This one lady in particular spent so much time with me..she took me through the different options for rain coats that would fit my needs. Finally settling on the mountain classic anorak.. love that there is a wide front pocket and a drawstring hood. Next she took me over to the pant section, where she recommended the comfort trail pants. Once I tried these on I fell in love, super comfy and easy to move around in. I was surprised at how thin but protective they are. I also purchased a primaloft packaway vest, perfect to keep my core warm but still able to move. I am so impressed with this place and the service will keep me coming back. After shopping here I am all set for my vacation!

However as time went on, the quality of the clothes definitely dropped. A lot of the clothes I purchased from Old Navy started to tear in about a week after wearing them. On the other hand, this is the only Old Navy I have been to where the clothes don't break apart after a week's use. Out of all the Old Navy's in the Rochester area, this is my preferred choice even though it's quite a drive to get here but it sure beats the Greece location that I am subjected to whenever I visit the mall. There is plenty of space in this Old Navy to walk around in and the staff keep it an excellent shape but I guess that's the "Victor" standard because even the shops surrounding in it are nothing less then near perfect in presentation. As I said before about the staff, the ones who are employed in this location will treat you with a great amount of respect and kindness that really is hard to find in other locations. I never had any issues with any certain employee and was even complemented by one at one point...even though I was a bit embarrassed by that. When it comes to the clothing selection, women have it made for them here. Unfortunately, this causes the men's area to be a bit lackluster in selection. I'm not saying it's tiny, it's just that I wish there could be a bit more of a selection when it comes to shirts. Strangely enough though, they have an excellent clearance area for both men and women and I am proud to say I was not disappointed at all with what I have found out of all the times I've come here. This area can get a little messy in comparison to the rest of the store but overall, it's well worth the digging through to find a gem for a low price. In the end, I am very satisfied that this Old Navy has managed to stay one step above the others in terms of clothing quality, customer service, and cleanliness. While I may hate the drive, the pay off is well worth the visit.

She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, and friendly as I asked questions and she provided me with her opinion on my fits. Shopping for formalwear on my own tends to overwhelm me pretty easily, so I am grateful that she was able to point me in the right direction with my measurements and what suits I shop for going forward. I have patronized this store over the past 12 years or so and the service has always been great. Last evening, on the recommendation of our corporate CFO, I asked for Wagih Labib... and experienced a whole new level of service that I thought only existed in movies. Wagih sized me up immediately with no need for a measuring tape and went to work. He started with what I was looking for (dress shirts) and went from there. The next thing I knew I was trying on sports coats, pants and shoes. He put together fantastic combinations of colors, ties, belts and even pocket squares that suited me perfectly. He is a true haberdasher and knows his trade and customers well. I felt truly spoiled and, while I generally despise shopping for cloths, I loved every minute of this 1 hour experience with an old school gentleman's gentleman. Beware Wagih Labib though... While he puts the movie shop keepers to shame (with none of the Pretty Woman sucking up by the way,) you are likely to leave with more than you expected... And you will love every minute of it!
