Raving about this business!! Finishline Automotive Repair in Hyde Park absolutely floored me with their level of professionalism when I went into their shop. My issue (Had Nothing to do with them) was very frustrating and other shops would not help. Aiden and Chis not only helped to get my problem solved but never made me feel like it was a pain for them. Not terrible.....not good...unprepared. They did an inexcusable job on the windows and made me wait a week before I called it off knowing that I didn't want any of this behaviour in the future if I was going to use them....which I won't be. Keep in mind this car is a 15,000 mile, garage kept vehicle of a retired person who does not go to work each day and let it be exposed to the elements. The car was pristine. So I thought this would be a good time to lay down some ceramic coating. Bottom line..and what I'm most upset about is..I was charged 400 dollars for a SPRAY ON ceramic coating. Wait what you say, a SPRAY ON CERAMIC COATING. Four Hundred Bucks to spray something on my car? Washing it would be more labor intensive than spraying anything on the car. I feel that should have been disclosed in earlier discussions and felt taken advantage of as a result. Also, at the last second I realized He didn't return my key and as I went out the door to catch them, they were heading out my driveway with my key. I had to flag them down to get it back. I did not see the ceramic coating go on but everytime I looked out They were talking to each other not working on the car. Overall, I was not impressed by any professionalism and the lack of disclosure for what I was paying for, and lastly making we wait a week to come out and finish the job on the windows. They had a cream puff of a car to easily look like heros on and only scored a zero in my book. I really was hoping to establish a long term relationship with a Detailing Company that had their stuff together. This one didn't on that day.

I initially brought my Porsche 911 Carrera S into Northeast auto…read moredesign on June 23, 2026, and was told that it would take four days to remove the previous wrap and install a new wrap. The actual process took five weeks. When I finally got at home, 45 minutes away from the business, I noticed rain was coming into my vehicle, and that the wrap was peeling in five different spots on the car. This was the same day. I expected professional workmanship and a quality result, unfortunately the finished product was nowhere near the standard I expected. Kenny, who I had been working with came down to my house in late July to fix the wrap on the side mirrors. Unfortunately, he did a patch job and it still looks pretty awful. There was also a mechanical issue with the driver side door not locking, and the window not fitting into the rubber slot, making it undrivable. He then left for a trip to Italy for two weeks, and which time I waited around for him to get back to get my car back into the shop to fix the mechanical issue. when I brought the car back to him, I was driving on 9W in Kingston and the left tail light literally fell out of the car dangling by the wires. Also on that drive I noticed that the passenger side window didn't roll all the way down and so I asked for it to be fixed as that was not an issue before he installed the wrap. He then said he would take care of everything, and I'd have it back within a week. It took another few weeks. All in all, the removal of my previous wrap and installation of a new wrap took three months, and as of today, October 12, 2026, my passenger side window still does not roll down all the way. I did express my frustration and disappointment to Kenny, and he offered a free wrap or detail or tinting on any of my other vehicles. I turned that down, because of the lack of professionalism with the first job, and asked for a partial refund back. I was promised it within two weeks. It has now been nearly a month. I have not gotten the refund and Kenny has ghosted me. The vinyl in some spots of the car is still peeling, the original color underneath is still showing through in some spots, and after paying $3400 in cash. I expected the work to be done correctly and with attention to detail and care for my Porsche. Instead, I have been left disappointed, frustrated, and questioning the quality of the work performed. Overall, this experience has been unacceptable. I expected a business that takes pride in its work and stand behind its services, but my experience has left me with serious concerns about the quality and professionalism of the job. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this business to do their research, ask plenty of questions, and carefully inspect their vehicle before leaving. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this business to anyone, and already have expressed that to anyone interested in tinting vinyl wraps and or any car detailing in general.

So 3+ hours later the roadside assistance company gets in touch with RG. They were there in a half hour, had my bike loaded and off to the dealer in another 15min.
