I have only found a handful of Auto Repair Shops I trusted, in my lifetime. Actually, I can only…read morethink of four, who I actually used as "My Mechanic". My 1st was a guy on Epping Rd in Exeter. They also had a place near the traffic circle in Lee, way back then. I think it was Dave's. Then when they closed, or moved, I went to Exeter Foreign Car, since my vehicles were all Japanese at the time. Then I found Sullivan Tire in Stratham, I hated that they were a Massachusetts' company, but they were awesome, and not just Stratham, since my company used them, as one of their authorized fleet repair shops, I also dealt with several in Mass, every shop was awesome. Family Owned means something. Well, I hated Stratham Tire, and when we moved to Ossipee, the closest shop was Stratham Tire. I could walk there, they were open Saturdays, so I could schedule oil changes, and service on Saturdays. When they closed, I had to use Sullivan in Exeter again, for my company van, and Hertz was just down the road. Well, when Tice Automotive took over the location, I needed tires on My full size 1 1/2 ton truck personal truck. The tire companies were offering deals to keep Tice as their outlet. 4 news tires, just under a hundred a tire, beefy, solid tires. I still have them on my Dodge RAM today. Right then and there, Tice became one of my trusted shops. I would make Mary pick me up, so I wouldn't have to wait, we had three vehicles, and the "Stanley Van" at the time, so I had 3 vehicles I took care of, Mary used to bring her car, The Tribeca, her only new car she ever bought, and she would wait. They always treated her with respect, and never tried to screw her, Before they even knew she was my wife. She reverted to her birth name, Fisher, when we got married. When they found out we were married, they could not believe I had such a beautiful wife, I said, "Pretty Women Walking with Gorillas Down My Street". LMAO I would pay the blue book value to keep that car going, and Tice knows that, but every repair comes in lower than expected. It was just in for some work, it was not charging the battery. I forget what it actually was, I think a sensor or something, but it was just over a hundred bucks. I was floored again. Well, since I was expecting a $300 bill, right after I paid the bill, I handed the key back and asked for it to be reconditioned. They said they don't do reconditioning, but they could offer a good cleaning inside and out. I had many stains and issues I had tried cleaning and failed. When Mary no longer liked driving the Tribeca, because it "Sat too High", and I had used it for dump runs, the long story of buying a Subaru Legacy, which Profile Subaru allowed me to add the price of a hitch into the deal, but the hitch would go on "Her" Tribeca, the 6 cylinder beast. She loved her Fancy Pantsy Ass Dragger. Way too low for me, struggled getting in and out of that fucking car, but she Loved her Heated seats, and remote start. I digress, but, besides being a great repair shop, this 2008, 6 Cyl. Subaru Tribeca, looks like new, and smells like a new car again. Plus, I was ready to pay hundreds of dollars to get a bluetooth radio installed, but nothing actually fit the Tribeca. I did not know how far these Bluetooth adapters had come. $24.99 and I have Bluetooth music on my phone. I will be driving the Tribeca a lot more now! I will never get rid of "Mary's One and Only New Car".

Living in a rural area prior to moving here, we had a small mom and pop place that services our vehicles, and I never thought we'd find that type of service again. Well, was I ever wrong. Tice's has got to be the best place we have ever used for the services we need. The way they treat their customers is a throw back to the older days and many of us still find this the only way to operate..

Northern Tire And Alignment - Here is the alignment before and after that was sent to me and in the notes it says no concerns.

When it came time to check out, I asked if I could talk to technician, she said they only come out if there's an issue. So I asked her how everything went and she said yes you're right it was out of line but it's all set. She did not tell me they were unable to perform alignment while I was right there in the office. I paid 124. And was not refunded. Never will suggest this place. The other lady working at the counter was really nice. To respond to her I had to pay full price. 120. I have a picture on my statement that it was $124 that I paid she did not credit me half the amount that's another lie and I asked her that day if a technician was going to come out and talk to me she said no only if something is wrong with it then they will come out and talk to you. Very shady, I would steer clear from this business because now they're saying something wrong when she told me while I was there everything was fine and the alignment was fine. Too bad that we have businesses like this that treat customers like this just because they don't have the patience to answer questions in person, and then lie and make fake claims to cover their butts. So so sad.

They were able to get my tires delivered and squeeze me in as soon as possible. The price was fair and they got us in and out quickly. I so appreciated their kindness and caution people to always read the reviews first and not just look at high scores. The 1 star ratings some gave this business were ridiculous, this place is 5 stars in my book. The people were professional and very nice. I would use them again if I am in the region.
