Two times they go ahead and change the windshield wipers because they got approval within 5 miles one of the windshield wipers, the driver side disconnects and luckily doesn't fly off and I'm on the highway in the rain so I finally find a place that safe to pull over spend five minutes, trying to get it to walk-in which you would not walk in in a piece broke off it on the latch so end up swapping drivers and passengers and I get it to walk in on the passenger side, but it's too long for that side so I returned the following day which was out of my way to get them to the replace the wiper if they listened and just left my wipers alone, they wouldn't have gotten this bad review. I was told "bring it in no worries, we gotcha" Based on that information, I brought my vehicle in. When I picked it up, I was unexpectedly charged $200 for the diagnosis. If I had been told there would be a fee, I could have made an informed decision before leaving my vehicle. I have no issue paying for services when the costs are communicated upfront, but being told one thing over the phone and charged something completely different is unacceptable. I'm leaving this review so other customers are aware and can be sure to get any pricing in writing before authorizing service. Poor communication and a lack of transparency like this erode customer trust. I won't be returning, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

The next day checked in at noon to see when car would be ready. Was told they had not got to it yet but it was next to go in the shop. Called at 4:30 and was told a car was disabled on the alignment machine and they were unable to do the alignment and wanted to keep the vehicle over night. Fine I understand things happen. I asked if they had completed oil change and tire rotation, no they hadn't gotten to that. They had the car all day with an appointment and couldn't even manage a simple oil change and expected to keep the car another day. repeat customer, absolutely terrible service do not recommend. Also only one car in the 6 service bays, so not like they were overwhelmed.
