He and his crew were incredibly courteous, smart, and kept in great communication with us about what was happening and about how long it would take to fix things. We had a real mess of electrical work left by the previous owners of the house, but they got everything working perfectly in several days. Bobby even came back the next week after the job was done, when some outlets had stopped working (not due to anything they'd done, but due to some old broken wires), and fixed the problem, no questions asked.
