I will never give this place my business again nor would I recommend them. They do not follow by the ADA laws, they do not care about service dogs and they almost denied my service dog, which legally they cannot do. The owner would only allow my service dog if his pet could sniff her and was accepting of my service dog, which was extremely distracting to her as she has a job to do. it is also illegal to distract or interfere with a working service animal. again, will never go back or refer to anyone. read more

My car started with a vibrating noise I needed checked before a drive back to Mass. The owner took me right away, put the car on the lift, and it needed a couple of bolts to stop the vibration. Took my Lincoln MKX in for an oil, lube and filter change. I asked Dave to check the car out before an extensive trip we have planned soon and especially the brakes as the car has 32000 miles. Dave said the brakes have about 25% left, changed the air and cabin air filters and said we are all set. Don't use them. All the equipment they have, they don't know how to diagnose! Don't trust them! I brought my car in for no start. It was diagnosed with ECM was bad. They said they were sure this was the problem. I spent 400.00. Brought it home, it did the same thing. Brought it back then he said it was my O2. So, I did not need the computer replaced. He ripped the original out so poorly that I could not have him put the original back in. I was stuck paying for a 400.00 part that I did not need. When he REPAIRED the O2. Yes repaired not replaced, he still charged me 75.00 to spliced it back together even though he made a huge mistake. As a result, I paid 475.00 when it should have been much much less. I had to pay another mechanic to replace the Mickey mouse o2 sensor job that they did. I repeat, Never use this mechanic! They take advantage of customers who don't know about cars.
