I was in tears when I walked through Alamont's doors because I was afraid of being hurt again. They were wonderful! Dr. Shipley is the most patient, friendly dentist! And he knows what he's doing! He did my root canal on short notice ON NEW YEARS EVE because I had an abcess. My hygienist is Amy. She's so good! She's smart and gets the job done while making me feel as comfortable as she can. Don't go anywhere else! This group will fix you up without selling you a bunch of services you don't need. If you call ahead of time and ask if they take your insurance, they'll tell you up front. There were no surprises!

It's been a constant problem. I called to let them know I was moving and would it be a problem me getting my permanent dentures in another State. No it would not be a problem. I called Aspen in my new City and was told my temporary dentures ARE my permanent dentures and they would not reline them. My money was wasted on a set of dentures that don't fit. I would like a refund.

I signed for the procedure to be completed and then got a bill for the full amount. I would have waited to get the procedure until the following year if she had provided accurate cost information. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to pay the bill all at once, and Aspen dental does not have a dental payment plan. Also, prior work on a crown did not last more than a year and they won't honor any kind of a warranty. Stay away from Aspen dental if you want accurate cost information and long lasting results from their work.

Anyway I was able to be seen within the hour. Dr. Seaver was able to save the day with a new post put in and using the same crown, was able to restore my smile. When it's a front tooth it is an emergency to me. They are all wonderful people that work here and reasonably priced too.
