My expectations are higher because I have experienced these amenities at other local car washes. I paid for the full treatment $25. The wash itself was fine. The staff were helpful and polite. I left with dirty floor mats and Windows and Interior! I will not come back to this car wash. I get a much better experience elsewhere, And leave with a cleaner car inside. I called 18 hrs. before my Appt to confirm and was told... only then.... that "he was out of tint" Really? I never said which tint I wanted....so..He's out of all the tints?? Why wasn't I called at all if He was "out" of every single tint he sells instead of stumbling onto that fact by ME calling him 18 hrs. before my appt. ( NOT Acceptable) 3. He told me New tint would be in on Monday Or Tuesday ( two days after my appt.). After I had to ask if he would call me when it came in...he said he would....He Didn't. (NOT Acceptable) 4. "J" exhibited quite the " I don't give a crap" attitude on the phone both times I called and promptly followed up with the matching " I don't give a crap" lack of action or follow through on his part. I would not recommend using this business for any Automobile Tinting needs based on his irresponsible behaviour and his "I DON'T NEED THE BUSINESS" Attitude.
