We called Edward in a true state of panic. We had been out of town for a few weeks and it was…read moreterribly cold, and after a few toilet flushes, found our basement bathroom full of sewage that had backed up. It was Sunday (of course) so we used Yelp to find 24 hour help. Integrity does not have any reviews but we called, as he is close and we liked the name. Edward is GREAT. He's accessible and responsive and smart, but most importantly he fixed our problem. He knew what it was (frozen septic line), tried an easy fix (hot water) and pumped the yucky stuff out, then called in others to help him w A harder but still relatively reasonable fix. He went to the town hall to get maps of our septic tank, found it, dug out the inlet, called a steam guy, and fixed it. Along the way he showed us things about our septic system that we didn't want to know, but need to know. Call Edward at Integrity. I never write reviews but you should know there's a person who is hardworking, smart, and can help you!
