The quality and price are worth it. I honestly got lucky finding clothes I have wanted for a long time. The style is beautiful and the materials too. When I don't feel like splurging at boutiques, I come here to shop.

What makes this place suck is the customer service. They follow you around, and when they finally offer you help the offer is so insincere that you would feel bad if you asked a question. This place has a one person at a time dressing room policy. Which is fine...if it was posted. My friend had tried on a dress and showed me. It looked nice I just went in there to try it on. As soon as I get it on one of the workers starts knocking like the police. She screams only "one person at a time!" She could have said: "excuse me but our policy is only one person at a time." No need for the po po knock, a slight tap would have been fine. I put that dress back and left. And off to Forever I went.

The good: I got some gorilla ties here for $4, cutting…read moreboards (3 pack of bamboo boards) for $9, and girl's socks for $6. The gorilla ties are cheaper than they are on Amazon. They had a lot of religious cross decorations and bedazzled things like sippers, wall art, and sculptures. Their kids section had fun toys and tons of slime options. The bad: Some of the aisles were narrow and just barely enough for the cart to fit. There were some cutting boards that were cracked. I feel like the clothes are out of style/cheaper quality. A lot of the shoes were stiff. The interesting: They had a lot of Mexican snacks in the check-out aisle area. Their kids clothes seem slightly smaller than average sizing.

The employees will follow you around and the manager or owner will make it super obvious and act like she is fixing the clothes or looking at it. As mentioned in other reviews, the customer service is NOT there. The employees will never smile at you or greet you. Instant judgement when you walk in. You can tell the manager makes them follow customers. I used to shop here a lot but I came to the realization that it's just so uncomfortable and not even worth it bc it's expensive and they supposedly have an exchange policy but when you purchase they always say it's all final sale so like I don't get it? I cannot get over some of the designer items I have found here at outrageous prices. I feel like I'm a winner every time I come here because I get beautiful pieces as such great prices. THE NOT SO GREAT: Selling. Their process must be working because their inventory is outstanding. But it's not great to sell here. They take little and the money they give you doesn't cover the gas cost to get there. A waste. Bring your stuff across the street to Uptown Cheapskate (who's shopping experience is...gritty, not in a good way) or up to Crossroads Culver City (the best of the best, in my opinion). Pants. How are the pants and denim organized? Un-discernable. Any method other than organizing by size is laughable. I don't even look at pants here ever because who has time to search for the size tags? Request to management: organize by size and watch how much quicker you move pants!

I went to 2nd Street to sell some clothes, and they do things a little differently. Usually when…read moreyou sell clothes, you get the option of cash or store credit. The only option here was cash. This was also the lowest I've ever been offered for clothes. Places like Plato's Closet, Buffalo Exchange, and Uptown Cheapskate give you way more for your items. They had a $1 pile, meaning items they were willing to pay me one dollar for. And then they had a 10‑cent pile, meaning they were willing to pay me ten cents for certain items. Yes, ten cents. For 10/12 pieces, they offered me around $6.30. It was laughable. Actually laughable. So if you're looking to sell your items for dirt cheap, this is the place. On a lighter note, they did have a lot of nice things for sale; secondhand, some new, some designer, really great quality pieces at good prices. I got a really nice pair of green cargo pants for $12. I recommend for shopping NOT selling.

But they did not follow me around but they did not offer to help me one bit or even glance at me. But when I did ask for something and purchased my items the girls was super rude and of course I was super rude back to her. They get one star for there prices and tons of stuff to choose from.
