I'm updating my review of this business because they have been very good about placing the correct items within my bag for the last several visits and instead of a revolving door of people working the drive thru they've had one gentleman working that is always reminding about better deals. SHARRON the so called manager is the worst! No customer service, rude and not helpful! She is the manager and gave me attitude because my order was wrong. Ordered through Uber eats obviously i got it delivered because i couldn't pick it up myself and she wanted me to go to Shipley and get the item that was missing. All i wanted was a simple refund and she was completely rude and helpless. I will definitely be reporting her rudeness and unprofessionalism. I ordered donuts from here for my son's class as a treat for his birthday. Order process was easy, donuts were ready on time, and tasted great. My only complaint, and the reason they lost a star, is because when I called to find the exact location for pickup, the lady that answered did not speak English and couldn't help me with directions. read more

The donuts here are great! They are always freshly baked, warm, and super soft. The employees are also very kind. The only downside is that this location isn't very... put together. For example, they don't have a menu for their drive-thru; the building is outdated and super small. Pros: My sister and I grew up on this brand. Our parents owned one back in the 90's. The hot donuts are warm, soft, and yeasty. Now that we live out of state, we've come to appreciate the Kolaches. I used to go to this location a lot on the way to work 5:00-5:20am. I used to get 3 kolaches small sausage and cheese and a bag of donut holes with a chocolate milk same order every time. I'm not a morning person so it didn't bother me before that when I would pull up the staff wasn't as friendly as the new location I go to, I would pull up in the drive way and they would basically be like what do you want to order? Which again no biggie since I didn't notice it the majority of the time. Although the kolaches tasted good they would always give me an upset stomach which I didn't mind since I'll just use the bathroom while clocked in but now that I go to a new location after getting the exact same order I noticed that the new location doesn't give me an upset stomach. Shipley's have been my bf and I's go to place for donuts and kolaches. No location has failed us, until now. I asked for 3 BIG jalapeño, cheese, sausage kolache and the lady said there were only 2 left. I said it was alright, and to get me one regular one. Then I ordered my dozen Bavarian cream filled donuts to share. $15 and some change, still a bit high for my usual order, but whatever. When I finally got a chance to check out my food, all 3 kolaches were the same size. What is the effing point of telling me you were out of the big size kolaches I ordered if they were all the same size anyways? Like guys, I have never had such a pathetic looking kolache in my life. Then come the Bavarian donuts.... they were small.... like shockingly small. The cream shows on the top, so I'm thinking they know how to fill them. Nope to the f power they did not. You get around 90% donut (remember the donuts are small to begin with) and 10% cream. I'm at a lack of words trying to describe this joke of a donut. Never will I return to this location.
