They used left over materials for my condo renovation. Even simple requests suddenly became "too expensive," which made the process feel misleading and inconsistent. The quality of the work does not reflect the money I paid. The job was definitely rushed, many important details were left incomplete, and the results did not match what was promised. Concerns I raised--such as mold issues and specific finish requests like quartz countertops--were dismissed or avoided, and nothing was handled with the level of professionalism I expected. To make matters worse, one of my front screen doors went missing during the project and was never addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I feel the work performed did not justify the cost, their communication was unreliable, and their business practices lacked integrity. I strongly encourage others to choose a different contractor. Save your money.

Truthfully, I don't even know where to begin. - First off, what crew shows up to move you during COVID-19 WITHOUT A MASK?!? I'm sorry, but that is UNACCEPTABLE! That should have been the first warning sign. - We were promised a crew of 4, yet only 3 showed up. Myra the office manager is a terrible communicator and never reached out to confirm times, as this was supposed to be a multi-day move. We had to continuously be the ones to reach out and confirm appointment times. Frustratingly, she had a different story to tell than the crew manager who was on site. Conflicting messages were shared all across. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! - 75% of crew was highly unprofessional and uninterested in working. No emergency contact was provided. We called the previous crew and were rudely hung up on. No explanation. No call until FOUR HOURS later. Mind you, most of the big furniture pieces were still left unpacked and unmoved. Desperate to get out on time, we hired another company to finish the job and thank god we did because not in a million years would I want to deal with this business in any capacity again! Please find yourself a moving company who is willing and eager to go above and beyond to make an already stressful situation somewhat bearable with courtesy and respect. "Not our problem, 3 movers arrived and thats what your paying for." Fact of the matter is, we didn't ask for 3 and 3 showed up. Was there an option for the 3rd guy to just sit and watch? The actual people who did the pickup were fine. A bit more bumping into walls than I'd like, but otherwise ok. The problem was scheduling. I booked a month in advance and they said they would be there the morning of pickup between 8 and 10 am. They were texting me to ask for pictures of what I needed taken away as early as 8:15. At 9:45 they texted me a quote. I messaged them around 10:30 asking if/when they were coming b/c the pickup window had passed. And then I didn't hear anything until around noon. Two hours after the pickup window. That's when they told me that they weren't going to be there until around 4. In reality, it was around 4:50. The reviews here are still generally really good, so I'm hoping my experience was just a fluke, but the lateness combined with the lack of communication made for a really disappointing experience.
