When it came time to check out, I asked if I could talk to technician, she said they only come out if there's an issue. I paid 124. And was not refunded. Never will suggest this place. The other lady working at the counter was really nice. To respond to her I had to pay full price. 120. I have a picture on my statement that it was $124 that I paid she did not credit me half the amount that's another lie and I asked her that day if a technician was going to come out and talk to me she said no only if something is wrong with it then they will come out and talk to you. Very shady, I would steer clear from this business because now they're saying something wrong when she told me while I was there everything was fine and the alignment was fine. Too bad that we have businesses like this that treat customers like this just because they don't have the patience to answer questions in person, and then lie and make fake claims to cover their butts. So so sad.
