I would like to leave a review based on the recent experience I had with Shipping Experts, I shipped a car from TX to CA with a decent price and on time pick up and delivery. I am very happy with my experience, and especially driver Oleg, he was very professional and communicating effectively, I received BOL at pick up and delivery with proof and receipts. I highly recommend!! Thank you for your service. read more

Great service 10/10 recommend! Easy to work with, reliable, and felt assured. Never had to worry about anything and felt completely legit!

The driver damaged my car and ive just been getting the run around. you get what you pay for I bought a vehicle from a friend of mine had it shipped from Florida to Arizona. The vehicle wasn't perfect but all the parts were there. It gets to Arizona five days later and one of the windows is missing. I called the company to see if they're going to take care of. only $119. It's been a few weeks now and I still haven't heard from these people. I wouldn't use them if they can't even cover a damage for $119. I wouldn't even be writing but they my hand. It's about the it's not about the price read more

I do not recommend this company to ship your car. I went through a broker who used this company to ship my car from CA to TX. There were many issues. First, the lack of communication from the driver regarding pick-up time and delivery-time; never received calls from him until the day of that he arrived in both locations, and the estimated times for pick-up/delivery he provided were far off. Second, while one price was quoted to me, the driver ended up telling me 30 mins before my car was delivered that it was going to be $125 more than they quoted. They claimed it was because the wrong car had been listed and quoted (sedan vs small suv). The problem is they knew this upon pickup and still accepted the car and never mentioned it would be a different price until 30 mins before delivery. Third, they do not show you the BOL before they ask for your signature on it. The driver had me sign on his phone on a blank line where it asked for my name and signature. I kept asking him, before I signed, to see the actual BOL, and he said he didn't have it and I was just signing for the photos he took of the condition of my car at pick-up. I kept telling him there had a to be a BOL that I needed to see before signing it. I ended up signing b/c I needed my car to be shipped (I was leaving the next day). When I brought this up to dispatch and that the actual BOL I received (later via email) had many more scratches/marks indicated than the driver even acknowledged when he did the walk-around, they said the driver should've showed me the BOL. The driver, upon delivery, said the app doesn't take him to the BOL and he still didn't know how to show it to me when I had to sign again upon delivery. You can't ask for someone's signature on a blank line and then insert it into a legal document later. And showing a BOL to the customer before they sign is required. This is very basic! Lastly, while the driver was picking up my car, he was telling me a story about why they're required to take photos - he kept saying a "same sex couple" sued them for damages they said happened in transit. He said "same sex couple" at least three times. Not sure what relevance that has in the story, but it was obvious he was trying to make some sort of point by saying that. Very unprofessional. read more

Thank you for a very pleasant experience with moving my car from CA to FL. Driver Eric was very professional and curtious, the car was picked up and delivered door to door and on time. I will recommend this as a good value service to anyone who asks. read more

Our driver, Eric, was very responsive and courteous. The only issue would be the overall coordination of the pick-up from Santa Fe and delivery to the Sacramento area. This issue was not the fault of Eric's or Shipping Experts. My husband was a big rig owner/operator for 40-years. There are MANY variables that can cause possible delays i.e., weather, traffic conditions, etc. The MAIN thing is that driver and car are SAFE! The car arrived perfectly and Eric has a great rig! Thank you! read more

Randy from ATS secured Shipping Experts as a vendor for my auto transport from CA to TX and Eric from Shipping Experts gained my 100% trust and delivered. Scheduling Appointment: I called Randy to inquire regarding my auto transport and he provided me with a quote. He followed up with an email with the same information. Once the forms were completed, he calls for a follow up to inform the auto transportation vendor and delivery window. Shipping Experts was the vendor selected to transport my vehicle. I recieved a phone call from Shipping Experts that shared with me the loading window. From there, the driver, Eric, from Shipping Experts communicated with me. The Outcome: The timeline I requested for was for my vehicle to be delivered by October 18, 2021. My car arrived October 19, 2021. Every time I checked in with Eric, he would give me a response with ETA. Overall, I would recommend Randy or Shipping Experts to support with any auto transport. read more

This company is awesome. Due to a mechanical difficulty, the original carrier wouldn't be able to deliver my car on time in awesome condition. In fact, they were overdue. Vadim picked it up and had it to me within 48 hours! AWESOME communication and service. read more

I had an absolutely wonderful experience moving my car using the Shipping experts. Before contacting them, I had tried various other brokers and they changed the prices on me last minute or made ridiculous excuses and delayed shipping my car for some reason or the other. Time came that I had to fly to Texas and leave my car back in California at a friends house. My friend recommended Shipping experts and I called them immediately. They were extremely professional, stuck to their price. Picked up my car in precisely 2 days and delivered it within the next 2 days. The driver called me a day before delivery and confirmed that he will be reaching at noon, and was here exactly around that time. I have an expensive car (Tesla), and I am extremely impressed by the professionalism shown by Shipping experts. My car was delivered to me without any scratch/dent and reached in pristine shape. When I compare them to all the shitty providers out there, its a night and day difference. Thank you Shipping Experts for the wonderful experience & customer service read more

As an industry professional, I took a chance on Shipping Experts due to a scheduling conflict with our preferred carrier. This driver was a headache from the get-go, ignoring dispatch instructions specific to this client. Despite the client being IN THE AIR at the time of the phone call, he demanded to pick up the car. No one was available until the following morning, as noted in the dispatch...and the pickup date was also scheduled for that next day. That didn't end the story...at the time of estimated delivery, he did not call or deliver. My client had to rent a car at a high rate. Then, over the weekend, there needed to be more communication. The rental again had to be extended. Finally, my customer called me; I called dispatch and discovered there was a truck issue...why was there no call? A promise was made for delivery...there was no delivery. After persistent phone calls, a promise was made for delivery between 7-8 PM (just under my noted "no after dark" delivery policy). No delivery!!!! My customer texted me at the time of delivery ... 11:30 PM. Mortified me...I will NOT recommend or use this company again. Poor communication, customer service, and lack of regard for customer service of any king. read more

I have had a terrible experience with the dependability and communication from this company. They are working with Vroom, who is truly no different. The driver on the bill of lading for my car being delivered is "Don D.". He is LATE. I would never buy a car this way again and will advise others not to use online buying services unless they have incredible patience. Vroom was not easy to work with and Shipping Experts took a mediocre experience to 0 mark. Vroom has really terrible reviews, mostly focused on late and damaged cars.... I am sure that they work with many shipping companies, but this one is certainly one that is contributing to Vroom's review scores. This company is delivering to the east coast from California. Shipping Experts, also called "VINlocity Carrier, an Acertus Product" on the Bill of Lading did not reach out to me or Vroom when they were running late. On the third delivery date that I was told to be available from 10-6 for delivery by Vroom, I called Shipping Experts at 4 pm and dispatch let me know that they weren't going to hit the window. Though the car was only 3 hours away from me, the delivery was shifted back 2 more full days to allow the driver to "reset his time". It seems like this would be something they could plan or at least communicate the full day before I stayed home from work for an 8 hour delivery window. Abel (sp?) told me the company couldn't foresee that Don D. the driver was going to hit his maximum driving hours and need to stop. "It just happens when it happens and we can't plan it like that". ANY SHIPPING COMPANY WOULD BE ABLE TO PLAN THIS. I hope Shipping Experts work to fix this issue. I will also communicate it to Vroom so that they are aware. read more

My car was delivered yesterday evening from Austin to the East S.F. Bay Area by Shipping Experts. The shipment was arranged through SGT Auto Transport and both services worked flawlessly. However, if I have any vehicles that need to be transported in the future, I would first contact Shipping Experts directly to see if they had any drivers available. The car was picked up on Monday afternoon and dropped off Thursday evening by Kevin G., who was very courteous and kept me up to date on his timing as he came closer. The car was delivered in the same condition it was picked up. I would highly recommend them. read more

SE moved our car from CA to TX over a holiday weekend. There were a couple of hiccups along the way which were taken care of immediately. Bob, the driver, was quite patient and professional at the delivery. Roman, the SE contact, showed his patience and flexibility as we worked with the broker to complete payment for the transaction, after hours on the holiday. Overall this company was easy to work with and very professional in their approach. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. read more

My car was delivered on Sep. 1 from Dallas to San Jose by Shipping Experts. The driver was very nice. But we didn't inspect the car carefully after the delivery and only after he left I noticed that there is a long crack on my windshield. I then called shipping expert and was told to email the claims department to let them know about the damage, the claim's department got back to me on Sep. 5 and told me that it is not their responsibility because I purchased the open transport option. I was disappointed to hear that, after all, I am the one who is left with having to fix my car on my own or deal with my insurance, I have shipped my car for 3 other times and this is the first time I run into such issue. But as soon as I mentioned that I cannot leave a good review for this experience, I was yelled at all the way through the end of the conversation. I wished I did not make that call. While I am fine with taking my own risk since I choose open transport, I really don't appreciate the way I was talked to, and wish there would be more compassion and understanding for the problem that I had to deal with as a result of this shipment. read more

Amazing customer service and car was delivered super quickly. Low price and car was in perfect condition when it arrived. Pavil picked up my car at 5pm on Monday in San Jose, CA and it was delivered to Austin, TX before 5pm on Thursday. He was so kind and easy to work with. I felt that my car was in great hands the whole time. Would definitely use again! read more

I transported my vehicle from the Midwest to California. The pick up and delivery were on schedule and the service was friendly. Their transport semi was covered offering additional protection to my vehicle. read more

Pavlo was great. My driver called before he arrived at my apt. complex in Houston, TX and was able to load my 2005 Honda accord with no problem. Professional, nice gentleman. Upon delivery which was on a narrow street in Stockton Pavlo was able to back his truck with my car right in front of the house. The only issue which I was not happy about was the price was raised on me by 100.00 dollars. I feel I got squeezed because they only had 1 more slot left on that truck to fill. No reflection on my driver; either the broker or company. I would definitely use them again. I suggest calling the company instead of a broker who will keep you hanging. read more

I am waiting for my father's car from Dallas. It was supposed to arrive Thursday. It is now Saturday. I've talked to Laci and Art and texted with the driver, Eric over the last few days. They explained the delay and assured me the car would come today. I'll update once it does. However, I was informed just a few hours ago that they only accept cash or a cashier's check or a money order. My father wrote a personal check for the balance and was not informed otherwise. After going back and forth I was told that either I get the cash/money order, or they wouldn't deliver the car. I've asked for signed paperwork showing that my father read and agreed to these terms. Have not heard back. Will update once I know more. read more

SHIPPING EXPERTS: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.I was brokered this shipping company from MetroGistics when purchasing a Corvette Z06 out of state. They were one of the few that responded quickly to the contract and had the skill and expertise needed to move a very low vehicle. They arrived quickly and took very good care to keep my vehicle in pristine condition during the move. I was called regularly to update me of the status and they met me at a location of my choice. Through some other circumstances I met the owner of the company and his employees and was impressed with the level of care and respect they had for both me as a previous customer and my vehicle while it was in their possession. They all were kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. If I could do it all over again, I would have worked directly with Shipping Experts, and not used MetroGistics. If you are in need of moving a vehicle, these guys are the people you can trust and rely on. Vince, the owner, is the man! Have no doubts, they will move your vehicle carefully, arrive as soon as possible, and take care of you as a customer. THANK YOU SHIPPING EXPERTS! read more

1 Star is too much. This company destroyed the front end of my car, and it has been under investigation for a month. The entire front clip has been torn off, wedged back together by the driver, and the minute we drove it the noise was horrible. If you want to waste money taking these folks to court, use them. What a mistake I made choosing them. read more

I did not have a positive experience with Shipping Experts. I had a delivery from San Francisco, CA to Austin, TX. I blame the agent I worked with for setting a false expectation on approved delivery date. I only approved working with a company who could deliver on or after 7/13/19 because I would not be in Austin to claim delivery. The agent said that it was fine and he confirmed they would deliver on the 13th. When I delivered my car for pickup, I again confirmed with the driver, Zarko, that delivery would have to be the 13th or later. I showed him my flight details and said that I'm new to Austin. He said what's done is done and he would figure it out and took my vehicle so I also blame this company for taking my car when I was upfront about delivery expectations. The next day their dispatcher, Roman, calls and says that the car will be delivered on the 11th or 12th. I said that's not going to work and you all need to figure it out because I let everybody know and confirmed my expectations before the car was picked up. Roman says there's no way they can hold the car until the 13th. He would never have agreed to the job if he knew delivery was needed on the 13th. Their company knew before taking the car of delivery expectations and took it anyway. Roman called over and over bullying/ forcing me into a delivery that required payment for the keys even though I'm not there to accept delivery. They threatened to leave it at a storage facility and said they wouldn't give me the address to the location until I PayPal-ed the full delivery amount. It would be my responsibility to pay for all the storage fees. I ultimately had to ask my real estate agent to accept delivery and be responsible for my car and the contents inside it. read more
