This is a big store! It's literally a Temu warehouse but in real life…read more They have a shortage of shopping carts but I found a shopping basket (the one that rolls on the floor). They have a huge selection of interior decor like fake flowers and home goods. Cons: it's literally so busy, the store is messy and stuff is all over the place. The aisle is a bit narrow it's so crowded it was so hard to move. They did set a limit for how many ppl can go in later on. There's also A LOT OF LITTER! I saw so many Tim Hortons and beverage cups in random spots. Kids were also running havoc. The electronics are sparse. Not sure about the quality. There's a lot of furnitures too like bed frames! I saw some trolley for $15 which is a good deal! Service is nonexistent, there is someone watching and directing the cashier lines (don't worry bout someone budding you)

Panda Mart just opened up in Scarborough and I had to go check it out. It's like Temu, but offline!…read moreChinese dollar store on steroids. The store has taken over the entire space Rona used to be, making it incredibly large. With slight exaggeration, you could get 10k steps in just looking around. There are a wide variety of goods being offered, and the prices are often even cheaper than Dollarama (though some stuff is kinda overpriced in comparison, like $30 kitchen shelves?) so I guess they win some lose some. I found some really good deals for plates, kitchenware, hair accessories, stationary, and foam rollers. Since the place is so big, it's hard to find a worker, and even if you find someone, they likely will not know the answer. It's okay though... explore away!

Fair Trade helps to support the third world countries these items are made in and the artists who make them. Many things are made from recycled and upcycled materials. They have surprisingly, great prices. This is a super place to go for birthday and holiday gifts and decor or to just shop for something you didn't know you wanted. You will definitely find it here. My sig. other and I went in to look for a Mother's Day gift for his mom as we just weren't finding anything special anywhere else. Sure enough we found that special something here!
