She informed the customer that she could not shop without a black Sam's Club card, yet failed to explain that the 8-9 a.m. shopping hour is reserved for Plus (Prime) members. This lack of communication caused unnecessary confusion, and her threatening tone toward me was completely uncalled for. I have always enjoyed shopping at Sam's Club, but this experience was disrespectful and unacceptable.
