Their disclaimer for printing services which is not being abided. Be aware of this scamming establishment!
Andrey P.

Horrible experience. Fraud and humiliation filled establishment. If you like to deal with sketchy individuals who in a rude manner try to rip you off every single service and item in their store then this place is for you. I went to print couple of files. 1page each. Simpe task you say. I told one of the employees. Let me send you one file and you can print it and I'll send you another one meanwhile (I had to look for it). She did and I asked container for printed label. She gives me total $1.17 for 1 black and white printed page... I thought she might've charged me for this label container and I didn't question the price then. I finally found another file and sent them to email. "Your total is $1,17." Says employee. At this point I realized I'm being ripped off. Instead of advertised price of 0.15c/page. They charge 1 dollar to receive an email (which by the way is never mentioned anywhere) and on top of that 0,15c per page. I questioned this absurd fraud and she brings manager. Meet Cindy. She'll make even this simple task hate your life! From the get go she started in rude manner point to the A4 paper where it apparently SHOULD give me an idea of their true pricing. I read the paper carefully and it never mentions they charge $1/letter received. It says computer/usb use $1 which I never actually used. And I pointed it out. She again in the rude manner says "it's in our system it's not a retail store!" At which point I told her that they should follow advertised pricing in their business establishment. At which point she told me "take a picture and go to consumer affairs than!" I thought taking picture would be actually a good idea and proceeded taking it at which point she mumbled to herself thinking I didn't hear "idiot". This experience totally devastated me. I can't imagine how far they go scamming people at this place if they go that low ripping people off for $1... People please be aware!

The sales associates are very knowledge and friendly. It's very convenient location. I like that it has the option of Amazon drop off too.

When the staff member behind the counter realized I had a pre-paid package, she pointed me to the machine I was next to. And told me of the process to check in my package. Tapes we haven't seen in lifetimes past! FedEx was the trusted shipping company that carefully took our cherished family memories for safe transporting. "iMemories" furnished the sturdy box with packing materials, along with the preprinted/prepaid label. Honestly, I felt a little nervous sending our family memories out with fears of never seeing them again. But my anxiety quickly diminished the minute I walked through the door of this FedEx Print & Ship Center. I was greeted right away, as the nice woman who helped me, knew all the steps involved with bringing in a ready to ship box. I only had to spend a few minutes total checking in and getting my receipt. As I left the store, I no longer had those thoughts of "what if" the package gets damaged or lost forever. I wish I could stop having those feelings of doom and gloom, but I guess that's me! Anyway, after several days of wondering, I was informed that my package arrived safely to its destination! Now I look forward to the next step in the process of converting all those family memories into viewable media! But back to business. This store is conveniently located near my home. If you need to make copies, mail packages or purchase mailing supplies, it's reassuring to know that this FedEx store is available when you need those services!

Today I stopped by again because the other UPS Store's Notary person is off so I decided to give them another try since I called them. Honestly I don't know why they're so lazy there. It's obvious that I bring my little English speaker elderly parent to update her pension benefits update which requires Notary. The chubby tall man was doing nothing and when told we need Notary the younger man have to help him get the Notary booklet. While he was walking over he asked for the Title of the Form, we gave it to him. He insisted my mom that speak little English need to know the title. He did not accept it while she was explaining it to her it's update pension benefits after his death. It's pretty much the same title, while he insisted it's the law and turn us away. It's probably because I started asking them if it's $15 per person. They are pretty much thieves there. Someone needs to investigate them and get them arrested if possible. I know I'm ranting but it's just this isolared UPS Store because I'm still using other UPS store, just to be fair.

Staples - Meh. In the ghetto...

Staples

Adj: Expansive, but sometimes Expensive, except for the Bin Wins…read more Staples has become a little bit of more things each time I stop by. Today was another Amazon return, just a small item. The Hubby told me about the bins in the back so after checking out Party City displays again (graduation season is almost here apparently) and a quick look at phone cases, I took some time to go "treasure hunting" at the back of the store since it happened to be a Thursday and everything drops down to the lowest price of the week. Bin wins is what this section called, the bargain hunting, "falling prices"-like bins. Very interesting and truly a mish mash of items, a real deal seeking and random finds type of experience. I ended up finding some cute erasers from Valentines day that comes with little boxes that I plan to save to fill with candies and give the INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED (wasteful but perfect in this case) animal erasers to the Samaritan's Purse Operation Child Christmas Shoeboxes project or a church we know who goes to Mexico at least once a year with similar Christmas shoeboxes filled with gifts for children in very hard to reach areas of Mexico. So that was a perfect find. There was just so much very random and some bizarre items, and of course items from as far back as Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas so that Valentine's Day items seemed not so long ago, lol. Still it was kind of fun. I even found a box of individually wrapped ginseng and other Chinese herbs tea and dried fruits and goji berries that even have little bags to put them into for infusing/ steeping, that should be a healthy tea. One thing you can do is check for reviews on Amazon since these items are all returns or overstocks from there. The tea had good reviews and were still being sold online. Overall, it was a fun but kind of overwhelming experience as there were like 6 large bins or so, and while there was quite a lot of repeats, the FOMO was strong and caused me to want to check everything in every bin (almost). Hubby was right, it was strange in a good way, but the deals are there if you took the time and happen upon some things that you actually need and which have been discounted deeply. It is very much like falling prices according to a friend, but I've not gone there yet so I can't say for myself yet. At Staples, who knew?!

While…read moregoing to return a couple of items from Amazon for the family, I decided to wander around and window shop a bit. What do you know? There's a new thing going on. Yup, a new feature at an old store, that makes it maybe worth visiting more frequently. Starting every Friday, bins in the back area filled with Amazon (and maybe a few other vendors') leftover stuff for $15 and going down each day until on Thursdays what remains gets priced down to $2. Really anything can be in these bins from holiday decorations to clothing to even phone protective cases. I'm going every Friday to check the bins in the back now. That aside, this is the place for office equipment and free e-wasting for electronics. We were helped by Robert today when doing the Amazon returns and then again when purchasing a few of the bargain bin finds, and he was an excellent and super friendly associate. Props to him for his great customer service, positive attitude, and hope we see him more in the future.
