The kolaches are pretty average sized and priced, but the sausage to bread ratio is amazing (I prefer minimal breading), and they have some cool combinations like sausage/bacon/cheese kolache and also sausage/cheese croissant which I definitely want to try next time I go. They also have boudain kolaches and a couple others too. The shop owners were so nice and gave me 10 complimentary donut holes (they were alright! not too sweet which I like).
