I have Medicaid and it's about impossible to find a dentist that accepts it in Bristol and even the ones several miles away which is only two are not accepting new patients. I think it's very unprofessional. The secretary is very rude and because of her mistake I do not have a dentist. But besides that you should not be taken off the list completely for your other scheduled appts that are made a year in advance. I'm giving her one star only because I have to give her one. I called Aspen in my new City and was told my temporary dentures ARE my permanent dentures and they would not reline them. My money was wasted on a set of dentures that don't fit.
