From the moment we walked in, Vicente didn't wait for us to ask for help. He proactively came over, welcomed us, and immediately made us feel taken care of. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive without being pushy, and genuinely focused on making sure we found exactly what we were looking for. He went above and beyond at every step, offering thoughtful recommendations, answering questions thoroughly, and making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. You could tell he truly cares about his work and about giving customers an outstanding experience. Because of Vicente, this wasn't just shopping -- it was a premium, memorable experience. He represents everything a great brand should stand for. Huge shoutout to Vicente and the entire team at Bonobos Highland Village. This location sets the standard, and we will 100% be back because of him.

One thing that I have learned is that a well crafted shoe will not only last years to come which you can pass down to heirs, but help with posture, foot pressure, comfort and style. I can go into how many lasts they have, the craftsmanship and much more, but any salesperson can provide you with a bespoke fitting and help you find the shoes or accessories for your style and needs. I choose my first pair of AE years ago due to their selling point of recrafting old/damaged shoes and the ability to customize the sole depending on your needs. I am skeptical of the foot scan as my friend who is a former employee calls it "all smoke and mirrors." They don't usually have sales on their running shoes, as they only offer a limited selection of the latest, most expensive models. They have a treadmill in store. This location has a small parking lot that is very awkward to turn into and out of on the busy street. I think it's really nice the employees don't make commission, so there isn't pressure to buy shoes on the spot. I tried on seven pairs of shoes and didn't find any of them to be very comfortable. For a store that emphasizes trying on a variety of running shoes, their return policy is not conducive to that. They allow returns within 30 days, but the shoes must be unworn. You don't know if a running shoe feels good until you actually run in them.

I wish to address the review that mentioned bringing a backup shoe for comfort. I only wear flats, loafers, sneakers or flat sandals due to a serious orthopedic injury many years ago. I can't wear Manolo Blanic flats so I don't know how those compare. However, Jimmy Choo are more comfortable than Chanel or Christian Louboutin. I also like Miu Miu and Loewe shoes. However, if you are wearing 3" or higher heels, you are not wearing walking shoes. Those are what I call "sitting shoes."
