The employees are GREAT and always take the time to help I've lost track of how many shoes , sandals, socks and boots weve purchased here but I can honestly say ive never regretted the investment or felt rushed or pushed by the staff. Out of all the Premium Outlets I've visited this one has probably been the most meh. The various store employees were mixed. There were some that were helpful, and other that sort of helped begrudgingly like they were doing you a favor. The upsides are that there is a lot of parking available, you're probably not going to have to deal with lines, and the stores all seemed well-stocked. The Shake Shack is not in the outlet mall, it's on the other side of the highway.

My favorite, woman notices a broken zipper days later once she travels home out of the area and was told to mail it in for repair or exchange, no refund given....No repair and not exchanged or returned. Within a few minutes it was clear to observe that this was an above average footwear store featuring high quality items that could not be found in many larger cities. I purchased some Keen closed toe sandals and a pair of Staheekum slippers. Both items were reasonably priced but not inexpensive. I had been looking for quality footwear in several of the larger department stores in larger cities without success. This is an old fashioned full service shoe store. Each of the three people in our group was impressed and made several purchases. I would highly recommend this place.
