Let's see, I go to get a little scent tree from the vending machine on site but all I have are $20s. So I leave come back with dollar bills and I have to use there change machine right next to it- so I place $1 bill in and it rejects it.. well it did this to around7 bills before taking one, next I go to buy the scent tree and it just eats my money and doesn't do anything.... I hit it any noting , I go to look for an employee and guess what nothing ... so I say whatever, I'm gonna go vacuum out the car real quick ... I got to the vacuums and start to vacuum and POP! Like many of you have scene before on a vacuum. The device head falls off and now your just left with an open hole that sucks ... (scary movie to anyone who knows what I'm saying . "Mom said stop bothering me when I'm cleaning my room!") anyway, so I'm fed up and leave- 2 days later I am on way to work and need to vacuum again real quick. I pull in and go to another vacuum for a quick 2-3 min in and out... GUESS WHAT HAPPENS ?! YUP, NOW THIS DEVICE HEAD FALLS OFF! I am pissed and look at the machine across from me. THAT HEAD IS DUCT TAPPED ON HEAVILY.... so every single vacuum here has the same problem- a cheap $40 per vacuum fix from the owner to just replace the 1.5" pvc 15ft hose or shoot even super glue - All in all- I will stay far from this place as I fear what I will make POP OFF if I comeback here again

On the off occasion that there's an issue the gentleman that works there has always allowed me to run my car through again. On this particular occasion, I paid the $12 car wash which I guess I will call it the works since I can't recall the actual name of the top tier and when I entered into the car wash the lower body car wash which does the tires and the underbelly of the car did not engage. Also, the car was only washed once. When normally the $12 wash is selected it is a double wash. No worries I approached the gentleman and explained to him what happened and let him know that. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and would have to return to get it washed at a later date and I would like a pass to return do so. He explained to me that I would have to do it right at that moment or I would lose my money. I explained to him that I just did not have time I was on my way to Phoenix. I had to catch a flight and I absolutely could not take extra time. He said once again, no I'm so sorry. Cannot do that. I was not happy at all since what I got at the car wash was equivalent of a three dollar car wash so I got in line and waited behind multiple other cars I might add, which took about a half an hour. I watched him when I got up to the next car in line wipe off the electronic eyes before my car got in as they I'm going to assume get caked with soap and debris and might prevent the lower part of the car getting washed. I failed to mention that when I first approached him and told him what happened he said I must've entered the car wash prior to, the greenlight allowing me to go in. I told him I did not but he said that's probably what happened again. I told him I did not. I'm assuming they do have this problem on occasion. The only reason I've taken the time to write this review is to let those who go here to not enter the car wash early. I certainly did not. But they do have electronic eyes. They get dirty and sometimes don't engage on the full car wash that wash the bottom or the underneath of your car, so if it doesn't trigger, and it doesn't wash the bottom of your car, you need to prepare yourself that you will have to run through a second time you can't come back later and it can take quite some time to go through. I did make my flight that day, but I was very stressed out on the drive down, and I probably should've washed the car the day before so it was my own fault. Not really happy that they didn't have a little thing they could give me to come back later. I'm a good customer and I do recommend this car wash just a little helpful hint and that's why I taken the time to write the review.

The circular brushes appeared to be brand new, and they did pretty good job of getting the car washed without scratches. The only thing they didn't remove were the bug splats and road tar. But I have never had any automated wash remove that stuff. Only bug remover and elbow grease can get that stuff off. My only real disappointment was that the dryer/blower cycle was too short and the power of the blowers was the lowest I have ever experienced. I ended up having to dry the car myself. Finally, the place was clean and well maintained. This is my go to place in Globe.
