The store has recently been remodeled and all the clothes are also color coordinated to help you find what you're looking. Also needed something very last minute but it was after store hours, I just reached out to their IG page (@swagg_bootique) to hold it for me the next day and he told me he'd stay open later & that any time a customer needs something last minute he'd be available to meet me at the store to purchase items. This is something other stores definitely don't offer! What makes this place suck is the customer service. They follow you around, and when they finally offer you help the offer is so insincere that you would feel bad if you asked a question. This place has a one person at a time dressing room policy. Which is fine...if it was posted. My friend had tried on a dress and showed me. It looked nice I just went in there to try it on. As soon as I get it on one of the workers starts knocking like the police. She screams only "one person at a time!" She could have said: "excuse me but our policy is only one person at a time." No need for the po po knock, a slight tap would have been fine. I put that dress back and left. And off to Forever I went.
