Although, they have partnered with Daddy Duncan BBQ and offer brisket options. Sometimes, the kolaches taste like soap...not sure if it comes off of the trays or baking utensils used. Receipts aren't itemized, so you'll have to check twice and reconcile large orders other ways. Otherwise, they are pretty consistent with their products and service. So I went back in at 7:15 AM today 8/20 respectfully, with the four untouched donuts to show I wasn't trying to scam anyone over $5 donuts. Instead of basic customer service, both employees, the usually friendly woman and the man working with her got defensive. She insisted I bought the donuts somewhere else. I showed my call log and the text I sent to their number. Still denial. I showed the man my bank transaction proving the purchase, and she still tried to "verify it in their system," as if I was lying. No accountability. Just a very reluctant replacement of four donuts when I originally bought half a dozen bad ones and had to come back in person to get any response at all. This could've easily been solved with a simple acknowledgment and a replacement or refund. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and accused of trying to scam them.
