4.5/5 stars We've been to the Octopus Car Wash about 5 or 6 now and every time, they do a good job. The truck is clean, few spots and the prices are decent. The person who writes you up really listens and follows through passes special info on to the ones doing the washing and wiping. We have side mirrors on the truck which are electronic so can't be opened by those who dry it without doing expensive damage. The workers at Octopus listen and wait for the mirrors to be opened instead of trying to yank it like other places have done. The only negative is that they are crowded. There are huge sharp rocks where you get out at the vacuums that could do some damage if you don't watch for them. We will go back to Octopus Car Wash. read more

Got my truck washed today and they broke both side view mirrors. All they could say was we had to let you know.

I am not impressed with the quality of work on my car. The inside is ok, but the outside looks like they rushed and there are drizzle marks as if they didn't rub the final spray of wax. I also noticed a few scratches that were not there before. I always pre rinse and wash before I take my car in to ensure dirt will not be rubbed into my paint. So, these scratches were not there when I took it in. I am very disappointed. In addition, $46 is a bit much for the return of a dirty outside, and scratches. read more

I would give it zero if I could. I am selling my suv and had cleaned it out and conditioned my seats. They are black and I wanted them gone over again. I wanted it to be have the armor all on the inside. My liftgate was dusty on the inside and the vacuum guy said just get the 17.95 because they would not clean off the liftgate just armor all over it unless I purchased the $75.00 one. He said they would wipe down the interior and the liftgate. Ok, but they did not even touch my back seats, the vacuum never touched my cargo area much less a rag on my liftgate. My back doors were not touched. My back floor board was not vacuumed either. The windows were done. I should have looked at the reviews before going there. It was a tad too expensive for what I got, clean windows. Never go again. I can't wait for the new car wash to open. read more

Terrible service. The employees are lazy, disrespectful, and flat out rude. The worst of all is their evil manager. Time after time, I have come to this carwash and seen the manager constantly screaming, and cussing at their employees. I suggest he be striped from his title, given he doesn't know how to treat other human beings with a drop of respect or sincerity. I have been here many times..WILL NOT return....my mom went in Monday They took stole all her change and yes she counted it before she went and it was gone when she got into her car..they Upcharged her for a SMALL SUV, when I take my truck 4x4 they never have or my Lexus SUV they never have..they also told her since she has a coupon she was NOT entitled to a fresh car scent. I have called twice left a message for the GM to call me back and 2 days I have not received a return call.. Service and price was very good until they raised the prices blaming it on the minimum waidge increase. All services have near doubled, And the quality has declined... The windows are always very streaky, and have to be recleaned. The workers claim this is because of the product. The owner refuses to replace this product. read more

5/11/22 i went thru here this afternoon, and the menu at the entrance said Regular Car Wash (Exterior Wash, interior Vacuum, Glass Inside And Out, Hand Finished) for $11.45. I went for that and after about 5 minutes the Supervisor comes to me with a bit of an attitude and says he's vacuumed the front but he's not gonna do the back seats and floor unless I pay another $15. First of all, nowhere on the sign did it say there was a limit to the amount of cleaning they'll do for the regular price but I told him no, I'm not paying another $15, especially considering I could've done all this myself for $5 down the street, but I'm a disabled veteran and have trouble getting down to the floors. So anyway, I'm assuming he wants me to pay $30 so I said no way. Then he went back to work. I went in to the cashier area and I want to say the cashier is the only reason this review isn't a one star. She was friendly and I had overheard her speaking of a military discount with the customer in front of me and I asked her, so she checked my license and said ok, that's a $10 Wash. your total will be $22 something. (Apparently the supervisor didn't radio her I wasn't going to pay the other $15, but I told her just as he was walking up "didn't you just say $10?" And she got confused and looked at the supervisor and we both told her I wasn't paying the extra $15. Apparently she was giving me a military discount from the $30 price the Supervisor had to tried to extort from me. That's a good discount, but still too much. So the Wash was $10 and the outside looked pretty good and my front floors were vacuumed but here is the great part. They picked up my trash off the floor that had fallen out of my bin, vacuumed under it then put the trash back where it was in the front. In addition the supervisor was raiding the tip jar right in front of me, which I'm pretty sure is supposed to be divvied up at the end of the night equally, and his attitude about everything was pretty much crap. So now tomorrow I have to go pay $5 at the self service car wash anyway (which I was trying to avoid as I just got out of physical therapy and my back was in bad shape), so I guess that was pretty much a waste of $10 on my part. To the cashier who helped me up front, if that's how this company is run, you should leave and find a better job, don't go down with this ship. I won't be back here again. There's a new full service up by Walmart I'll be taking my business too from now on. read more

I have had my car washed here on several occasions. I would say the service is good they treat the customers well . The car seems fairly clean with the exception of me needing to request that they clean off my moonroof on a few occasions and some water left on the car . Definitely don't go above and beyond for excellence but the car is clean , so so job on vacuuming the interior it's all so rushed which is okay if you are in a hurry to get back on the road . read more

I recently had my GMC truck detailed at Octopus. It was the very best service I have ever had in having cars and trucks detailed for the last several decades. Mike and his staff are professional and go out of their way to provide a service over and above. I was surprised at some of the negative comments I had read before I went to see Mike and his crew. I talked with Mike and he assured me those negative reviews were not representative of Octopus' work. I gave him a chance and the results were outstanding. I live on a ranch in Concho and for those of you who know the county roads there, the road dust is like a magnet to trucks and cars and cannot even be power washed off thoroughly. Mike and his team made my truck look like new. While a bit pricy, it is worth it and much more. Best car wash value around. Wasn't worth driving 40 Miles to get vehicle washed. Self service drive thru wash would have done a better job. Had the works done and interior still dirty, floor mats wet and muddy from workers, wasn't that way when I drove in. Bugs still on Windows and when kid came out to reclean window's, left them streaky and bugs still on Windows. they were supposed to wipe interior but doors dusty terrible vacuum job. Prices are reasonable. but, not for the wash you get. Ive been there three times and every time my truck had a crappy wash job. A couple of times I've had damaged done. 1 damaged was done to switch on interior of my vehicle. 2 damaged was done on Exterior. They did fix them after arguing with them for 1/2 hour. To many excuses of why they won't repair. instead of making customer happy. Very unhappy with wash and how they handled the damage. read more

My husband took his truck to get washed..... It was only a switch to turn on our aftermarket light bar... regardless of small print that says after market items are not their issue if broken you would think a business would be responsible enough to at least admit it..... but NO..... waited all day today for a phone call.. But NO..... bring it to their attention and they get all rude and defensive.... it's not the cost of the item but the principle of it..... admit when you do wrong or break something, even if accidentally, and folk will be more forgiving... we used to take all our vehicles there but I can say never again and I will NOT EVER recommend them again!!!!! I brought my vehicle in to be washed because I had hard water spots on the windows in the doors. I brought it through the car wash and the person driving the vehicle told me it would cost extra to get the water spots cleaned because they don't have a vinegar solution. A place that cleans cars that doesn't have the solution is necessary to do so. What a waste of $12 read more

Went in to get a "supreme" car wash it cost $85 dollars.. We had to wait extra long and 5 to 6 cars passed before we even got serviced (we were there first) After we had got home I realized my car mats were soaked and the inside windows were cleaned with a dirty rag and left my windows smudged and dirty. Our hatchback window had some sticky patch that feels almost like sap which wasn't there before. read more

Friday, 7/2/21 I had my 1993 ford F150 "detalied" inside only by one of the staff at Octopus Car wash in Show Low. This was to clean the carpet, upholstery, door panels and seat belts. I am in the process of restoring this vehilce and am very particular about how things are done. They charged me $168.00. I was expecting a professional job but that was far from what I got. They did a horrible job. The carpet was still dirty as well as the upholstery. They clearly did not use an extraction method of cleaning of the carpet as there was a lot of surfsace dirt. It looked like they just wiped the carpet down and nothing more. When I got the truck home I spent 4 hours cleaning it and much of the dirt came up with just palin hot water. Granted the carpet was quite dirty and the upholstery was medium dirty but I was able to clean it at about 90 % of what was behind left by them. Very disatisfied. Sloppy work and bad attitude. when I picked it up at closing time I just expected the same results as the Tucson location and did not inspect the job, boy was I wrong!! terrible results on the $166.95 I was billed. The manager/ cashier needs to learn how to fix cutomer complaints without giving excuses, what does a super clean that costs $56.00 cover- let me tell you almost nothing on the interior! this jeep has been sitting for 2 years and when I took it back because the two years of dirt was still on the dash, console, interior roof and sun visors not to mention the wind shield was only partially clean on the inside! The sales assistant/manager offered me a free car wash like that would make me happy bullsh##@ They lost a first time customer. In May 2018 I took my 2017 SUV to this car wash and got the basic wash and vacuum. When I got out of the car I had both back seats down because I was going to pick up some large items. When it was finished one rear seat was in the up position and the head rest would not go back forward so that I could put the seat back down in the flat position. I was told that there was no manager on duty and they took my information. I returned twice and was told there was no manager on duty. I finally received a call 4 days later and this "manager" told me that they reviewed the cameras and they did nothing wrong. He stated that a manager had done the vacuuming and did not break the drivers rear seat headrest. This seems strange since I was told on that day that there was no manager on duty. Also it was the passenger rear seat that was broken. Do not take your car to this car wash unless you want to use an unreliable and dishonest company! read more
