But I could've done that anyway. The selection isn't fantastic. It isn't comprehensive. And right now I'd rather go to Emeryville and risk actually finding some thing I can buy, rather than come here and look around. Actually, I'd actually go to an actual Nordstrom store because I know they're gonna have what I want. It may not be at the price that I want, but it will be there!

I was looking for a new Niners cap since most of the ones I have are either worn out or old. As soon as I stepped inside, I didn't see any Niners gears. Nor did I see any Warriors, Giants, A's or Sharks gears. They did have Lakers, Bulls, Dodgers, Heat, Cowboys, Yankees and other out-of-state sports franchises. I asked the salespersons if they carried any Niners caps and got a negative reply and very nonchalantly. I asked if they carried any Warriors or Giants at least, and got the same cold response. So, you don't carry any local sports teams? A sportswear store in the hotbed of Bay Area sports but who carry other franchises that have no Bay Area ties? That's like giving a big middle finger to Bay Area sports. Well here's a number 1 back at cha! A big, fat one star.

I browsed and grabbed shoes I was interested in as I waited about 10 minutes for the transaction to finish. Neither of the other two associates asked if I needed help, while I waited for the primary associate. She asked to assist once she finished and I showed her several shoes I was interested in. She began looking up shoes in my size. The previous customer returned because he was given two different shoes. The associate who was helping me stopped helping me and began helping the previous customer. I waited another 10 minutes and kept browsing selecting other shoes, while they sorted things out. The primary associate eventually came back to me. Once she came back to me she told me the price of one set of shoes. I informed her that I was interested in several of the pair I placed on the counter. She looked for the shoes but didn't have the sizes. I went to try and find more shoes. Instead of continuing helping me she casually started working on a store matter (not helping another customer). This is when I decided to leave a review.... One of the other two associates greeted me and asked if I needed more help. I asked her if she could have helped me the entire time and she didn't respond. Instead, she begin helping me but she didn't know how to work the store's system, the two other employees didn't know the store address to set up a delivery for ordering shoes, something the primary associate offered. The primary associate did not offer any help to associate who tried to assist me. Eventually I gave up. This location has a nice layout and probably a decent selection when not impacted by holiday shopping, but the service is severely lacking. I DO NOT recommend.

I have found everything from household items, clothing, makeup bags etc. Today I bought my name brand shampoo and conditioner priced at $16.99 (valued for much more ) and did an online return. This store was well staffed, mostly organized and is located right off the freeway exit. I do have issues at certain stores when I return an item purchased online. As soon as I walked in, I showed the cashier the return barcode in my email as Christina stood by. The cashier was in training and Christina walked him through the needed steps to make the return. Christina knew exactly why I was showing him the barcode. I did not get the third degree like I do from other store managers. This was the fastest non hassle return ever. Christina had such a positive energy and you can tell she cares about her job because she kept smiling. Keep providing great customer service! This is what makes us customers happy! Thank you.

I have made a stop at Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Taco Bell and Jack in the Box. There are also a number of other mom-and-pop eateries, which I've noticed since the partial reopening after the pandemic shutdown, are pretty popular. Also somewhere sorta hidden in the back are a few more vendors including a boba tea spot and behind Ross is a Holiday Inn. There's a UPS as well as a Citibank and other random places one might need on some casual day. It would be a one-stop shop kinda area if it had a grocery store, but you know... not complaining.
