We booked the limo for our son's wedding getaway car. The driver arrived in plenty of time and the car looked fantastic. Our son and his bride said the ride was top notch. The price was quite reasonable as well. If we're ever in need of transportation in the Austin area, we'll be booking with 360. Thank you!

He was incredibly helpful, assisting everyone on and off the bus, and even came prepared with ice for our snacks and cold water--fantastic little touches! Austin Yelp is littered with cab/transport horror stories; late pickups, no shows, unprofessional drivers and so forth. Luckily I have never ever experienced any of these with Hicham. If you need a ride to ABIA at 430AM he arrives at 420AM. Pickup is a breeze as he monitors your inbound flight and is always on time rain or shine or during rush hour. Many a times I've texted him that I've caught an earlier flight or I'm delayed and he is always accommodating. I've also used Hicham for personal travel, Cedar Park to downtown, for SXSW and when visitors are in town and we need a DD. If you desire a professional- friendly driver, well maintained vehicle, and no drama then I would strongly recommend J & I. 5+ stars for sure!

The Ultimate Customer Service Story…read more We chartered a bus and coach for our daughter's wedding in Austin on March 30th. As the Father of the Bride I was shocked when the bus that showed up to bring our guests to the church was a school bus. After the ceremony I called Abdul to address my concern. After speaking to him it became clear that in reality the mistake was ours, not his. We had chartered a "transit" bus, which when you look on the website is a school bus. I wish the contract was more specific; as "school bus" certainly would have jumped out. But live and learn. Now to the good part. With my frustration high, Abdul was calm, cool and reasonable. He immediately realized I was not happy and kicked into high gear to see what he could do. While we had to take the school bus back to the hotel, by the time we left for the reception...less than one hour later...a gleaming full scale motor coach was sitting in front of the hotel instead of a school bus. Wow! I can't thank Abdul enough for stepping up. I was thoroughly impressed. When it comes to satisfying customers in a crisis, Austin Charter Services proves that it can still be done the old fashion way...do whatever you can to make your customer happy. I'll be back again some day for the next daughter. Thanks Abdul! Mike McCauley Argyle, TX P.S. The coach we ordered for the wedding party was perfect and the drivers were top notch.

Not exactly what I wanted to see at such a moment. As it turned out later, technically, the error was in our order, but it would be nice if this detail was spelled out more clearly. After the appeal, the situation was quickly corrected, and by the next stage of the incident we were waiting for a much more comfortable transport solution. This made a positive impression, especially considering that there was a reaction and a desire to correct the situation. The drivers were professional, the organization on the routes - without significant failures. There are things that can be improved in terms of communication and transparency in the choice of transport, but in general the experience remains rather positive.
