She asked me name and offered to take the items I was holding and place them in a dressing room for me. When I was finally ready to try everything on I was pleasantly surprised to see how she kindly arranged all of the items in color order in the dressing room, AND that my name appeared on the outside of the door! Staff were very friendly and were approachable but did not make us feel pressured at all or ask us too many questions, just made sure we knew they were available if needed and that there was a second story. They have a wide selection and they update their social media frequently with new items. If they don't have something, they can either get it or tell you where you can find it. The one time we had a problem with an item, they immediately made it right with a smile and without any hesitation. We try to visit at least twice a month. It's about a 30 minute ride each way for us, but absolutely worth the trip. On the rare trip that we don't buy anything, we still have a fun time.
