You're out of your mind if you trust these crooks with your vehicle! They removed and dismantled my…read moretransmission BEFORE getting the authorization from the after market warranty. The warranty company would not cover the work because the transmission was still covered under the manufacturers warranty. Had they made the call before starting work, as required, I would have simply driven the vehicle a quarter-of-a- mile down the road to the Ram dealership. They violated NH Law by removing the transmission without a written estimate signed by me. After I informed them of the NH law requiring that document, they conveniently produced a written estimate with my forged signature. They held my vehicle hostage until I paid a ransom of $750.00. After which they did replace the transmission, but they made no repairs to it and didn't even change the transmission fluid filter. I have no idea how their Google Reviews are so good, but, I asked another customer I met in their office how it was going for him, his reply, not good!
