If I could give a zero star review I would. This place sells junk and is deceptive about it. I enquired about F-150 that looked decent from the pictures...sales rep called me to confirm it was available...I told him I was coming from 90-minutes away and wanted to know if there was anything I should be made aware of before I made the drive.... he told me the truck was in great shape. I knew the truck had come from Canada and asked specifically about underbody rust...was told nothing major. The first thing I checked was underneath and there was rust everywhere... some areas completely gone. I then opened the driver's door and was stunned to see that the driver's seat looked like rats had been eating at it.... the side of the seat was completely gone. I then checked the photos from the listing, and they had conveniently missed that part completely. Had pics of the seats from every other angle except one that showed this mess. Due to the fact that I wasted 3-hours of drive time and a bunch of fuel I wanted to go inside a ream both the sales rep and the sales manager but decided to not waste my breath after looking around at the quality of all the other trucks they had on this lot...they obviously pride themselves in selling overpriced, low-quality crap. Drove an impala and we were told "its super clean, has been completely redone and repaired, blah blah blah" We get in and the drivers seat belt doesnt work. The entire passenger side airbag panel was dangling down and the front bumper was rough. The second jeep we drove needed new shocks, engine light was on and he had to jump all 3 of them before we could drive. We used it as an experience to drive different kinds of cars so we could know what we wanted from an actual dealership. This place is like that stock market scene from Wolf of Wall Street. I bought a 2016 Ford Taurus From them, with no check engine light on when I left the dealership, not even a minute down the road it appeared back on. All seemed fine for about a month after that, it ran pretty good as much as a used car can. My timing chain broke after about a month maybe 2. Went from about a 7,000 car to an extra 4.5 grand on top of the loan with barely any progress on the loan, do not get a vehicle from here. read more

I was trying to purchase my first car, woohoo!! about time. I stumbled across these people on AutoTrader and found a cute gold 2015 Chevrolet Malibu. Fell in love with the car and wanted it. Drove all the way down there which was a little over an hour from where I live and we arrived not long before they closed. We weren't allowed to test-drive the car on the streets because their policy was test drives only go until 30 minutes before they close. Whatever, we test drove it in the parking lot. I ended up buying the car which ended up being a mistake. While driving home I noticed my speedometer is 15-30 mph FASTER than what its supposed to be, my car didn't have its oil changed and the cars oil is basically as black as nighttime is in the woods. My car I guess didn't come with a key fob, just a regular junk key that loves to set the car alarm off. I noticed once it rained that my car doesn't have a proper seal because my entire windshield was soaking wet from the inside. Also, my trunk must be getting wet somehow because there are large spots of mold growing in my trunk. I needed this car to take my road test and less than 100 miles after purchasing my check engine light went on so that is just great. Another thing is my code-reader wasn't working at the dealership (convenient isn't it) but when I put the code-reader in when I got home there is almost 40 codes on the car. I am out 6,000 dollars and I have a lemon of a vehicle with absolutely no way of getting a new one. These people are awful and I will say not to go here until my face turns blue. Add one more one star to this dealership. Purchased a truck recently from this dealership. Dom was the salesman. He was responsive, however unwilling to work around the fact of me driving over two and half hours to see the truck. (Company policy no test drives after 7:30 pm) Drove the almost 3 hours to see the truck and was told I could only test drive it for 15 minutes. Got in the truck and found it with less than 50 miles worth of gas in the tank. Tried to drive it around but the truck just kept telling me to get to a gas station. Did a look see but was unable to test everything out in the 15 minutes of "test driving". Long story short, mostly liked the truck but was very put off by the conveyer style system. (Red flag # 2) This is where it takes a turn... Start driving home to realize the backup camera, gps, and steering wheel buttons are not all working. (annoyed) Get home and truck starts to idle roughly...hmm Next day, less than 24 hours later, it throws two codes. Then I am sitting in the truck and try to use the rear defrost as it was fogging up the windows due to sitting in it and trying to run codes. No dice on the rear defrost either. Immediately call Dom. Was told it is above him and he will have the "manager" call me. I hear nothing from them and decide to drive back the almost 3 hours. After getting to the store, I am told the manger is not in, he will give me a call. This "manager" via a phone call tells me "All vehicles in Michigan are sold AS_IS and this is now my vehicle and because I didn't buy their warranty that wasn't mentioned until we were all the way done and going through the signing of the paperwork and was another $900, there was nothing he was going to do. Long story after asking what we could do, he told me he was not going to stand by the product, make it right, or anything else. Nice way to treat a customer....ex-customer. My boy purchased a car from here. They claimed car was one owner with low mileage, They wouldn't run car fax for us. After paying $6500 for the car, it broke down on the way home from lot, wouldnt fix it. Repairs would cost more than car was worth. Air bag light and anti traction light was on. Asked them if air bags would deploy three or four different times during the purchase they said it would. While looking for a different vehicle to replace the one that never left drive we found out on car fax car was a 6 owner car many codes came up. Odometer code came up it wouldn't have if it hadn't been tampered with. There was many different items came up for codes. All the salesmen and especially the manager CHAD are crooked as hell. If you're a vehicular masochist I'd say you found your place to do business with!!! Ill try to make this short. I bought a vehicle from this place and that was the worst mistake I ever made!!! The first sign I should have heeded was the fact I asked for a history report and they declined and said if I wanted one I would have to get it and pay for it myself. Vehicle drove pretty well despite an engine light which he told me they checked into it and a spark plug was bad. At the time I took their word for it, proceeding with my trade in and signing papers thinking "this is a dealership" little did I know these crooks will say anything to seal the deal. I later come to find they don't even service their vehicles or clean them for resale. They literally take your vehicle and slap a sticker on it. I drove my "new" car 2 hours back home and it was a light show of warning lights. The check engine light was for a misfire due to improper valve sealing which required the heads to be rebuilt (1500). I had to dump another 700 into rebuilding the front suspension. And the final straw was the airbag light came on which was a sensor in the passenger seat for arming\disarming the passenger airbag had gone bad requiring the seat to be completely disassembled to replace the sensor (900) This place will lie to your face, and cheat you out of your hard earned money without any remorse. I tried calling them to discuss any options and they refuse to even answer me back!! The day I was signing papers, they were having printer problems, I could hear them talking while they were trying to fix it. They wanted to make sure I signed the "as is" document above all else, which was a major sign I should have taken seriously!! bought a 2010 traverse here a couple years back. ran and drove great until we made the hour drive home and every warning light popped up on the dash. alternator only went out but caught on fire and took out the Ecu as well. warranty that we paid extra for was a joke wouldn't cover towing or the repair so paid out of pocket on a 2 hour old vehicle. couple months later timing chains snap. fixed myself in my garage because once again warranty was a joke and wanted me to pay $1900 to have the engine town down and inspected to determine if theyd fix it. not even a week later transmission goes out. decided to run the VIN and found out the vehicle had been totaled and repoed and listed as salvage. how they got a clear title is beyond me. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. the salesman was friendly up until the point he knew we were approved and buying the vehicle then turned into a pushy jerk. everyone in the building was rude and extremely unprofessiona. we had small children with us and they were swearing and cracking dirty jokes. do yourself a favor and buy a pedal bike before you even consider this joke of a dealership. read more

Bought a vehicle for $7500 it ran for less than 150 miles and it now needs a new engine put into it. The Water Pump was already faulty leading to the Cylinder Block head to crack. Vehicle was sold "As IS" and the dealership refuses to care for their customers. Sadie is Shady. Chad is Just as bad and Seth the Salesman will lie right to your face. I asked him to run the codes for the check engine light and he stated they came back that it just needs a tune up. While talking to Sadie she told me she talked to Seth and he told her I was standing next to him when he ran the codes on the vehicle. Bold face lie I was test driving another vehicle while he was supposed to be doing this. Their Service Plan they will sell you is also very misleading and right in the plan the company can find any uncovered part to be the leading problem to a major issue and deny your claim regardless of the service plan you purchase with the vehicle. Horrible!!!! I want to the dealership on 3/13, test drove the vehicle for 10 min. Asked for carfax, CJ, salesperson refused stating because they found errors in the report. I asked if he was aware of any damage, he stated, "no". I put $200 deposit to purchase the following day and they quoted one price and later tried changing the price higher $100+. I returned to lot to purchase vehicle with my mechanic, i asked him to bring around the vehicle, he declined stating after I purchase, is when he will bring vehicle. They completed the paperwork for a price of and tried a price change, he, CJ, and another care salesman approached me and began trying to tell me that I was responsible for the payment because I was incorrect and it was my fault for over looking the price that was about $100 difference. I eventually bought the car and went to work, parked the car for several hours and upon leaving work, I got on highway (first time) and vehicle began shaking uncontrollably. I pulled over and phoned Showcase immediately. They were closed. Next day I tried dropping off the car and notified them I had canceled my check. They said "you should get that checked out". I said, "but i just drove it off the lot" and asked for them to check it. - They said they had honored the contract and have no obligation to fix anything. True- They don't have any obligation. - The car was checked, and 10 codes popped up under the check engine light. - I had to drive a rental car for a few weeks, and eventually just bought a new car. my opinion: While they had no obligation by law to help, they did not and instead was combative with me from the start. Any good dealership would have helped in some way. Aside from the car not working, the customer experience was terrible. Purchased a 2010 Dodge Journey from them last year. First, service I thought was great! I wish I had taken my car to a mechanic to check out. I paid 7 something thousand dollars for my car, plus the warranty (300$) and the very next day- my car wouldn't start at work! It had a bad starter. Had to get that replaced because I would try to start it 10+ times. Not only was a new starter needed, but within 3 months of having this car, I had to replace struts, shocks, sway arms, brakes, rotors, blower, labor costs, which racked up to be about 2500$ after paying 7000$+ for the car itself. On 10/23/21 I test drove a GMC Acadia from Showcase and I wanted it except that the windows would not roll up and down and I couldn't get the AC to turn on. The salesman assured me that they could fix the windows and that the AC would come on once the temperature outside reach 65 degrees. He said the Sensors wouldn't Allow it to turn on until the weather got warmer. (Lie) So I agreed to buy the car for $5848 under the condition that those items would work. On 10/25/21 I texted Showcase that I was bringing it in so they could fix the windows and also I informed them the defrost was not working and they needed to fix that which they did. I again talked with the salesman about the AC and he Assured me that when it got warm the sensors would allow it to turn on so I just had to wait. I also texted them that I would expect them to fix the AC if it turned out the salesman was wrong. I waited until April for the weather to warm up and then I texted Showcase to inform them in fact the salesman was wrong and the AC did not work. They called me the next day and said sorry it's been 6 months we're not going to live up to our word. Their car has been nothing but problems since I bought it, it has required $7683 worth of work in the past 6 months plus the air conditioner and temperature knob won't work. If they do not fix the AC and the temperature control knob I could probably find an attorney and sue them under the Lemon Law this car is a lemon. I'm just asking them to live up to their word and fix the AC and temperature control knob like they assured me when I bought it. read more

This is going to be a long review, but it has a lot of information you need to know before going to this place to buy a car!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I got my first auto loan all by myself and I found a car I really liked here. I called and asked if there were any problems and they just said that the back end had some paint scuffs. I went to buy the car and the windshield had a big crack in it, the radio was busted, and I it had some tears in the a driver's seat. I figured these were all little things I would find in any a car on my budget, so I thought no big deal. They took $90 of the price for the windshield so I was happy. As I was signing paperwork, an angry guy came in complaining about a car they sold him. He said he had it for a few hours before it started making a knocking noise in the engine. The workers just brushed him off and acted like her was over exaggerating. I should have taken this as my first sign to get out ofthere. So I finished signing all the paperwork and drove off with the car. Not even 2 hours after I left, the transmission went bad. They did offer me a warranty, but I was already given more money than I should have got on my loan, so an extra $500 was out of the question. I was on the freeway heading south when the transmission went out and I was 2 1/2 hours away from home. The dealership decided to help and cover most the cost, but I still had to pay $700 for a new transmission and had to borrow money from family. A month later, I went to get an oil change and was informed that it had a very bad oil leak, which cost $300 to fix. Now, two months later, my entire engine needs to be replaced, which is costing me $1,600!!!! Basically, they told me the car ran great and had nothing wrong, and in two months I found it had a bad transmission, an awful oil leak, and a crap engine. So a car that originally cost me $3,200 also cost me $2,600 in repairs within the first two months. I will not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
