I was not contacted about this apt and because of her mistake I was dismissed from her dentist office and all my future appointments were taken away. I have Medicaid and it's about impossible to find a dentist that accepts it in Bristol and even the ones several miles away which is only two are not accepting new patients. I think it's very unprofessional. The secretary is very rude and because of her mistake I do not have a dentist. But besides that you should not be taken off the list completely for your other scheduled appts that are made a year in advance. I'm giving her one star only because I have to give her one. I would give a minus ten stars if possible.

I was in tears when I walked through Alamont's doors because I was afraid of being hurt again. They were wonderful! Dr. Shipley is the most patient, friendly dentist! And he knows what he's doing! He did my root canal on short notice ON NEW YEARS EVE because I had an abcess. My hygienist is Amy. She's so good! She's smart and gets the job done while making me feel as comfortable as she can. Don't go anywhere else! This group will fix you up without selling you a bunch of services you don't need. If you call ahead of time and ask if they take your insurance, they'll tell you up front. Lady was going over finance and packages wanted me to pay top tier and give me a basic immediate. Nope then got upset when I asked them to give it in writing that I will get the package I asked for. Becoming educated on the matter now, I realize just big the mistakes were that he made. His decision to offer something that he was not qualified for is costing me health and adding stress to my life, things that are impossible to put a price tag on. In addition to that, I am spending much time and thousands of dollars trying to get care now, instead of having tackled it as a child when it was meant to be taken care of and was more able to be assisted by a professional.
