I have struggle with high anxiety with dentists, he belittled me because of my anxiety. He wanted to pull my infected tooth & confirmed my fear that it would not numb, he also cruelly stated he did not believe or support gas. I guess the ridiculous vibrating chair didn't calm my nerves enough. Also no call back from front office. My insurance was put in wrong & I've received rude & I'm a sense threatening letters for a payment I don't even owe. If someone would just call me back. Due to his lack of listening skills & empathy, I ended up in ER the very next morning. They were furious & took his name to make a formal complaint against him.
