After a series of 3 side-by-side scrapes, all in 1 accident, the entire right side of my Audi was scraped up pretty bad! At first, the owner was polite and seemed to want to help resolve the issue. I followed his guidelines taking the vehicle to his mechanic who confirmed the switch was broken. He assured us that he would order the parts and fix the issue. Until the next day where he called me telling me there was no way he broke it and he would not be fixing my car, right before he HUNG UP ON ME! now he won't return my calls and e-mails. Leaving me with a vehicle which is unsafe to drive my kids to school. Thank you HVDETAILING for making my car look incredible but only from the driveway since my car isn't safe to drive.
