I was looking for a new Niners cap since most of the ones I have are either worn out or old. As soon as I stepped inside, I didn't see any Niners gears. Nor did I see any Warriors, Giants, A's or Sharks gears. They did have Lakers, Bulls, Dodgers, Heat, Cowboys, Yankees and other out-of-state sports franchises. I asked the salespersons if they carried any Niners caps and got a negative reply and very nonchalantly. I asked if they carried any Warriors or Giants at least, and got the same cold response. So, you don't carry any local sports teams? A sportswear store in the hotbed of Bay Area sports but who carry other franchises that have no Bay Area ties? That's like giving a big middle finger to Bay Area sports. Well here's a number 1 back at cha! A big, fat one star.

Unfortunately I was scammed by this store. Do NOT trust them…read more When I came into the store I spoke w Gabriella. I explained to Gabriella that I had placed my order at 6:33pm and although their email order confirmation says I can cancel my order within the hour, it did not let me. So, I called the store at 7:08pm and they said to come in and they could cancel it in the store. Unfortunately this is NOT what happened. Instead I was charged a second time. When I called and spoke w Gabrielle the next day, she said to not worry to wait 5-7 days for the refund to go back to the original form of payment. Well today is 7 days later and there's no pending credit or refund back to my card and only shows the two charges on my card. So I called the store back and asked to speak w a manager but since she was not in I spoke w Emily, the assistant store manager and she said that Gabrielle was not in and to call their customer service number at 1-844-362-4422. I called their customer service number and they were unable to help. They said they would take a message and someone from their online escalation dept would call me back within 24 hours. Luckily I can and will be disputing the duplicate charges with my credit card. They charged me a total of $371.46 for a pair of shoes. It sucks bc I spoke to their staff and thought they were good people and I empathized w Gabrielle's story about how some people have come in and stolen from their store before but in all honesty I can see why they do that if this is how they treat honest hard working paying customers. In short my only hope at this point is to dispute all Hibbett's charges with my credit card company and I hope that Citibank is able to refund me the disputed funds. Such a shame. I expected more from this store and its workers but just beware that they'll charge you twice and won't even blink twice with no conscious or consideration of what your situation might be.
