After more back & forth shipping, they refused to accept the return. They refused to issue a refund, repair, or replace the boots. With the boots and multiple shipping fees, they ripped me off to the tune of about $500.

Did not realize it and paid the late fee 2 days late. Was then assessed another late fee and when I called they told me I now had another late fee for the late fee. So $96 in late fees for a $48 purchase I paid a few hours late. The customer service person just kept reading off a script. I only use the credit card to get rewards which don't happen very often anyways. It is NOT worth it. This was my favorite store but not sure I will be back.
