    Bought my husband a starter jacket for Christmas. When we took it out of the package it had a spot on it. I sent them an email to the customer service. Almost two weeks went by I had to spend an hour on the phone to trying to get the customer service because they had not responded to my email. when I finally got them the person I spoke with made excuses about why they had not answered my email. She then proceeded to send me an email response while I was on the phone. she then tried to tell me I would have to pay to return it to them I asked why would I pay to return a damaged jacket you sent me. She then said she misunderstood me. She asked me to send a copy of the packing slip, a picture of the damage and picture of the jacket with tags attached and they would try to find me another one or refund my money. She asked that I send the information and she would get back to me in 3 days. Now it has been two weeks no response. I tried to call today I spent 1hour and 30 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone and it cut me off. Spend your money somewhere where the customer service is better I definitely won't spend any more money with them.

However, I noticed that every time I buy something I leave empty-handed. The most successful thing I have managed thus far is to return some thing without any problems. But I could've done that anyway. The selection isn't fantastic. It isn't comprehensive. And right now I'd rather go to Emeryville and risk actually finding some thing I can buy, rather than come here and look around. Actually, I'd actually go to an actual Nordstrom store because I know they're gonna have what I want. It may not be at the price that I want, but it will be there!

The associate responded with visible irritation, looked at me as though I was inconveniencing her, and handed me knee-high tights in a dismissive manner while saying, "Is this it?" I clarified that I was looking for thigh-highs, not knee-highs. Rather than engaging further, I chose to walk away. When I reached the checkout area, there were only two employees present. One was assisting a customer with an issue that ended up taking approximately thirty minutes to resolve. The other cashier was juggling a long line, around seven customers, while also helping someone who had returned to the store to have a security tag removed from their purchase. Eventually, the associate handling the unresolved issue asked for help from a manager, Joey. I assumed this was to assist with ringing up customers and reducing the growing line. Instead, the associate explained she was unable to provide a gift receipt despite trying multiple solutions. Joey, the same manager who had been dismissive during my hosiery inquiry, responded rudely to her employee, gave her an unpleasant look, and instructed her to repeat steps she had already attempted. Rather than stepping in to resolve the issue herself, Joey walked away entirely. As a customer, this was shocking to witness. The associate had been trying to resolve the issue for thirty minutes, and as management made no effort to take over, support their employee, or acknowledge the long line of customers who had been waiting patiently. Instead, the associate was left to try the same unsuccessful steps at multiple registers. Management showed no awareness of the situation on the floor, no urgency to assist customers who had been waiting for an extended period, and no respect toward their own staff. Especially during a busy weekday evening and the holiday season, this lack of leadership and efficiency was unacceptable. Nordstrom Rack, effective management should be able to read the room, support employees, and keep the store running smoothly. Experiences like this negatively affect not only customers but also staff morale, and ultimately reflect poorly on the company as a whole.

I explained to Gabriella that I had placed my order at 6:33pm and although their email order confirmation says I can cancel my order within the hour, it did not let me. So, I called the store at 7:08pm and they said to come in and they could cancel it in the store. Unfortunately this is NOT what happened. Instead I was charged a second time. When I called and spoke w Gabrielle the next day, she said to not worry to wait 5-7 days for the refund to go back to the original form of payment. Well today is 7 days later and there's no pending credit or refund back to my card and only shows the two charges on my card. So I called the store back and asked to speak w a manager but since she was not in I spoke w Emily, the assistant store manager and she said that Gabrielle was not in and to call their customer service number at 1-844-362-4422. I called their customer service number and they were unable to help. They said they would take a message and someone from their online escalation dept would call me back within 24 hours. Luckily I can and will be disputing the duplicate charges with my credit card. They charged me a total of $371.46 for a pair of shoes. It sucks bc I spoke to their staff and thought they were good people and I empathized w Gabrielle's story about how some people have come in and stolen from their store before but in all honesty I can see why they do that if this is how they treat honest hard working paying customers. In short my only hope at this point is to dispute all Hibbett's charges with my credit card company and I hope that Citibank is able to refund me the disputed funds. Such a shame. I expected more from this store and its workers but just beware that they'll charge you twice and won't even blink twice with no conscious or consideration of what your situation might be. Do NOT shop here. Go elsewhere. Buyer beware!!!

I received an email on 12/14/25, stating that there was a delay in processing my order. I tried canceling on the app but was unable. I called in on the 16th to try and cancel and they claimed that the item was processing and that it could not be canceled even though it had not shipped. I informed that I had to buy another pair of shoes and that they were wasting their money and my time, because I was planning on returning the shoes. They kept apologizing for my inconvenience and saying that they understand. I told them that the customer service is received was poor and that I will not be patronizing their store in the future and will let the public know.

I usually come to pick up an online order, try on and look over my new shoes, and leave with a huge smile on my face. See: like a kid in a candy store. :) The staff here are always courteous, greets me when I enter the store, and helpful if I have questions or need to place an online order. The store is clean and a nice sized location. Needless to say, I'll be back ...what girl doesn't love new shoes. Plus, I'm always earning rewards, which keeps me coming back.
