After I moved out here this place was recommended to me by my old mechanic who I trusted. Great people and great shop. These days everyone out there seems to be pushing something down your throat. Not these folks. David will listen to you and keep you informed. The guys working on your car are great. Can't say enough good things about this place. Have already turned other's onto them. read more

We have had our vehicles service by Auto Haus for over 10 years and will continue for many more. From tires, brakes, oil changes, state inspections and miscellaneous repairs. There has never been never been a time when we weren't informed or believed it wasn't a fair value. They have always been honest and forthright on the needs or upcoming service down the road. We have trusted them, have never been disappointed and certainly value Paul and his crew's time and expertise to keep us safe. read more

Auto Haus of Meredith is the best garage I have ever been to have my Mercedes worked on Paul did a fantastic job fixing my car and I will definitely go back when my car needs service thank you Paul for being honest and fair read more

Another local shop specializing in foreign autos totally misdiagnosed a noisy back end on my 2006 BMW330CI. Even though I myself questioned whether or not it might be a bad wheel bearing. After an alignment and new tires, the noise was marginally better. Took it to Auto Haus and they quickly diagnosed a bad wheel bearing. Car was quickly repaired and is driving like a champ once again! read more

Highly recommend this shop. They're honest, communicate clearly, are committed to customer service & work hard to accommodate you, even when - perhaps - you're asking for a lot. For repairs, maintenance & inspections I will always come here. Randy did his best to fit me in due to my own lack of planning. And then to still get me on the road on time after an unexpected maintenance need. Later, the rest of the staff and mechanics - just as kind and helpful as Randy - stepped up to help provide some extra peace of mind when I had some worries. Their customer service approach is refreshing. You will be glad you brought your vehicle to them. read more

Give this place a try for a tune up, oil change, or repair.....you won't be disappointed. The owner, Paul, is as honest as they come. You can trust his knowledge and know that your car will be repaired right....the first time. You're car will thank you. read more

I'm sitting in Paul's waiting area having my wife's oil changed and realized I've been with Paul almost as long as my wife, since 2005! Over nearly the past decade I've been bringing all my family's cars to Paul. He'll save you money when he can, and when work does need to be done you can be sure you're getting quality work in exchange for your money. Paul seems to have a sixth sense about cars no matter the make, model, or year, he knows what to look for and how to fix what is broken. read more

Auto Haus of Meredith - Right across from Cumby's in Meredith. - Auto Repair Near Me - Meredith, New Hampshire

I cannot say enough good things about Auto Haus in Meredith which I had my car serviced today (standard inspection and oil change). I was with my last mechanic for 20 years and when I relocated I never thought I would feel as secure with another. Randy set the positive welcoming tone on my first visit which had me return and Paul could not be more accommodating! I confidently refer friends here. Thanks Auto Haus! read more

Paul and his staff are the only people I allow to service my truck. Put simply, highest integrity and highest quality work you will ever get. They are not cheap - they price for the quality of service they give. The price is better than any dealership, and the work is significantly better than at the dealership. You can't lose. read more

Autumn of 2019 showed me Skill, Commitment and Honesty! Car: Nissan Versa 2009 1.8L SL hatchback. Summary (yes at the beginning): Paul is almost like a Car Wizard, if that's even a word, who has an amazing ability to diagnose the issue almost instantly. I believe it comes with the years of experience in the field. Not to forget, he has this amazing team who is equally skilled and competent which reflects the confidence they carry when they detail you about their findings and the plan to fix your car. Episode 1: My wife and I drove from NJ to NH for our life's most picturesque drives in the Autumn of 2019. Next day after driving down the Mount Washington on lower gear (first time ever for our car), we noticed loud noise coming from down under the hood (almost at the tire level). Called couple mechanics and someone suggested 'Auto Haus of Meredith' Paul and his team were at our disposal quite from the first minute. I'd say they went through an elaborate (and surprisingly quick) process of diagnostic and came to the conclusion that the issue was with the transmission. We didn't have a choice but to replace one since the car was not in a condition to be able to drive back 300+ miles to NJ. The team worked extremely hard and overtime right from getting a brand new transmission (from the nearest part dealer with that short notice) to putting it on and running the car about 50ish miles on different roads and testing all gear speeds - all within just a day and a half. It was miraculous! We drove back to NJ, all Happy and Merry! Episode 2: Fast forward 8 months, we had some issue with the car and took it to local mechanic - they said it's a transmission issue. Went to Nissan Dealership with all the paperwork we had from Episode1, but they wouldn't honor the warranty!? I called Paul who sent me additional paperwork (even the invoices from the parts shop and their invoice from the official dealership they bought the part from) - but still Nissan Dealership won't budge. Frustrated at that point, I shipped the vehicle back to Paul who not only fixed the issue (it was mere miss firing which required change in spark plugs and coils) but also pointed out that the official Nissan Dealership should have known this while running diagnostics (and was just trying to leach money out of the poor me). Drove the car 150+ miles since then in last 3 weeks and all Happy and Merry again! Many Thanks Paul and Team! If you guys ever plan to re-locate, NJ has its hands wide open! read more

I'm getting ready to head to work, my car won't start. Call AAA, they can't get it started but recommend I take it to Auto Haus. I drive a Jaguar and was very skeptical, but since there are no dealers near Meredith I had him tow it there. I was told I needed a new starter and it would cost me $600. When I went to pick it up, they said it ended up being a grounding cable and it was $100 even. I was stunned, they could have told me it needed a new starter and I would have paid. I've brought my car back to them for front end work, my car drives like new. I would highly recommend these guys. Good work, Honest, Nice People to Work With.. read more

Highly recommend Auto Haus. Paul is honest as they come. He has bailed out friends and family members on many occasions. Best mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. read more

It's late morning on a Saturday in early February. We're on 93 North, on our way to northern VT to go skiing for a few days, and every warning light on the dashboard lights up. We limp off the highway at the first exit with the auto transmission acting up, climate control out of commission and other oddities starting to happen, and coast down the hill to a Mobil station-convenience store. Fuses are fine. Fluids are fine. Now the car won't even start. I ask a local about a good place to fix the car and call call Triple-A for a tow into Meredith, 7 miles down the road. Meanwhile, my wife -- who's not about to renege on our annual mini X-C skiing vacation -- arranges for the last rental car available for many miles. I go in the tow truck, marveling at the number of people, vehicles and buildings out on the ice at the local ice fishing festival as we inch down the main drag. Within a few minutes after having my car dropped off the flatbed, unannounced, and after listening to my saga of the symptoms Paul at Auto Haus tells me he suspects the alternator. Pulling the OBD codes confirms his analysis. We discuss repair options and price ranges. It's obvious Paul's a straight up guy whose goal is to do a good job. My wife and son show up in the rented Dodge Stratus that barely fits all our skis, poles and boots, and off we go. I call Paul on Monday, learn the price -- less than $500, labor included -- and arrange to pick up the car after hours. Just an hour out of our way to drive to Meredith and back to Plymouth to return the rental car, and we're on our way back to Boston, relatively unscathed. Guys like Paul Lanni, who are smart, straight up and trustworthy, are few and far between, and deserve to be recognized. read more

These guys were so helpful and kind when I came to them with a flat tire. They took care of things right away and charged me close to nothing. read more

Paul and his staff are outstanding. They are fair, honest, and skilled mechanics. They always explain what needs to be done and really seem to enjoy educating their customers, while never talking down to you, no matter how little you know about cars. (As a teacher, I really appreciate that!) As a woman, I have had some lousy experiences with mechanics, but Paul and his staff seem to treat every woman that walks in the door like they would want their daughter treated. They understand that money is tight for many people and always try to help you prioritize repairs. I always leave confident that my car is safe, knowing I've paid a fair price, and informed with everything I need to know to keep my car well maintained. I've given many word of mouth recommendations for Autohaus but thought it was about time to put it online! read more

I am not a regular customer. I was looking at a private sale car in the area and found them online. They did a very thorough inspection of the car for me. He even noted that the valve stem covers were rubbing on the calipers. I interacted with the owner and one employee, both were very nice and courteous. read more

Paul and his mechanics took great care of my family. Had a break down at 4:30 on a summer Friday. By 5pm he had located parts for our 13 yr old foreign car. One of the guys' wives even volunteered to get our parts. These guys went above and beyond. Highly recommend them. read more
