours, which was not bad at all. They were able to get rid of 90% of the spider scratches (mind you, it's a 2010 with 150k miles so I do drive a lot). The car looks amazing! Has a beautiful shine (you can easily see your refection). I've often said that in the best of all worlds, all services and products are perfect. But since we live in the REAL world, the actual test of a company is how they respond when everything does not go perfectly. I was very pleased with the job Showcase did on my 2013 Prius. They were able to clean up all the upholstery and all but the worst (small) stain on my carpets. The engine compartment was cleaned and treated and looks like new - as does the rest of the car. A great job all-around. Brian and Sean called in advance to let me know when they would arrive, showed up on time, and were clean, respectful, and professional. It was obvious they took great pride in their work. But I had allowed them to do the work in the shade of my garage, and it wasn't until hours later, after they had left, that I pulled my car out and pointed it into the sun. It was then that it was apparent that despite all the other great services, they had either forgotten - or done a terrible job on - the windows. So the next morning, I emailed the owner. Despite him traveling and being literally on the other end of the country, he called me IMMEDIATELY and promised to make things right. In fact, within 90 minutes - on a week-end, no less - Brian had called and was back to correct the situation, which he did. I would have been happy to wait until the next week day for this, but they (rightfully) wanted the issue corrected, and corrected IMMEDIATELY. I will happily use Showcase Mobile Detailing again. Extremely please with Harley and Will's work! I travel a lot, and as a result, my truck hasn't been detailed in quite some time. The bugs have been baking on the front of the truck and the side rear view mirrors for the past two weeks in this 118degree Arizona heat. Despite the truck being only three years old, the paint was getting a bit dull. Shamefully, the inside carpet and weather mats still had residue on them from Indiana's snow and salt this past February. I purchased the company's wash and wax service, and the guys exceeded my expectation. I like the fact that I wasn't waiting at a shop where there are cars being serviced at the same time as mine with others lined up after us. In those situations I feel time constraints force them to overlook details in efforts of moving the vehicles along. I can't speak for all mobile services as this is my first time using one. However, with this particular mobile service the two gentlemen were attentive to the details within the services purchased. Again, I'm extremely pleased with their service. It was worth the money! Emailed Scott thru Yelp, he got back to me within an hour or so. I outlined what we wanted done to our 3 year old 4-door sedan, he suggested their executive wash, the cost was quite reasonable and we set up an appointment. Scott and his assistant arrived ahead of the appointment time, they are totally sell contained (water, power etc., so they don't need to use your water or electricity). Scott explained exactly what they would do and with our permission took the car down the street where there was available shade. Scott said the work would take a couple of hours. In slightly more than an hour Scott returned with what looked like a brand new car. They had totally detailed the outside, vacuumed and wiped down the insides, made the windows sparkle and had power washed the engine compartment. It was as if they had taken our old car away and brought back a brand new one. The only clue it was our old car was the absence of the new car window sticker. We will defiantly use them again. There are many auto detail providers listed in Chandler and from my perspective this one is the absolute best value for your money.
