Their marketing claims of being "Always Available, Always Prepared" are misleading based on my situation. It took them a full month after initial inspection just to begin repairs. Communication was poor from the start; scheduling dragged on, and nobody bothered to keep me informed when delays occurred. When the crew finally did arrive, they made the damage look even worse with their so-called "repairs." The quality of the painting and patchwork was abysmal and far below industry standards--crooked caulk lines, uneven paint, and visible defects everywhere. When I addressed these issues with Caiden Vail, the project manager, he claimed it would be corrected and personally supervised. That assurance meant nothing, as on the scheduled repair day, no one showed up and I received zero notice. An alleged "emergency" was given as an excuse for the no-show, but courtesy was completely lacking. After further follow up, Caiden once again delayed the job, saying he was too busy to supervise and suggesting I either accept the unsupervised, incompetent crew or wait indefinitely for him. This is not acceptable customer service. The company showed consistent disrespect for my time, failed to follow through on their promises, and demonstrated questionable competency at every stage. Bottom line: Poor scheduling, lack of communication, unprofessional repair work, and a project manager who does not deliver on commitments. I would not recommend AllWays Restoration and Construction to anyone who values quality, accountability, or basic respect for customers. Update: After my initial review, I received a public response from AllWays Restoration attempting to shift blame to my builder and promising personal follow-through. For transparency, I need to set the record straight: communications and scheduling were directly with Caiden, their project manager--not handled through my builder as claimed. Despite repeated assurances that my concerns would be corrected, nothing has been done. Caiden made promises, then went silent and failed to communicate or take any action to resolve the poor-quality repairs. The company's response here appears to be nothing more than lip service and impression management, with no real accountability or results. Bottom line: No repairs have been addressed, and the project manager stopped communicating altogether. Shifting responsibility to my builder is simply inaccurate and does not excuse the lack of professionalism or follow-through from AllWays Restoration.

Today I walked to my complex dumpster to see my huge 3 piece sectional thrown behind the dumpsters. I have valet trash so walking to the dumpster is rare. I couldn't believe my couch was there. Why in the world would I pay 200$ for a sectional to be dumped behind my OWN dumpster. I could have done that myself, but it is against the rules and residents are fined heavily. I really can't believe they did that. They made a quick $200 to drive 100 feet to MY dumpster. Scam sounds about right. I will never recommend!

There are many services out…read morethere and many companies and people that hope to offer you those services, and for most of recorded history one would be at the mercy of a random finger in the yellow pages. Not anymore, power as it were, now rests in the hands of the people. I needed 3 things; A dumpster rental, a quote and information regarding getting said dumpster to my house. So I turned to Yelp and used the quote system and at the ended up with about four quotes. But I had many questions, and Danny was very quick on the response, quoted me a fair price and allowed the dumpster rental for 20 days which was a BIG plus for me. Did I mention he answered my questions promptly? Look, I have dealt with the murky depths of contractors and callbacks...not a good time. Danny shattered my expectations and what's more, on the day of the delivery I had to check status of the dumpster due to working from home that day and having to be on a conference call I could not leave. Danny got back to me in minutes, contacted the driver and had the driver quote me an updated delivery time which I was able to coordinate with my schedule. Imagine that? Working with MY schedule...Great Job Danny. Bottom line, call Danny and see what I mean. Danny came out and gave me a quote that was detailed, fair and easy to understand. We ended up having to rip out most of our master bath. (The shower floor, half way up the shower walls and an entire wall down to the studs.) I also had a few other projects around the house that I kept adding on, and Danny never minded and always reworked the over all costs for us. They patched the sheetrock in the ceiling and a 6 other places in the walls, completely re-sheetrocked one wall, demo'd our shower, finally sloped the shower floor correctly (it never drained properly before!), matched the tile/grout seamlessly, installed a new vanity, reinstalled a vanity in the guest bath correctly, fixed my back door, built a banister and took an old nasty crawl space under the stairs and helped me turn it into a "hidey hole" for my son. Having a one year old and going through a home renovation like this was stressful. Danny and his guys made it so much easier. They talked to my kid, waved at him, kept their work space as clean as they could during a demo..They were even respectful of nap times! We have to redo our siding on our house soon and Danny is the only one I will be contacting. No other quotes needed.
