I was looking for a new Niners cap since most of the ones I have are either worn out or old. As soon as I stepped inside, I didn't see any Niners gears. Nor did I see any Warriors, Giants, A's or Sharks gears. They did have Lakers, Bulls, Dodgers, Heat, Cowboys, Yankees and other out-of-state sports franchises. I asked the salespersons if they carried any Niners caps and got a negative reply and very nonchalantly. I asked if they carried any Warriors or Giants at least, and got the same cold response. So, you don't carry any local sports teams? A sportswear store in the hotbed of Bay Area sports but who carry other franchises that have no Bay Area ties? That's like giving a big middle finger to Bay Area sports. Well here's a number 1 back at cha! A big, fat one star.

When you do call to get information no one ever seems to know what is going on with your order. Several orders were done incorrectly with no real reason to why they were. The owner, Cheryl, got extremely crabby on the phone when I called to complain. On one occasion I had even walked into the office as they were talking badly about a previous customer, Sleepy Hollow, and how difficult they were to work with. Very unprofessional! I would never recommend using them. They are horribly overpriced! You might as well use another local business or go through an online store like Custom Ink or Teespring.

I called on the 6th at 5:53pm and was told it still hadn't been touched, and was left not knowing when I would get it back repaired. They will have had it for going on nine days. By the way the "repair" is replacing the rear caliper rim brake; apparently a "tedious and days consuming undertaking" NOT! As an aside, I gave them (for free) a brand new Velocity Dyad 650b wheel that I ordered from Velocity Wheels and paid nearly $400 dollars for it. Though not a factor in our business, I would think I'd be given the courtesy of meeting their self-imposed repair completion due dates instead of stringing me out like this. In hindsight I should have done better research. I'll follow up this report with the final outcome upon getting my "hopefully" then repaired bicycle back. Follow-up report: ---------------------- Calvin S let me know that my "repair" was completed. I picked it up on Saturday, 02/07/2026 at 1:10pm and rode it home. During this ride I heard new noises that were coming from my bike and determined that Calvin S had routed the brake cable through one of the chain guards/keepers causing the chain to come into contact with both the cable housing and the brake calipers. If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

He is an older white male, gray hair/bald spot. Real life Scrooge. The way he spoke to one of the other loss prevention employees was terrible! "Did you forget something?? Did you forget to take your break?? Are you an employee here at Ross?? Come here *proceeds to scold him like a child* extremely condescending and just not right. And to add onto the experience, every time a new customer would enter Ross, his greeting was extremely dim and robotic. "Good day and welcome to Ross". How many times he repeated the same phrase depended on how many people that were coming through the door. It wasn't said in a very welcoming way. His tone was flat and more like a "I hate you all" type of tone. I heard it about 5x and I had to leave cuz I couldn't stand the dark cloud this specific employee was.

I went in there for a very obscure part and they managed to find it with like three minutes until closing time. It was this washer that is part of my front fork assembly, one of those washers that keeps the wheel from falling out even if the skewer comes undone. Anyway, they had it, they gave it to me for free, and it just made me realize that places like this are amazing and rare and we should definitely support them. So I do! And so should you.
