Right now there are many fruit themed, especially with apples and pineapples. I also found that they had cuter bags here too. The employees were also a little more helpful and relaxed. I resisted getting something so as I was walking out, the employee that was helping us cheekily said they'd be seeing my group later. Fun!

The service is lacking as people stand or walk around but they don't seem to approach the customers. I had to find an associate to ask if they had scarves and he did direct me to them. They didn't have a large selection and I wasn't able to find one that I liked for a gift. They have quite a few fashionable cellphone cases. I walked out not buying anything as I wanted to check out some of the other outlet stores first. This is a place to come for discounted prices but not great service.

I returned the next day to buy it and I tried to use my card by tapping and of course it didn't work because I had to slide it in and then put my PIN number. I asked the young lady to help me unscramble and she turned around and she impatiently told me to "hold on" and she will fix it. It's not what she said that was a turn off, it's how she said it. I've been to many Coach locations across North America, but this was hands-down the best experience I've had. Fei was incredibly attentive and helpful. One of the bags I chose was the last one available company-wide, and she made sure I inspected it thoroughly just in case there were any defects (thankfully, there weren't!). For another bag, she went above and beyond by offering a brand-new one from the back since the floor model had a small imperfection. When I mentioned I couldn't take gift boxes due to luggage space, Fei kindly provided me with folded boxes and gift wrap so I could still present everything beautifully when I got home. She included boxes for the purses, and even smaller ones for wallets and card holders. Fei, thank you for making my shopping trip so special you're truly amazing!

It's nowhere near the size or selection of the Nike outlet store in Las Vegas and nowhere near the deals either but deals can be found. They have all the clothing to look like or act like a jock. There are racks of clearance items which are definitely sales but not the deep discounts that you can find elsewhere. The shoes selection is also large but it has a lot of styles that look like they were kicked out of the Frankenstein collection. If you're looking to find some gems it's definitely possible here but definitely on the discounts that I thought I'd see.

There's a lot of different sections like running, general training, and golf for men, women, and children. I just wasn't a fan of any of the colour combinations, branding (they carried the line by the Rock), and the graphics they had. They had some Toronto wear that featured the "416" area code but wasn't as nice as what they offer at Peace Collective, for example. It was so hard to find a second item to buy even with the good deal, so we wound up leaving empty handed.

Once you navigated the painstakingly difficult process to choose the right ones for your personal mud hole stompers, get them clad up in that merino wool and take the Lockport Outdoor Store up on their offer to travel a 1,000 miles to try to find a store like theirs, but just prepared to be disappointed when you don't.

The styles and sizes don't fit was they used to (changes in us not them I'm sure), but this is a nice outlet store anyway. They have one at Woodbury Commons as well, and they both seem to be hybrid stores. Some stuff is clearance/outlet, other stuff is more "regular store". Since some of the other stores at Woodbury do this too (Ugg comes to mind), this is something that stores seem to do now. I like this store, especially when shopping with others, who always seem to love it. After the Holidays they have some nice clearance on gloves and other outdoor things.

Thankfully, this chain has kept the outlet store in Niagara Falls and I am SO GRATEFUL since this is one of my all time favorite places to shop. The outlet store is really half outlet (clearance prices) and half regular store. They have a great selection of clothes, outwear, and even luggage and bags. Sometimes the clearance prices are better than other times, but if you're a rewards member, you get a coupons a few times a year that makes shopping here a much sweeter deal. Being plus size, I love that they carry XXL and sometimes have a few random women's size pieces here. They also randomly have tall sizes that I sometimes opt for since I find that the sleeves and torsos of their shirts are sometimes way too short (especially after being washed). My latest pet peeve though is that they used to carry 18s and 20s in ladies pants in the store and they don't anymore!! When I asked about this the employees told me those sizes are available "by catalog or online only" now. WTF?! So many stores are starting to do this and it's really irking me. So now I have to pay not only $5-10 more for a plus size item to begin with, but I also now have to pay $10 shipping and the clothes might not even fit?! VERY annoying. Though, I'm still loyal to my Eddie. I just don't like the new policy on "extended sizes". They also have a lifetime guarantee on all of their items, which is GREAT.
